Today I had, Josh, very professional, and was able to find a leak in my tire that I’ve had problems with for a long time! Very pleased as always! Sent in For oil change and I mentioned about my tire leak and he said no problem I will look at it😀 I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I received a warning from my car that my oil needed to be changed. Apparently, I forgot about getting that done! I called up to the garage. They got me an appointment with no problem I dropped it off and picked it up a couple hours later all done. They are very friendly and very professional always and I believe that all their fees are average or below I go to them for all my Auto needs.
Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service. The end result ended up being more costly but the professionalism and the knowledgeable and friendly staff made it better. First experience and trust was established from the start.
All service members were very nice and professional. I went for an oil change but I also asked if they could check my brakes to be sure they were wearing well. They checked and the technician himself called me to report that the brakes were good and nothing to be concerned at this time. I would recommend Laugers Auto. My car was done in a timely fashion as well.
Regular visits to Lauger’s with 3 vehicles - this one was the Lexus with 257,000 miles for PA inspection. Great advice and successful at getting the emissions back under control. No surprises…just the truth providing info to make good decisions.

When we lost our garage because of retirement, we knew it would be so difficult to find another that we would trust. We were wrong we found Lauger’s And have a feeling of trust since we did. Corey has a lot of knowledge about cars. He knew exactly what was wrong with my Subaru! He only did what was needed. Honest and responsibly priced. I am so happy that my parents had recommended Lauger’s!
I deal mostly with owner Andrew and with mechanic Andy. I could not be more pleased with their customer service and their work as well as explaining issues and discussing options on repairs.
However I don’t get to talk with them since someone was hired to answer phone.
I really appreciated talking with the mechanic personally about work that was done. (although if I asked I’m sure I could.) :)
Laugers Auto is my go-to place to get all the work done on my Kia. I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences every time I go to this garage. The staff is friendly, clear communication via text with a link to my bill and are always professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable and top-notch service.
They did a fantastic job on my lifted Honda Element. I have been attempting to fix some major issues with my job hauling heavy loads with this 4 cylinder. All it needed was some heavy duty struts. This was a job I was willing to attempt myself, however they were able to do this with EASE. The vehicle performs well and they were fast! Great job!
Great job ! My car was konking out and my normal mechanic couldn't figure out why. Lauger's figured it out in a day and I was back on the road at a fair price. A FANTASTIC Job and I am very THANKFUL !
SUPERB. As first-time client I brought 2 cars in in 2 days (well, actually they had to transport one of them from my driveway). With the first car they found that a simple adjustment (not a repair or replacement) was all that was needed to fix one problem. Additionally, although not part of the work order, they left that car's 17-year-old engine running and idling better than ever. With the other, older car they quickly fixed a potentially dangerous problem that another shop had both negligently CREATED and then failed to repair when given TWO return visits to do so. I am VERY pleased and encouraged!

Jessica was extremely helpful! She had informed me that the staff would help within the hr and they were here within 15 min. They got my issue taken care of under an hour. Their prices are reasonable and service impeccable! Thank you for your excellent service and speed!
This place just cares about making sure your car is fixed right. And they’re honest. They could have charged me a lot more than they did, but their ethics are outstanding and they took good care of us.
I love taking my vehicles to Lauger’s. The folks there are friendly and accommodating. And they can handle basically any service/repair. Nice to have a great service shop like this in our community.

I would highly recommend Lauger's Auto for your vehicle needs! They are Awesome!! Jessica is very friendly, efficient at her job & scheduling around your needs, particularly when appt had to be moved sooner for safety of vehicle/occupants. Technician Cory is very attentive, takes time to actively listen to vehicle concerns and quickly diagnosed & repaired my Jeep's electronic stability issue affecting road safety while driving in the rain and prevented 4WD from engaging.... an issue several other service centers were unable to do. Very satisfied with their expertise and willingness to accommodate their customers. I found a forever service center for all our vehicle needs!! Thank You Lauger's!!
We are new to the area and a friend recommended Lauger's auto to us. We were told they were honest and affordable but this is not what we experienced. My husband told them what was going on with our van and even where they should test first. They spent three hours looking elsewhere before looking at where he told them to look. They also charged us $200 for a two mile tow. We were hoping that we could find somewhere we could trust for our car care needs. After paying $500 to have a relay replaced, this is definitely not the place.
This may be more of a confession than a review. I took more than 1 candy and I feel bad about it. There was no sign and I had little restraint. I'm sorry. As for the place itself, very friendly service! The waiting room was the best I've ever been in! AC was cold, water was cold and they had a Pac-Man arcade! I wish I lived closer cause I'd definitely get my car serviced here. Bravo, Lauger's, this lager is for you!🍻

Different families over the years even when it was under different ownership. They all have thanked me and are very pleased. I typically don’t write things but in this case is easy to do. Service at its BEST.
Two positive experiences at Lauger’s so far. First, were $40 per tire cheaper than Tire Rack when I was shopping for tires on my truck AND happily took care of an adjustment on the alignment after the job was done. Second, they got my wife’s car in for a battery on short notice. I really appreciate both of those experiences. Thank you.
