Rapid towing company is a life saver!!!! I was about 45 minutes away from where I lived and they came and picked my car up and towed it back home for me when other companies wouldn’t. The guy that towed me was very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services.
Hands down, top notch service and a solid guy. Alternator went in car at 8pmish on 1/3/26 on I81 Hazleton, PA with 9 hrs driving behind us and 3 more hrs from home. After fighting with ins. Co. Roadside assistance for over an hour and them leaving me stranded, I googled tow trucks and Rapid Towing popped up. I read reviews and took a chance. I called, Gabriel answered immediately, I explained my situation with both of my kids in the car, had been roadside at this point for 1.5 hrs in 15 degree weather. He said im dropping a car right now, I got you, i will be on my way shortly. Within 20 minutes he pulls up. One of the first things he says is, Is everybody ok, the truck is warm get the kids in there!!!! That right there says it all. He loaded SUV up, dropped us at a hotel with the suv. His pricing was so reasonable i gave him a good tip because I felt, considering the situation, he was undercharging. This Man is an owner operator, a professional and with no doubt in my mind just a good person!!!! Thank you Gabriel!!!!!!

I didn't get the gentleman's name, maybe Gabriel? That's the name that came up on cashapp when I paid for the tow, but he was so courteous and kind! He got to me quickly and got my car back to my street in a jiffy.
Rapid is an accurate business name.
Price was more than reasonable, almost half of what other local tow services quoted me.

Dude showed up exactly when he said he would. Very nice guy and he even helped me push it into my driveway when we got it back to my house. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended !!
I needed to take my car to a shop after an inconvenience. I googled a towing company and Rapid Towing popped up. Thank god they answered so fast and showed up within 15 minutes.
