I went in the other day to get wiper blades. I got a lot of help getting the blades. When I went home to put them on, I couldn't figure out how to replace them. I drove back down to napa and Patrick was amazing! He came out and replaced the wipers for me. I tried giving him a tip and he refused to take it from me! I'm forever grateful for the help from Patrick! All the employees there are really nice and don't try to sell you something you don't need. The store is clean and well organized! Jamie G. is also another amazing employee I'd love to give a shout out to. Thank you to all of you for all of the help you've given me!!
Rich is so incredibly helpful. I was stranded with a dead battery next door and he got my car running with zero hesitation. He literally saved the day.
I was greeted politely and enthusiastically upon entering the building and then was helped quick fast and in a hurry and I was completely satisfied.... The people that worked here were great.
Seemed as if I was inconveniencing or bothering gentleman who waited on me asked why my key fob was not working and was told it doesn't like me after I bought brand new batteries spend hundreds of dollars at Napa the best Napa that I have been to is in Newcastle
This is a decent-looking store, a little bit bigger than a normal NAPA store, unfortunately, they don't stock a normal amount of Amsoil and I had to drive all the way over to Coraopolis just to buy 5 quarts of oil when this is right down the street from me. The staff, a bunch of old guys, are about as friendly as bugs underneath of a rock would be, don't expect too much.
Not the best customer service usally the people looking like they hate their job for the most part. Sometimes prices are good on certin parts. They might be content selling parts to workshops and dealers rather then walk in customers. To each there own but at a time I received a helping hand
