Service not so great:( was told to bring car in on a Sunday to get looked at that next Monday… my car sat for a month before even getting checked out. Waited another 2 weeks just to get parts in and actually fixed. Check engine light still comes on, oil was changed but sadly they tighten my oil cap so tight i cant remove it.
I took my truck in for a few issues and Brian called me the same day i took the truck in with a diagnosis and solution. Very fairly priced and great service. I will definitely be taking my vehicles into Big B’s!
Great work, very professional that also means they are busy and be patient and your car/truck will get done right and the price is pretty reasonable too
Had extensive amount of work on my car for inspection. Quality work and very fair final bill. Confident that the work done will extend the life of my car as it is a 1999.
I described my problem. I pointed out my problem, and they replaced a fan. Cost me $ , I go back to get it and same rattle noise. I told them again what I believe problem is.. they finally listened and fixed it but I also had to pay for unnecessary fan replacement!!
Needed a tired patched. Made appointment for 1pm, got there early as possible. I was greated by a lady that was very nice and friendly. My vehicle was repaired just after 1pm. Moments later a gentleman brought me my keys and said, your all done your good to go. I felt like family there. It was a humbling experience! Thank you Big B's...
This shop is great! They were nice enough to get us in here since we needed a new water pump, and a couple of other things...while we were driving to florida. They made sure they got us right in and got the job done. Thank you for your help! You saved our vacation!
Used to be great, now they overcharge and even told me I needed something fixed when it was completely fine. New office guy is taking advantage of loyal customers. I, along with several friends and family members have been doing our business elsewhere.
Master mechanics make this place, but the great owners and people out front are the icing on the cake. They will get you in and fixed right up as quick as possible. Couldn't ask for a better garage.
Big B's looks out for it's customers, and this college student couldn't be more grateful! A friend recommended I take my vehicle there when I had a nasty rattle, and not only did they take care of it, but they didn't charge me anything for the simple fix. They're good people - I'll definitely be returning with my future car troubles.
