I've used Jdog in the past, and used them again today. Nothing but my strongest recommendation for anyone looking for junk removal. Timely and very professional. If you need junk removed, this is the company you want to call.

The team was on time, thoughtful and efficient. Tim was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely hire them again.

A bit of a rocky start because the guys were late & showed up at the wrong address but…once they got started they we polite & efficient and didn’t complain about the awful heat we were having. When it was determined that they couldn’t get everything in one trip, they set aside some of the breakables & stuff for donations for the second truck. They came back 4 days later for the last of the clean out! Only missed 1 box of stuff. Overall I was very happy with them

I always use JDog services for everything I can, if the services are available, in my area. Our house, in Pottstown had a lots of junk and also charity stuff we didn't need and they hauled everything off at a great price. Several years ago was the first time we had them out to remove an old oil fired boiler (I drained the heating oil out of all the lines first, after the tank was empty) out of the basement. I had to get it out since there is no gas service on our street. I installed a new electric boiler, myself, and the removed the very heavy old one. Recently, they were out several times to remove everything from the basement, after our floor drain backed up. They came back after a restoration service cleaned the basement, to take away what we couldn't use or didn't want anymore. Besides being great guys, they do a wonderful job and are very respectful, to their clients. I also have a physical handicap which makes it even more important to use them, since I have a hard time doing anything involving extreme physical work. Thanks again, JDog of Reading, for helping us out when we needed you most.

It took me a long time to make the call to have some old items taken away. I did a lot of research on the various companies that provide that service and am extremely happy with my choice. I cannot say enough about JDog - They were very responsive, showed up on time and did an excellent job removing my old furniture and items. The guys were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company!

There was 6 guys that came at 9:00am and were finished at 12. They cleared out 2 attics (double house) basement and a shed in the back yard. Was so impressed by how fast, efficient, and prompt they were would definitely call them again.

I had the greatest experience with JDog. I used them to move me from one house to another. They were on time, so professional, efficient and my gosh they loaded up my house and had me in unpacked into my other house including the 20 minute ride in 2 1/2 hours. I would HIGHLY recommend them for a move or removal of items!

Tim, Nick andJim were very professional and friendly today when the removed unwanted items from our basement. They worked very quickly to rid our home of junk, broken televisions, chest freezer, messy sofa, moldy entertainment center and a bunch of boxes and garbage bags. I had used JDog previously in upstate New York, and they had done a phenomenal job. I am so happy (and not the least surprised) that the same is true of the team in Berks County. The arrangements were easy to make, the work was professionally executed and the people were so kind and helpful; just the exceptional experience you would expect with our veterans. First of all the crew arrived on time. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. All items were loaded quickly and without any issues. When I went to pay I was not up charged and only paid the amount I was quoted over the phone. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others!

I needed a quick turnaround for an out of state move and I needed to remove junk from a storage unit. As an old school veteran I have to say that with all the incompetence by company's out there these days I was hesitant to not just do it all myself as usual but after finding out JDOG is veteran run and operated I took a shot and called JDOG of Reading and was happy I did from the get go ! Starting with the owner Tim and his quick response and prompt meeting all the way to the end pick up with crew chief Jeremy and his men all went amazingly well ! They listened to MY plan of attack on a massive house wide thrash haul and executed it as I laid it out , thus not only did they make quick work of it all but now my shoulder knees and back are able to finish the painting and other work I would have had to put off for weeks after removing a full truck load of junk myself and that to me is priceless and much appreciated ! I highly recommend Tim and the crew of JDOG of Reading to everyone and especially to any fellow veterans out there !
