The service team was amazing, I can honestly say that our 2020 Mercedes now operates smother than it has in the last several years being serviced at a Dealership. We are extremely pleased and will get all our vehicles serviced at Crowne. Hands down, the best customer service is the BEST we have ever experienced. Our 350 GLE lost power the day before flying out of the country. Not only did Crowne check our vehicle, they told us exactly what was wrong and called us in Aruba to keep us updated. You need to experience them first hand, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Tyler worked on my 2018 Mercedes Benz to replace faulty fuel injectors. I have now been driving the vehicle for several days and have not encountered any issues. This was a persistent problem that was even missed by the dealerships service department. After such a disappointing experience I decided to give Crown Automotive a chance. I recently bought a 2012 Jaguar XK8 which needed front end suspension work. I asked Crowne to do a thorough review of the vehicle because I would like to take it on an upcoming trip. Their system for communicating the diagnostics with costs and options along with progress is first class. I was apprehensive at first at the purchase of this vehicle but I am very happy I found Crowne to do the maintenance and repairs. The staff is very friendly. Was referred to Crowne by 2 different friends. Had a ‘17 MB 450GLS in for 40K service AKA “B1”. Easy drop off and estimate of expected charges received day prior to appointment. Was completed in time and within the estimate. Tech discovered 2 lug nuts missing from one wheel and replaced them. Great customer service, communication, and coordination. Highly recommend this shop for service of any European make.

Though it may be sacrilege to Jag purists, I’ve always thought the XJS was more beautiful than the E-Type. Thankfully, that once-controversial opinion kept this underappreciated classic within reach when I bought mine five years ago—and it’s been a reliable near-daily driver ever since, gliding more smoothly than many modern cars. Of course, keeping a V12 humming along requires a bit more attention than today’s interchangeable, cookie-cutter machines—and that’s where Crowne Automotive continues to shine. I recently brought her back in for some additional work, and once again, the team’s expertise and care gave me complete confidence. It’s not just that they know what they’re doing—it’s that they truly understand what it means to care for a vintage British car. The staff (Cheyenne) and owner (Sarah) are great to work with. Their mechanic Tyler is professional. They send you a detailed report on what they found and what needs to be fixed. I am glad to know about them. They work with Benz, Jaguars, and other luxury cars. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

We recently bought our first Land Rover (used), and wanted to establish ourselves with a mechanic who is certified in the brand. The communication and information Chelsea provided was so complete and helpful. She patiently answered our questions. The mechanic gave options for work needed in our coolant/ thermostat systems and informed us of the pros and cons of the choices. The work was completed when promised, and is guaranteed. We are so grateful to have found Crowne. Great, professional shop who we are confident we will use exclusively.

I happened upon Crowne Automotive several months back. I decided since they specialize in European Motors that I would take my Fiat 500x to them on next inspection. So I made an appointment. Today was inspection, and I couldn't be happier. Staff and owner were welcoming. I walked up the street for a cup of coffee. They were communicative through texts about what was needed to pass inspection as well as the pricing and then things that I would need in the near future. I called the day before needing an oil change on my 2019 s5 before a trip and they did their best to fit me in the next day. They have a lock box system for after hours pick up and drop off that made for a very smooth and easy transaction. They even washed the car. A+ service at Crowne Automotive.
