Got a new battery from here and staff made sure to ask if I had AAA so I could get a discount and made me aware of $20 I’d receive back for returning the dead battery. Good experience
What a crew! Extremely helpful and friendly. Mid-vacation car troubles almost derailed our trip, but prompt support and a sweet deal on much needed tools helped get the car back on track in less than 2 hours after the store opened. Even made it back to the hotel in time for breakfast.

Chris was fantastic! I have a 07 colbalt ss stage 2 and nobody had the serpentine belt I needed Even tried three dealerships and all the other local part stores! I commend you Chris for going down the rabbit hole of trouble to help me!
chris was super helpful and super nice, had me in and out in under 2 mins. really got me out of a jam too as i’m 200 miles from home and no other auto parts store around here had my specific oil. these guys had it. highly recommend! thanks!
Staff is always helpful and prompt in assisting. If they don't have the part, they will get it asap. Appreciate having this place available when needing to work on our vehicles, especially since part quality if generally better, and more accurate fit than with other stores.
Great service here. If they don't have the parts or the tools they can order them for you. Haven't had to wait for more than a day to get things that weren't in stock.
Small store yet seems to have a large assortment , best of all they can get even the hardest of hard to find parts overnight. Definitely a great parts store.
This has got to be the best Napa Auto Parts store in the nation. Best customer service you can ever find. The store is small in front but huge in back. If you need it, they can find it.
Great place to go every time I end up leaving with the part and if not I usually have the part the next day. They do everything they can to make sure I leave with what I need. The staff give great advice and dont recommend the most expensive product. The staff goes out of there way to help you. And all the people that are giving them 1 star truly puzzles me because they are very approachable.
I went here to get a headlight bulb. And as I stood there waiting for the salesman to be done on the phone another person walked in the door. It must have been his friend because they started talking while he was on the computer finishing from the phone call. He then started to look up parts for his friend instead of helping me, as I was standing directly in front of him at the counter. I walked out and went to Advanced who were much more eager to get my business. I suggest going anywhere but here.
Went to the Hummelstown Napa in search of a rare item and after awhile of the counter guy (name I don't remember..sorry)looking for it in the computer he found it and it will be here in a couple days.....AWESOME
Napa is always a great place for any supplies you need. Service is always great and helpful. Staff is very knowledgable, which is helpful if you do not fully know what your looking for. NAPA knows how! They also have monthly deals. So if you are not in too much of a hurry, be sure to wait for a deal! Their website also gives you 10% off on online purchases and free deliveries after a certain amount.
Called the first time and got put on hold for 10 minutes and they never came back to the phone. Called back again and the guy was rude and didnt even try to help me. Would not recommend going to Napa.
The employees here are fantastic. Always super helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, respectful. I'm not the most "car savy" person but these guys take the time to answer and questions I have when I do have a need to work on my car myself. Customer Service reigns supreme at this particular NAPA.
I needed a tow shackle and while the store didn't have the type I required, the employee did have one on his truck.
He offered to sell me his at a comparable price as store stock. I was in a jam and I feel his out of the box thinking got me out of it.
