Got a flat on a dry rotted tire, called whoops they were there in less then 10 minutes. I was back on the road in 15. Exceptional service!

I came at 2:30 am and nobody presents Don’t give phone answer too. I was very upset.

I will recommend Whoops Roadside to anyone and everyone. Torri goes above and beyond to help his customers and is very knowledgeable. If you need roadside assistance give him a call you won't be sorry :)

FANTASTIC SERVICE ! Had a screw in my tire at 9pm, and Anealio was there promptly within 20 minutes, patched it up, filled it up, and put it back on for a great price. 10/10 would reccomend ! Great customer service and friendly people!

These guys are the best, they took the tire we bought from another place, they went on scene put it on the truck eve sooner than the ETA. Price was great for such a job. Strongly recommended to call them and you are on your way. Thank you, keep up the good work.

We found ourselves stranded at Sheetz while trying to inflate our tires. Torri from Whoops pulled up and offered his assistance without any notice - just did it out of the kindness of his heart. He promptly fixed our tire right there in the parking lot. We were incredibly fortunate to have him help us and are now grateful to call ourselves customers!

I had an issue with my EFI system in my Charger and wound up getting stuck in Grantville, PA 396 miles from home. Torri showed up and helped out. When we couldn't get it running we attracted a crowd and had the village helping out lol. Honestly he went above and beyond what he ever had to do but took time out of his night to help me and even helped me find a room at a hotel for the night. Funniest thing is if Holley customer service had weekend hours I would have made it home. Regardless, I was able to get a tow home and now I've got my trial by fire story for my project car. I'll definitely recommend y'all to anyone who's in the are. Thanks again Torri. Your awesome man.

Called yesterday talked to whoever answered the phone. I needed a jump. Had a feeling I wasn’t going to get a call back and I took care of it myself. Never got a call back. Whoops!!!

Torri was really friendly, came out last minute to help with my car problem and assisted me the entire process of finding a solution. Great guy

I was stuck at Sheetz in Middletown for 2 hours after my dog locked me out of the car. It wasn't until the Best in the world "ROB NOXIOUS" told me to call Tori to help me. Tori came right away and unlocked my doors within minutes. I've known him a long time he was my son's bus driver my son and my son thinks he's the coolest person. He saved us tonight. THANK YOU TORI

The ONLY reason I'm giving this 1 star is because of what I'm going through now because of the roadside service. I had a flat tire and called Whoops for roadside assistance.. the guy came out took off my tire and found out it wasn't capable of being plugged so he put the tire back on because my husband was coming with a new tire and we were just going to take the tire off and go get the new one put on the rim so we could put it back on my car ... Well the tech guy REALLY tightened those lug nuts back on because it's on there really good. We can't get it off it's stripped!!! Which is costing us way more than what this should have costed us.

They were there literally within 20 min.. and fast at getting us to our location.. Definitely recommend!!

Couldn’t be happier. Bass boat blew a tire on a Sunday evening. He got out to me pretty fast and changed my tire for an extremely reasonable price. The customer service was phenomenal. He checked my tire pressure on my spare and my other tire and filled both for me.

I was really stuck— my car died in a low clearance parking garage. I tried gettin roadside assistance through my insurance company and had four tow companies cancel on me. One showed up and when jumping my car’s battery didn’t work, he quit. My insurance company was out of ideas and told me to start calling around. A guy at the garage I planned to get my car towed to recommended Whoops and I was so punch drunk on 24 hours of trying to rescue my car I laughed about the name for a solid minute and then called. They showed up so fast and when jumping the battery didn’t work, they didn’t quit. He pulled tools out of his personal car to try and get at the problem. when he couldn’t, he helped me safely shift the car into neutral and at least coast it out of the garage so a tow truck could come. He apologized they couldn’t tow it like he didn’t just save me life and fragile sanity and then he wanted to just charge me fuel costs. I tipped 100% and it still felt like too little for being such a life saver. genuinely good people run this company.

When I was traveling with my wife and 2 very young children, we hit a large rock on the highway. Luckily, we were able to make it to a Sheetz. At Sheetz, I found one of my tires had significant damage to the sidewall and required replacement. No spare in the car left us stranded. I called 8 places trying to find someone to replace my tire, even if I had to get towed there. No luck. It would be days before they could even get me a tire. Finally, I got a hold of Whoops. I explained my situation and he told me he would call back to let me know if he could source the tire. HE FOUND ME A TIRE IN 5 MINUTES. Not only did he replace the tire, HE REPLACED IT IN THE SHEETZ PARKING LOT IN 20 MINUTES! The price he charged was way less than I would expect for the service he provided. I truly can't say enough good things about the experience.

I locked my keys in my car at work. Called whoops for help and he was here in less than 30 minutes and had my car door open in 38 seconds! This guy is awesome! Sign up! It's worth it! Thank you again Torri

Huge thank you to Tori and Whoops Roadside Assistance for your help when my husband's car broke down! Insurance was giving me the runaround and Tori offered to come take a look at the car or get me a tow truck dispatched. During a frustrating time he helped make the process streamlined. Even followed up after! Thank you for everything!

My tire went flat on my passenger side and they were able to take me to Walmart to buy a replacement tire and even were able to mount it to my rim. If possible I would give more stars.

I'm a member and got a flat tire. Whoops came right out and patched my tire. He also got me a great deal on new tires! I would highly recommend becoming a member, for a few bucks a month you can get outstanding customer service and quick reliable help.

WHOOPS! came to my aid today. The owner was courteous, professional, timely and had given great advice on safety until they arrived. He made sure turre wasnt any other problems before he left. Highly recommend!!

I couldn't ask for a better experience with Whoops roadside assistance. I had a screw in my tire causing an air leak and Whoops repaired it within the hour. The whole process down to response time through the actual repair was awesome. Thanks again.

Fast and efficient service! Would highly recommend! They also have a great program where if they see you broken down along the road, they will stop and help, free of charge!

Having Whoops Roadside is honestly a game changer when your car needs something unexpected. Arguably they are faster than any other option you might be thinking of calling and they’re definitely worth giving a chance. Torri was able to arrive at the location of my partner to fix his flat, arrived at my location to plug a nail in my tire in less than 25 minutes and the actual process was less than an hour - that’s some good service! (Bonus: he will make you laugh while doing so, and you’re not gonna get that anywhere else, I can guarantee it). Thanks again!

Literally a life saver! Got a flat tire and my insurance company couldn’t find a roadside assistance due to it being at 1:30 am. Called WHOOPS and they were there within 20 minutes! Would recommend them to any and everyone.
