I'm new to the north and got my car stuck in the ice of my driveway. They sent out some guys to help me get unstuck, helped shovel out the worst part of the driveway, and helped me get some snow tires for my car just a day later. Great folks!
Casey does his best to take care of the locals, on several occasions he has gone above and beyond for my family.
To name a few, I woke up to a flat tire and didn’t have time to change to spare- left for work in the wife’s car and called a friend to change the spare. In the process it was discovered an entire lug was destroyed- call Casey and he squeezed it in that morning to replace the lug, plug the flat, and at the end of all the extras he only charged me a few bucks.
Most recently something was wrong with the wife’s car, took it in for diagnosis and was told it needed LF steering knuckle. Schedule to have it replaced, get it replaced and at test drive the issue was still there- picked the wrong steering knuckle to replace. He immediately, and without hesitation offered to replace the correct steering knuckle at no charge- to which I offered to split the difference and at least pay for the labor. He denied my offer to pay for any of it and said it will get taken care of on his money/time.
I have the utmost respect for how he runs his business and would recommend any of what he has to offer to anyone.
I recently purchased a car from Casey and I couldn't be more pleased. He made sure to go through it and make sure everything was in order before I even drove it. I came from three and a half hours away and was extremely happy with the wagon I purchased from him. Truly an excellent experience overall!
Went to get my car under coated, and they also filled up my tires that were a little bit low. Not only that, but Abby at the desk helped me finish up getting my registration That never came in the mail. Very nice people who will go out of their way just to help a person out. I absolutely recommend them in the job that they do!
I purchased a 1985 ford bronco with a 302 engine. Mark did an exstensive amount of work on this vehicle before selling it to me. He did a fantastic job on all repairs it needed . I have taken a couple motorcycles there, and while they dont work on them, they have always been quick to get my bike inspected and back out the door to me in no time at all!
HORRIBLE, bought a jeep grand Cherokee an the middle of January 2014. they inspected it in November of 2013. One of the seat belts didn't work, the emergency brake didn't work. they fixed those problems and as soon as i got it back all the dummy lights on the dash came on, abs didn't work, traction control didn't work ect. i called them about it and even though i didn't happen until after they "fixed" the E-brake they wouldn't stand by there work. It cost me $430.00 to fix that problem. they place that fixed it also told me i needed new front struts, a ceased up front caliper, and ball joints, they also said those would have never passed a PA inspection in there current condition. i still have to get those problems fixed. BEWARE!!!!!! Casey Lydic, who gave 5 stars is the person who sold me the car. Hey Casey, if you want i can show you my bills from all the repairs!
