I worked with Berks Auto Collision through my insurance. Berks Auto was top tier in communication, timeliness, and craftsmanship. It was a long process dealing with the insurance but when it came to the physical repairs and client relationship, Berks Auto exceeded my expectations. I will use them in the future if needed and would recommend them to anyone in need of car repair. Janelle and Josh go above and beyond to answer questions and are honest folks in my experience.

Great customer service! Was glad to see it was even Subaru certified! My car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up as well as some of the rattles were gone that it had before! I would highly recommend Berks Auto Collision if you ever need a body shop!

Stop quality work coming from this shop. Had a rather small issue with my vehicle and Josh was able to work with the team to fit it in. They completed the work in a very short time and the result was fantastic. They even saved me some money where they could. Definitely come here for a quote if you need auto body work done to your vehicle.

If there was an option for zero stars, that would be too generous for this company. It took 5 months from the estimate to finally start the repair. The lift gate repair took 1 month, and they cracked the glass roof during the repair and didn’t bother telling me. I saw the cracked roof when I picked it up, and they said oops, our bad. Another couple weeks to get the roof replaced. During the roof replacement, the tech stained and damaged the headliner. They didn’t bother telling. I saw the damage when I picked it up, and they said oops, our bad. The lift gate that they replaced also leaked like a submarine with a screen door, so I told them. This time they just ignored me. So, I took the car to Tesla, they fixed all of the issues caused by Berks Auto, and sent them the bill. Total time to fix a lift gate: 9 months. I do not recommend this repair shop.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!! FANTASTIC!!!! REMARKABLE!!!! If all caps means you are shouting then YES I AM!!!! Never, ever, ever in my wildest dreams did I imagine anyone could PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) this dent out of the door from my Audi Q7, but Berks Auto Collision Center did! Look at the unretouched pictures and judge for yourself. Do these guys know what they're doing? Damn straight Skippy! Joshua Gilmour handled the entire repair start to finish. Josh has excellent communication skills and exceptional industry knowledge. Of course I understand they use an oudstide vendor, all body shops do. Josh had his professional on the phone while I was sitting at his desk. They reviewed my pics together and discussed process and price. We agreed on a scheduled repair date and Josh stayed. in touch throughout the day to update me on progress. When I was dropped off I saw my door from about 75 feet away and knew instantly they NAILED IT! Up close you can barely tell where the work was done unless you are looking for it. No insurance, no rental car, no hassle. Without question I wholeheartedly recommend Berks Auto Collision Center for any repair, minor or major. Note: My only question is who are the idiots that rated Berks three stars or less? If you are reading this and one of "them" yes, I'm calling you an idiot. You likely never gave anyone a FIVE STAR rating in your life. You most likely look for things to complain about. You probably complain about your food order to get a discount and then stiff your server on the tip. Yes, that's you. Cheers!

Amazing work by Dustin and members at Berks Auto. Can't say enough of how amazing the car looks. Also, they detailed the interior of the car as well. This is the place to bring your Tesla to get repaired. Certified Tesla repair shop. Thanks again for the awesome work.

Worked with Josh, great to work with and extremely helpful with my claims, unfortunately due to auto union strike there's a backlog of cars to fix, and get parts but that is out of there hands. Josh was very upfront and said wait could be longer then usual. Overall so far no complaints and I'm sure I won't have any once my truck is fixed based what I seen!

My car was hit in September. Berks was only able to get it in to be repaired December 21st. They expected the repairs to take 2 weeks but it only took 8 days, during the Christmas holiday. They kept me informed with every step and when we picked it up we were amazed at how beautiful it looked. It now looks better than it did when we purchased it from Piazza.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. I took my car here after my car had been in the shop two other times with a different shop and was in worse condition than what I had dropped it off. After being completely frustrated, I took my card to Berks auto collision as my second shop since the first shop did a horrible job twice I should have come here from the get go because they did an amazing job on my car back in 2017 when it was hit and now my newer car got hit and they were just so professional and really turned my car back into its pre-collision condition in less than 3 weeks. I am so grateful to Dustin and his team.

Had a accident with a deer on July 25th. Took the car in to get an estimate because my insurance company told me they are a preferred auto body shop. Lesson learned, never take the car where the insurance company wants you to. Unless you are okay with them having your car for months on end,do not take your car there. After waiting for two months with my time frame to get my car done still another 2 months away, I had it towed to the auto body of my choice and they finished it in less then two weeks. Berks Auto Collision Center will lie to you and make up excuses on why it is not done, even though they had all the parts, so beware of this shop and avoid at all costs.

This was my 2nd time at Berks and their work and professionalism are top notch!! Communication was good and they handled delayed parts delivery issues with good communication, which is exactly what is needed!! Dustin went out of his way to make sure I was in the loop on the repair.

My car was in an accident in October and I had an estimate done at Berks Auto shortly after. The drop off appointment was scheduled for December 23. Dropped the car off on the scheduled day and picked up a rental car. Was continuously told by Dustin that my car was being worked on, but going slow because of the backlog of cars. Get a call from rental car company end of January (4 weeks later) saying they are no longer paying for the rental as Berks Auto Collision could not provide an update on my car. I had to return the rental car and went to check on status of my car. My car had not moved from the same spot that it was dropped off in 4 weeks prior. I picked up my car and Dustin continued to promise that my car would be taken in soon to be worked on. After 4 months of waiting and being strung along, siting staffing issues, difficulty getting parts, a backlog of cars, etc., I decided to take my car to another repair shop. I was unable to get a rental car as Berks Auto Collision had used all the days that the insurance was willing to pay for. Will not use again.

Dustin, Cathy, and everyone else at Berk's Auto Collision Center provided fantastic service end-to-end. They're the only Tesla-Certified body shop in the area, so they are overwhelmed with demand. Even so, they gave me (and the other customers I observed in the shop) very personal attention. They were extremely attentive throughout the process, provided regular updates on parts and status in the repair process, and responded immediately to questions and calls. When my car was finished, it was absolutely perfect, with no defects or paint shade differentials. It was returned freshly washed and with plenty of charge on the battery. I would return to them in a heartbeat.

Berks Auto was very professional and performed excellent work on my truck! The end result looks better than new! They even took the time to buff out some unrelated scratches and cleaned the interior! Couldn’t be happier!

We highly recommend taking your cars to Berks Auto Collision. We have had excellent experiences using this business multiple times. Their professionalism and attention to detail allowed us peace of mind after our accident. They were able to fit us in, work miracles on our car, and get us back out on the road quickly. They also helped us navigate the confusing auto insurance process.

Zero stars was not an option 🙂 people are very nice but the work is disgraceful and disgusting. If you’re reading the reviews, ignore the ones who gave it more than one star. DONT. EVER. TAKE. YOUR. CAR. HERE. my car that was a gracious gift to me (Tesla-60k car) was taken here unfortunately and I am a mom of two little ones mind you…anyways, my car was pristine until we had gotten into a car accident. The unfortunate part was the insurance company decided to send it to the closest auto body shop that is “Tesla certified” (berks collision…should have that title revoked from them) The interior was pristine as well, even with my two boys who are very young. GROWN ADULTS messed up the interior more than what my children did and my kids know better. There were Knicks in the paint, scratches in the interior and the clips of the dash were sticking out when we got it back. The paint was horrible. The car was taken back after it was messed up and realistically should be taken back again. SMH never again. Save yourself from this monstrosity of a place. Hope someone can turn the place around what a shame someone who would ever call themselves a business, letting stufff out of their garage like that.

My car got dropped off on July 22nd at Berks auto as recommended by farmers insurance. I was leaving Pennsylvania on September 1st plenty of time I though for the car to be repaired. I was told about the part shortage which I understand. I informed Berks auto of me having to be in Tennessee the first so they knew my car needed to be completed. Took them about 3 weeks to begin ordering the needed parts. As it was approaching the first I began calling regularly for updates on the approaching first and they said it probably wouldn’t be completed in time. So September 3rd I went to the shop and sat and waiting they had my car done and took it for a test drive. The stabilitrak system wasn’t working but I was told by Mark that it was okay to drive to Tennessee and once I got there to order a wheel speed sensor and they would reimburse me for it. I ordered the wheel speed sensor and had it put on by the Chevy dealership. That didn’t fix it. It needed a whole new hub assembly because berks put on an aftermarket one so it was not reading the sensors correctly. I emailed mark over the bill of $582.40 for the wheel speed sensor and new hub assembly on 10/5. No calls back or follow ups have not been able to reach him or get a call back at all. So now I’m just going to go directly through the insurance company to be reimbursed. The driver door also was damaged and needs to be repainted that berks never fixed as well. I’m not even going to try and go through berks to have that repaired I’ll just go directly through the insurance company.

Chose this shop based on a recommendation from a friend. They gave me an appointment for 4/21/21. It is now 6/28/21 and I still don't have a firm date for ETC. First of all, the first week I did not receive an update so I am assuming they didn't touch the car for a week. After they finally got into the car and gave estimate, they gave me ETA of 4 weeks (reasonable). At some point, they would move the date out one week, each week. At this point I called and they told me it is because they got slammed with cars that need to get on a Frame rack and parts are hard to source. I didn't understand why they kept moving the eta out one week when he told it would realistically be another 3 to 4 weeks. Also, I call and leave messages, and several times I have to call back a second time since days go by and I don't receive any phone calls. Maybe it's just my bad luck, but this is my honest experience.

We had an unfortunate run in with a deer. The customer service provided was simply the best we’ve ever experienced. We had $4800 in damage. They finished way before car was promised. Kept us informed on a weekly basis as to the progress of the repair. Car was cleaned and detailed inside and out. It looked showroom new. Made a stressful time less stressful. Process was very smooth. They have a customer for life!!!

Seems like a great place, kind desk staff Cathy I believe her name was, she's great, kind and helpful. great guys in the shop seem very nice and attentive. unfortunately, I went in to get the whole underside of my truck scraped and undercoated, frame, bed, everything black. unfortunately after I checked it out a few days later the frame was barely done. it's nice where they did it. but that's not what I got a price on. I'll be taking it back in and hopefully getting it sorted out.

My Tesla had body damage from a collision. They did a great job returning the car to factory fresh. No one would ever be able to tell that it was damaged. They were friendly and guided me through the entire process including dealing with insurance issues. I would definitely trust them with my cars.

I had previous work done on my car by a Berks county body shop that is now out of business. Their paint job started bubbling and peeling so I randomly picked Berks Auto Collision Center based on their reviews and the fact that they are an authorized repair shop for Allstate. I'm glad I picked them, they do superior work. Everything was explained to me from start to finish. The time they quoted for the repair was accurate. During my estimate I was told they would have my car for 4 days, they stuck to that. I got a call on the 4th day telling me my car was done. I didn't take advantage of it but you can get a rental car to be picked up at the body shop when you drop your rental off. Definitely a plus if you don't have an extra car or don't have anybody to drive you from the shop to the car rental place. Along with fixing the paint job on the hood of my car, the inside of the car was vacuumed and cleaned. The dashboard looked like it belonged in a new car. I hope I won't have to visit a body shop again, but if I have to, I will definitely pick Berks Auto Collision. The quality of work coupled with the pleasantness of the employees would definately bring me back.

This was my first time using them for a repair after my car was hit, and they deserve more than 5 stars!! They worked with my insurance through the whole process. Dustin did a great job, and I cannot say enough nice things about Kathy. She kept me updated every step of the way. I was even able to drop my rental car there. Excellent service!!

I wanted to wait a few months before writing my review. People always say that after your car is reconstructed or has a major fix that it makes noise or doesn’t run right etc. Thankfully that is NOT the case for me. Berks Collision did an AMAZING job. They kept me informed from beginning to end, I was nervous and they helped to ease those feelings. My car runs like nothing happened and it looks great! I am truly happy with their work and highly recommend them!

I have over 15 years experience in the auto industry and these guys are easily the best I've ever dealt with! I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday morning and I had it back by Friday afternoon that same week, which was earlier than expected. I'd recommend Berks Auto Collision Center to anyone. EXCELLENT experience!
