I needed a few things and I was in the area. I drive past here a few times a week and honestly, never noticed it. First, your front of store needs attention. Clear the trash, get weed spray, repaint some lines. In store, you can smell the neglect. Oil and dust smells bad. It's unfortunate because I normally visit another AAP and no way would I compare them. They would not be close enough to be considered. In fact the other location I would rate a 5 star. The prices are higher here. How do I know? The same product, gallon of car window cleaner, cost 3x's more then another store less then 1/4 mile away. I'd add that caution is advised when exiting onto 422 especially, if you are traveling west bound. The 2 stars included because your location is convenient. I wanted to update your stars to ⭐⭐⭐. Since my previous post, the parking area was cleaned up. Looks great, keep up the good work.

I came here for a new battery based on advertisements. I was told the battery person didn't show up to work, so check back later. So I checked back several hours later and there was still no one to provide a battery. It seemed so casual that they couldn't provide the goods/services they advertise outside. There was no request for a phone number to let me know when i could come back or any effort whatsoever. I drove further to another chain but regret two wasted trips here. Just close it down already

I will be back for any automobile needs I have. Zach was fantastic at working the problem with my battery. Between Zach and Chris, the problem was solved, and I have a running car. All the employees were very nice and personable. I will never set foot in another Auto Zone again! They need to close down and could learn a lot from this crew.

I stopped in this arson at this Advanced Auto location for wipers and a new battery for my key fob. Brittany helped me with all of it, and she was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable, handy and gave GREAT customer service. I was very thankful and grateful for her help today.

Been doing business with these guys for years Jason can find parts that I can't even find and I'm real good with the Internet I'm not sure how he does it. He can even find Peugeot parts

I always order the product online and no more than 30mins later it’s ready for pickup. Always have the item set aside for me when I get there making pickup a real quick and easy process

The guys at this store are more than willing to give advice and help you out with anything you have going on with your car. If I were reviewing the employees, this would be five stars. But the prices are absurd. Retail products you can find the exact same product for less than half the price at Walmart. Auto parts you can find the exact same parts online for less than half the price. And I'm not talking 'similar products', I mean the exact same parts and manufacturers.

Been here a few times, everyone has been nice. Joe, in particular, was so helpful and really cool. We asked tons of questions and he didn't make us feel stupid at all. He really helped us out and we'll definitely continue coming here!

For older cars that parts are not available it's good always go to dealer better quality

Guys were very helpful in helping me find parts etc for my new truck to modify it. not to mention they recognized where i worked and gave my the company perk!. these guys are great and friendly

While this location is a bit small, the staff is always helpful, never pushy, and does everything they can to assist you. Not to mention that the smaller footprint of this store means less clutter from useless novelty items. A fact that makes finding what you need significantly easier. Parking lot is small, but it's never crowded, so I can't see it affecting anyone negatively.

These guys know their stuff but if you don't please go to different store keep my wait short.
