Worst experience ever!! I called to see about getting my car back when it was towed, the owner Mike and another guy was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. They kept cutting me off not allowing me to get more information. Then Mike hung up on me! I will never recommend this place. They are very rude and especially towards woman.

I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding the discriminatory practices and unfair treatment I have witnessed from your company. It has become clear that low-income families and people of color are being taken advantage of, both through unequal treatment and exploitative policies. Such practices not only create additional financial hardship for families who are already struggling, but also foster an environment of exclusion and discrimination. Every customer deserves to be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect—regardless of their income level, race, or background. Unfortunately, my experience, as well as that of others I have spoken with, shows a consistent pattern of disregard for these values. I am requesting that this issue be taken seriously and addressed immediately. Your company must review and correct these harmful practices to ensure equal and fair treatment for all. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate agencies and share my concerns publicly. I hope to see a prompt and meaningful response.

As a single mother of 3 ( their father is deceased) I’ve never been spoken to so nasty in my 40 years on earth . It gave racist and lier . A simple address mix up and they want $700 highway robbery. My family has no car now .

Worse experience ever...😑 our Company truck was taking for about 3 hours and they charged 540.00 by adding ridiculous fee!! All of the staff working there were rude. A total scam to steal money from people.

After experiencing the run around with a competitor for 24 hours. I called this group. He said 45 minutes he could be there & 43 minutes later he was here. 10 minutes later I am out of the ditch. Randy is a good dude. Price was less than the other place too!

I got work on my car here on Tuesday. They did a wonderful job. They got me in fast, the receptionist is super nice, and they gave me a military discount just by them noticing me having my dog tags attached to my key. I didn’t even ask. That speaks volumes to me. Along with the receipt also thanking me for my service. I will continue my business here. Highly recommended

I got in an accident on 65 , they towed my truck , I called about my truck to get it out because I did not want fees to build up, the lady I talked I explained I had liability only and wanted to get my truck , she assured me I would not get charged storage . Went down a week later to retrieve stuff from my truck again talked to the lady at the desk told me again try to find somewhere to put it because I wanted my truck back she said take ur time its fine we are not charging storage . Well found somewhere to put my truck I called and the lady told me it would be 1700 , I asked why so much she said I was getting charged for storage, and I brought up what she assured me about no charge for storage she said the owner put a lock on the computer and she could not change it . I have to pay for storage, again I wanted to get my truck out of there 3 days after they lied to me and now I’m gonna lose my truck because of the lies I was told .. and can’t afford that . When I told her that she said oh well nothing she can do..

I will always bring my car to fasmo. They have fixed my car on multiple occasions! I couldn't be happier with the service I get here. Especially being a woman and taking my car to a shop, you can trust them !

Very impressed with quality of service and speed. Had water pump explosure on my work van which i needed repaired very fast(cause i work on it) and they fixed it in two days while my friend had transmission issue and brought his truck to another shop and it took them a week to even look at it. So i definitely recommend this place.

I needed to get a car from Wexford to Monroeville. I called and said yes he can do it. Went down and paid him. His driver called when it was delivered. Great service

Honest, fast, and reliable! Jill and Mike took great care of me. 2 other local repair shops and community business owners had recommended them. They diagnosed and fixed my car within 2 days when all other places had a long wait. The tow was super quick also. I didn’t have to spend money on a rental because they were so fast which was a huge blessing. Thank you!! I highly recommend them.

I had 2 broken lug bolts. The fasmo team took me in immediately and had the job done quick! And way cheaper than anyone else would of charged for cutting em off. And didn't damage my wheel at all! 10/10 recommend them for anything... ONLY SHOP I LET TOUCH MY CAR!

My Fiancé had his Flowmaster Super 44 series mufflers installed here. They performed excellent service, professional and quality work. This shop is head and shoulders above the rest. Also, when he was leaving the, the Mechanic was nice enough to refer my Fiancé to an ideal place to get a programmable tune. He literally crossed traffic to do so. Needless to say, my Fiancé will make them a first resort of any performance parts to be installed on his Camaro at, and I will now use them for emissions and registration purposes as well.

I had just moved to Ambridge, pa and started having car troubles. Then I found Fasmo, and they are very reasonable on their prices and the work is very top notch. I said you will always get my business and I mean it , my car won't go anywhere else

I am overly impressed with how skilled and honest all the employees have been when I had my vehicle worked on several times at this automotive repair shop. The front desk attendant is such a genuinely kind human ❤️ and I can't recommend this place enough! I will be a life long customer for sure.

I had an appointment yesterday 8/15/22 to have a tire replaced. I brought my own used tire to replace the one that had the wires coming through the rubber. Little did I know they had 2 better tires that matched that they said I could just have. Only needed to pay for the mounting and balancing of the tires. They went above and beyond for me. I am so appreciative of what they did for me. Their prices are the cheapest I have found around and they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them for all your auto service needs. Check them out if you ever need work done to your car or truck. And the people are friendly and knowledgeable. I will not be going anywhere else but Fasmos!

Did a mid muffler delete for me. Car sounds great. Quick and fair pricing. Will return in the future. Update: Got some quad exhaust tips installed. Great job again.

It was good because they towed and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my 2007 Honda Civic in just a day and half. I would recommend them to anyone who breaks down near Ambridge PA. They will fix you up and get you back on the road asap. They keep you posted with updates as well so that you're not sat there wondering as well

Fast service, family run but very nice and professional. At moment getting battery replaced, has a 5yr warranty and got a year ago.. all taken care of. Live close to here, always busy so they must be doing something right! Will come here for future things to be done outside of dealership warranty.

Mike and his wife have all these qualities, unmatched customer service and then some. Seriously, they are just absolute great people. Mike is so knowledgeable and delivers such a high quality of service. I highly recommend Fasmo to everyone. Even if they are about an hours drive from where you live. Trust me you will thank me. It is very hard to find a service provider that fits all the qualities that create a "Mom & Pop" shop experience. Seriously, Great poeple and an honest mechanic/technician you can trust!
