I was out of town for work and locked my keys inside my car at the gas station. I called Auto Undertaker who responded quickly and professionally and was there within 10 minutes! They got me back into my vehicle in no time without doing any damage. Incredible service and staff! I would highly recommend them.

The owner came to tow my car, I had no idea what was wrong with it but I was stuck at a gass pump. He looked at it fixed the issue and sent me on my way. Didn’t even charge me a penny. We need more people with a heart like that!

They were very kind and understanding, They waited for me as they helped me get back to my car since I was a few minutes away. Quick and easy, priced very well! The man who helped me was making jokes and made the situation better.

They fix a problem I had and was very reasonable priced. Go me out on the road in a few hours. Was late in the Day, and they fixed it for me. I brought them a traveler from off RT 80. Fix his leak quickly and was reasonably priced.

I honestly rarely spend my time writing reviews on google but the experience I had left me needing to sing some praises. Mike went absolutely above and beyond to help me out stranded on the side of the road with an unresponsive engine on this very early start to 2022. I can't say enough how professional, courteous, and fair Mike was in his practice and pricing. I wish all my automotive experiences could be channeled through Mike but sadly I'm just passing through. If you find yourself stranded or in need of any auto services in the area be sure to give Mike a call, stand up guy.

Hayes and Russell at Auto Undertakers did a fantastic job for me recently. Hayes was simply amazing and really cut through the red tape to get my fleet vehicle back on the road as soon as humanly possible. I appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail that I received there. Oh - and stop by Auto Undertakers and say hello to the garage dog on duty there - "Lugnut" is a beauty and one of the friendliest dogs I know.

I had them install a lift, wheels, and tires ony truck. They got my vehicle in and out. I was very happy with the results and customer service. They were very reasonably priced. Will use them for future needs!!

I can’t thank Mike enough for the awesome service. After calling three other towing companies and them all telling me it would be an hour + or even the next day. I called undertaker towing and he said he would be out there in 20 minutes. Not only was he extremely careful with my vehicle, he asked questions about the car and showed so much kindness. This place os fantastic the driver came to my house and helped me when i needed to get to the doctors office in about twenty mins. And told me no charge. And i wanted to offer something but he wouldn't have it.

Stranded on interstate 80 for the first time in my life! I called for a tow, they were quick to respond, extremely professional, and very pleasant. This happened on a Saturday night, by Monday I had a quote for repairs and was told it would be done the next day! They made this process so quick and easy. The price was amazing too! Highly recommend!!

I ran out of gas at 10:30 PM far away from home on a job I needed to do well on and my roadside assistance from progressive auto insurance did not respond my calls. I googled towing and looked at the reviews and saw Mike was a nice guy. Mike was there in 15 minutes with a can of gas and a reasonable time and material stupid tax for running out of gas outside of DuBois PA. He gave me a really nice complement that I will never forget and made me smile. Mike is a really nice guy. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Five stars plus.

We traveled to the DuBois area from Uniontown to plant flowers on relatives graves for Memorial Day. As we were finishing up, our minivan's alternator went out and we were stranded. Being memorial day weekend no one was going to be available to fix our van until at least Tuesday. Fortunately we were referred to Auto Undertaker who gladly towed our van with my family of 4 and dog back to Uniontown!! The driver/owner was AWESOME!!! Fully recommend!!!!

Auto Undertaker towed and fixed our van quickly, responsibly, and at reasonable prices!! My daughter broke down on int 80 -3 hours from home. We couldn’t be happier with their care of her and the van during the towing and repairs!! Great service, excellent prices, highly recommended!!

About six months ago, I was at Sheetz around midnight, my battery happened to die after I left my lights on. Luckily one of their employees was there filling up, and he helped me out free of charge. I even offered $20 after and he declined. Very polite and professional employee. Great services and a life saver.

These guys went above and beyond to help my business partner and me out. Business owners like this don't exist anymore. They have an old school "help your neighbor" feel. The BEST towing service in the United States. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever have the fortune of meeting. He tried to save me money from the very beginning by diagnosing my issues on the side of the road. He waived a great number of fees and was extremely conscientious. After the tow was over, he checked a few of the systems on my vehicle and gave me great advice on how to repair my issues. You will not go wrong by using this company. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely lifesavers, there is no doubt about it. My boyfriend and I were on a very long road trip from Montana to New Hampshire, on our way back the car broke down 4 miles away from Undertaker Towing & Repair. I gave them a call, saying the car needed to be towed, Mike gave me a quote that it would take 30-45 minutes, to our surprise a guy showed up 10 minutes after the phone call. Russell had the car loaded up on the tow truck in less that 5 minutes and we were on our way to the shop. They looked over the car and the prognosis was not good. We didn't have a place to stay, no plan B, we we're freaking out and very emotional about the whole situation. Our car got picked up at 2:30, the shop closes at 5, all the employees stayed an hour and half after closing, working hard and brainstorming to fix my car enough to get us to our next destination that was 230 miles away. Everyone there was so generous and understanding of our terrible situation. On top of working after hours, being overly generous, hard working, and determined to get us back on the road and home safely; they wanted to make sure we made it back to Montana safely. I cannot say enough good about Mike, Russell, and Brandy and there determination and dedication to their customers and the well being of everyone they work with. I told my parents all of what happened and the extraordinary services, they called Undertaker offering a paid for dinner and drinks. Mike declined their offer and said that if they would like to give back to us, please donate the money to Saint Judes Hospital. Needless to say, if my car ever breaks down again, I hope I'm close to Dubois, PA! Thank you Mike, Russell, and Brandy. YOU SAVED OUR BUTTS!

Highly recommend these guys! We were traveling through this area at night on our way to New York City when the rear right tire of our Town & Country blew out. The Auto Undertaker staff was friendly, prompt, and professional and went out of their way to assist us in getting back on the road!

Absolute best service anyone could expect. Our truck broke down on a Sunday, and we had no expectation of getting back on the road in less than 24-48 hours. The owner towed us in, called his tech on his day off, diagnosed the issue, and had the truck running before we could finish our lunch at the local diner. Personable and honest, quick and skilled and an unbelievably fair price. If we ever have car trouble again, I hope it's in Du Bois.
