Started to listen to a noise hours after taking it there. They did take out the oil but my engine was dry and the reason I realized it was because of the awful noise that was making; my car never had any problems until now. 80 dollars down the drain just to get it done all over again. Carlos even asked if the oil was done but next time i’ll make sure to check my oil before leaving. I’d like to have my money back
I had an excellent experience getting my state inspection done here. Carlos was the one who took care of my car, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process super smooth.
The price was also much better compared to other places I checked, which was a big plus. It’s great to find a shop that’s both honest and affordable. I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands.

Excellent customer service! They will not just pass and give you the stickers of your inspection like a lot of other places. My vehicle had rust on the rocker panels, they recommended a great place to get the job done, I came back for the inspection and then—>Literally in and out!!! Won’t go anywhere else!

I drive about 35min to get my inspection done here. They have a waiting room that makes you feel comfortable. It takes about 30min to get it done. This is the only place I would get my inspection done im not going no whereee elseee. And they do not charge 100$ plus like other state inspections do. I only paid 55$ for my county. Thank you guys !!!!

Come if u want time wasted lol “30 min wait” turned into almost 3 hours… so I juss left. Nice people but atleast give me an accurate time so I know to juss come back the next day next time. Thankyou
Some of the ppl I spoke to were very nice. I was trying to get an inspection. I went they told me they had no stickers and to come back the next day they would do it. I showed up the next day they said they still had no stickers. They would call me when they came in. I never got a call but I went back anyways and asked if they had got them in. I was told yes and that the lady would be there in ten minutes to do two other cars than mine. I waited waited and waited no one came back to me. So I asked is she here is she coming? I was told she’s the owner & if she didn’t come when she said that she was supposed to there’s nothing he can do about it. It’s unfortunate because their prices were great if you could actually get them to do what you ask.
I'm not sure if it was the owner I was working with but the lady who answers phones was very professional and understanding! I was late to my vehicle inspection appt by 15-20 minutes and the lady who answered the phones took my car and inspected in in no time. She was truly awesome!! I. Definitely bringing my other cars to them
Juan and his team are excellent. Although he works by appointment only… he made it happen for me quickly. He understood my urgency and helped me by getting on the right away so I can get home to my family in Baja California.
