The staff at Meineke has been amazing to me. Rob has been nothing but transparent with everything he’s done to my vehicle. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a mechanic as I do with these gentlemen. These guys are all amazing, and it’s every time I need something with my car. If I can avoid the trash Toyota dealership to go to this Meineke, I always do. They are polite and knowledgeable. They get work done so fast, they don’t rip you off, and they actually give you discounts if they can. The last time I was there they fixed my low tire pressure and threw the trash in my car out, and I was just there for stickers; little things like this matter. So freakin nice. So fast. A+ service.

They very knowledgeable but they over charge for parts I had to take my car there in emergency because was the only place open They over charge me for the part make me pay over the phone with a credit card ant they don’t even give me my change when I pick up the car

We have been going here for years and we continue to. There are other shops closer but Rob, Tony, and the other guys here are great and treat us well. They do great work, pricing is great, and they get the work done quick. I will always recommend them.

Very honest service. They physically showed me an issue with my vehicle instead of just telling me I had an issue. I also like that you do not have to schedule an appointment. You can walk in and they will get you right away most of the time.

I was calling a few auto-care places to help me with my car and they all had such high prices. Not a single one of those other places actually asked me what I’ve been dealing with, but Rob from Meineke was one of the places I called and actually received great service and kindness. I got my car done in 2 hours, Rob was very personable and answering all of my questions without it feeling like there were all these loopholes to jump through. Very fast and simple. I am looking forward to having all of my car needs done at this place.

So grateful!! He looked at our car when no one else would and wasn’t going to charge us if he couldn’t fix it (electrical issue). Thankfully he WAS able to find and fix the problem- it was honestly a miracle! And in the end he charged us so reasonably! Will definitely trust them with our next issue. Thank you!

This is a very honest shop. I had my brakes and rotors replaced on all four Wheels. They got me in when I was scheduled and we’re done earlier than they had said. Very nice and professional group of guys. I would highly recommend.

Seems I’m due for an oil change whenever I’m visiting PA. And when that happens, I always take my car to MEINEKE in Sinking Spring. Never any issues. Easy, convenient scheduling. Fast, friendly, professional car care service. I will continue to use and highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk representative (Rob). I called for a quote and clearly explained the issue with my car, but instead of providing straightforward labor pricing, I was repeatedly told I needed to bring the car in for a paid diagnosis I had already completed elsewhere. The employee was unprofessional, lacked clear communication skills, and even hung up on me. Feel bad for anyone working for him being treated this way, they can use this review if ever wanted to speak to corporate about an Individual like that . The world shouldn’t be quiet and allow people like him to flourish in business treating the people ( customers ) who make your business thrive or exist for their hard working money . Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this interaction showed neither. I will not be bringing my business here, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere to avoid being overcharged or misled. I gave 1 star, I would — 0 star it if it was the lowest allowed And that’s too much credit for a place like that! Number one part of business treat the customers the way you would like to be treated.

I love going here, the workers are super sweet and thorough with everything, and they have really fair prices. They get my car fixed and out of there pretty quickly as well!

Very pleased with the speed of service, and care they provide for their customers! I was in a bit of a rush, and not only did they accommodate me, but they did it faster than promised. Oh, and on top of that, they were kind enough to fix a rattling issue that had plagued me for 6 years, which the dealership where I had originally purchased it could not fix! All in all, I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hard work. You can’t find a better garage around, and that’s a guarantee!

Update - August 2025. Brought my vehicle here for the third time. This time it was for inspection and tire replacement. I brought it in at 7:30am and they took it right in immediately. After my inspection and tires were on the owner took it for a quick test drive and I was out the door. These guys are extremely professional, reasonable and easy to talk to. Finally an establishment I can trust and take my vehicle to without a sales pitch. Rob and the owner are great guys. I highly recommend this business to get your vehicle worked on. This is now my go to mechanic. Thanks guys!

Sometimes it is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who will be honest with you and give you a fair price. I have been bringing my cars and my daughters' cars here for over 25 years and they have always been straightforward and honest with me. They do good work at a good price and if something is not right, they fix it. If they cannot do something, they tell you who can. I have even asked their advice on something going on with my daughter's car 1000 miles away and they helped me.

I pulled into the parking lot with a screw in my tire. I walked in the office and they said hello what can we do for you? I told them my issue and they had me on my way home in 10 minutes with a fixed tire. Great service, great customer service and it is so nice to seek help with personal who are really interested in helping you.

I am new to the area and found myself having car problems so I found this location and took my car there and I have to say it was a great experience. Rob and Anthony were amazing they had me out of there quickly and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this establishment the customer service was outstanding.

This specific branch of Meineke is unprofessional, untrustworthy, or customer oriented. About 2 months ago, I brought my car in for an inspection. I ended up needing 4 new tires and an oil change, which I agreed to. A few weeks later, I identified a discrepancy that may have been related to my experience when getting my car worked on. I called to speak with the owner, Ron, and explain to him my thoughts. Ron was very defensive and did not let me explain my belief or situation at hand. As an owner of a company, the professional approach would have been to at least hear the customer out. Fast forward to 2 months later, I started to hear a rumbling noise in my car when I accelerated. I took it to my dealership and they informed me that there is a flat spot on my tire which can happen during manufacturing. They also noticed weights were added to that specific tire to balance it. I was recommended to go back to Meineke, where my tires were just replaced, and have the tire replaced under my warranty. I did not personally call because of my past experience with the owner, so my dad called for me the next day. He spoke with Ron who was very unprofessional in his demeanor. He refused to believe it was due to manufacturing and gave multiple excuses for why he will not replace it. My dad tried to be professional and make an appointment for them to at least see the tire before making a decision. Ron said “drop it off and I will look at it”. This will not be happening and I will be taking my service elsewhere.

Worked with you, very friendly. Work was performed timely and in a professional manner. They show you the problem before they start the work so you can see and understand the problem. They price what you need with no surprises.
