This was my first time shopping at Hovis, and I found their prices for my radiator and thermostat assembly to be much cheaper than the other auto parts stores in the area. My only disappointment was that I had to make a second trip the next day because they didn't have the parts in stock.
needed paint to fix a issue with my car and they are a great place to get color matching paint in a spray can. For cars! The lady is very helpful and knows her stuff. !!! That's being mild. If you need a color she can match it. Price isn't bad either, I just need to learn how to work on my car now. Lol. They have all the equipment you need to fix any thing from heavy Equipment to a scooter. If you need it they have it. And if they don't they can get it for you. And high pressure lines for Equipment is another thing they are known for. If it leaks. They can fix it.
Good Selection of QUALITY parts. Helpful staff. Very good parts store. You can get parts from quality manufacturers here that are not available at the local chain stores.
This place gets overlooked a lot of the time and its sorta unfair. They have a lot of parts, odds an ends that the biggee auto parts stores really dont. All the staff are knowledgable about applications of parts and are very helpful. Highly advised.
Would give a 5 star but counter help is limited, more playing with buttons and computers than ready to wait on you, but there is 3 there that will get you the right part and on your way. Just got to know which ones they are and avoid the rest.lol
