Terrible customer service. Lies on top of lies and left me with a messed up truck and didn’t care at all and refused to fix it. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.

Very bad experience when trying to get vehicle towed. Extremely unprofessional. Poor communication and disrespectful. Would never recommend this company for anything. Left me stranded for over 4 hrs in cold weather. Contacted a professional towing company and they took care of me.

Why claim you offer tow services, accept a tow and leave a customer hanging? I had a scheduled tow and your driver kept delaying the eta. I would get a notice 3-33 minutes away then it would to 45 minutes away. Yeah i have the screenshots. This went on for 3 hours finally I canceled and guess what?? I had an awesome tow experience with Austin's tow. They arrived in under 30 minutes and were very helpful. So customers read this review and others who advised you to stay away from keystone. They will waste your time. Need a tow go with Austin's. I guarantee the owner will argue this, I dont care you made a crappy Monday even worse with wasting my time. Owner, got a problem you can look me in your records and discuss it with me. I also have your tow drivers messages saying he is finishing up a tow and will be on his way to me. All lies.

Stay away. They had my Jeep for months, threatened me with storage fees after I said I will come by to pick it up; suddenly it was on the lift and the wheels were off for a few more weeks before they did anything. I drove by frequently yet they assured me it was being worked on but it never moved in their lot. Why lie? They won't communicate or get back to you except via email, sometimes. Their phone mailbox was full so you couldn't call they wouldn't answer during daytime hours claiming they are working in the shop and don't have time to answer the phone. The window tint peeled off after 8 months. The over the axle trackbar bracket welded to my axle welds are ugly and they left it bare metal they didn't paint it and there was weld splatter. The new driveshafts, slip yoke eliminator install, and stainless steel brake line extensions are ok no issue there. But worst is being charged for the alignment, they didn't do anything! I had death wobble going in, was something I wanted them to fix they told me when I picked it up it will always have death wobble and it couldn't be fixed they got it as close as they could. Except after taking it to another mechanic he put it on his alignment lift and found it was way out, both sides camber caster and toe. He aligned it and installed a dual steering stabilizer and now I'm driving handsfree 60mph over bumps. And K4x4 said they couldn't solve it!? Here's a photo of how it was 'aligned' by them from the mechanic who did fix it for me. I am a Google guide with dozens of reviews; I consider: price, customer service/communication, and quality/workmanship. With this said, this is the only one star review I have ever left.

When a company says they will come at a certain time but does not call or show up, and you have to call them several times, thats poor business practices. They gave me a time 1Pm and by 5Pm they still had not shown up. Either they were understaffed or just not interested. No shows no phone calls.. poor business practices

I was in need of roadside assistance and this company responded to my need. The driver responded sooner than expected, with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. Had me back on the road in no time at all. Would recommend to anyone in need!! 10 out of 10!!!

After waiting for over an hour, I called to tell them I’m stuck and need to use the bathroom. The never even showed up. Then they stopped answering the phone because they were way past their arrival time If your roadside company tries to schedule them, just call and reschedule with someone else. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!! Wish I could give them NO stars.

Terrible company, I would never give them any more business. They are horrible, they have no clue what they are talking about. They lie, told me they were closed but they are open. I tried to ask about the return policy and they keep avoiding it. It’s a simple question. They said they would call me back never called me back. Horrible business. If anyone gives them business expect to be lied to.

Needed a tow that’s about an hour away from me. I scheduled the tow 24hrs in advance and had an early ETA but ended up having to cancel. The gentleman on the phone came off as very rude and irritated with me on the phone which I was confused about. Later on I ended up getting a call back from a gentleman from the company and was given some clarity on what was going on from their end. They were a very big help on informing me on what I could do help them out and the make things run smoother in the future as a Customer.

Guys are awesome! Suburban needed a tow they called me and I told them I needed to get to work. They came right away and helped me out. Appreciate these guys a lot!

Yesterday I had a flat and unfortunately, I had my four year old stepson with me.So I could not be with my vehicle. Even though I left my doors locked and the keys were with me. They were still able to complete the service and get me the help I needed. The staff were very kind and understanding, and a special thank you to my tow driver luis, thank you so much for coming all the way out from leesport to reading!!

Put my tow request in at 10am today. They were scheduled to arrive between 10:50 and 11:50. They still aren't updating me or on-site by 1pm. So I call. Mike tell me the driver is on traffic. Okay. So I continue to wait. Now, 10pm at night, no update. Truck still on side of road.

Mike is a godsend and was there for us when we needed him in an emergency with our camper. We had renters That broke a leaf spray on our camper, making it not towable. After hours of trying to find someone to come on the spot to fix It, here comes Mike to save the day and our butts…literally. His work is fast and very Reasonably priced!! He really did a top-notch job and we cannot thank him enough for Fixing it so quickly!!! We owe him our lives!

0 Stars, Over promises under delivers is the best way to describe it, along with a thief. Wanted him to do an engine swap and lift. so a pretty major project. After 2 years and my lawyer getting involved I took it to someone who had to finish it. Yes he put the lift and trusses on. Charged me way too much then said I owed more. He lost parts that I had given him. Do not waste your time, unless you want some lights put in, or some decals put on your rig. i just can't stress enough, DO NOT take anything to him. He will not finish any project you take to him

The staff was unbelievably rude to my mother. They gave her the run around about putting a used transmission in her Jeep, which was towed to them by roadside assistance. Over a period of several months from mid December to March, we made multiple phone calls, including calls by other family members attempting to get a straight answer on the status of her repair, with no update and no definitive completion date. After finally being informed that it was repaired this month, they had the audacity to tell her they were going to charge her interest for never picking it up. Fortunately, she had a record of all the calls requesting an update, and they dropped that issue. After she drove the Jeep home, her check engine light came on, and her AC was blowing hot air. We have taken it to another mechanic at this point to check the transmission and diagnose the other issues, and they admitted that they have heard from other customers that Keystone is unreliable with terrible customer service. I would NEVER recommend for anyone to take their Jeep here for mechanical repairs, and if you are given an option of having your vehicle towed elsewhere, I highly suggest you avoid this shop.

Put my tow request in at 3pm on a Tuesday. They were scheduled to arrive between 4:45 and 5:30. They still aren't updating me or on-site by 6:30pm. So I call. They tell me the driver is an hour away. Okay. So I continue to wait. Fast forward to 11pm at night, I call them again looking for an update. They say the driver is half an hour away. So I cancel the tow, because they apparently decided to not do it and never tell me, continuing to pretend all day that they're going to tow the car....for some odd reason. There's a first for everything I suppose! Oh well. Trying again today with a different tow company.

Do not use Keystone 4x4! Mike is unprofessional and a liar. Took two years to get my parts then another 8 months for him to finish the repair. I dropped my Jeep off on November 13 of 2023 and didn’t get it back until July 26 of 2024. I got every excuse why it was taking so long from receiving wrong parts to it’s his suppliers fault when actually he’s completely incompetent. When you do get your vehicle back back, the work is shabby at best. Plan on having most of the work he does redone. He did offer to fix the items below at no cost to me. But I couldn’t see taking it back to him since he couldn’t get it done right first time after it eight months. In true Mike fashion, he said he would look into reimbursing me what it cost to get it fixed correctly, but then never got back to me. Here is a list of everything I had to redo or have another shop redo. 1-he didn’t install front axle seals, oil was leaking everywhere 2-didn’t install dust boot on ball joint 3-had to have jeep realigned bottom of steering wheel faced 8 o’clock 4-Tires had to be rebalanced 5-Cut bracket for rear brake light extension crooked. Left sharp edges and did not paint. 6-just pulled brake light wires out of tailgate did not extend them properly 7-broke access panel when Pulling brake light wires out of tailgate 8-lost two of my Wheel Hub Centric Rings 9-because the jeep sat so long, I had to clean up front and rear brakes because they were hanging up Save yourself a ton of headaches and a bunch of extra money having to have work redone and find a reputable shop.

I had made a post on Facebook looking for a tow and a guy name Mike responded. Not only did he tow my car was he ended up doing the work to get my car back on the road in a very timely manner! Also great price could not beat it ! Definitely recommend!!!!

They did a great job on my spoiler install and exaust system, the communication was great and price was fair! The aust brand they reccomended was the one i purchased and it sounds amazing 10/10

Highly recommend contacting Keystone 4x4 if you need roadside assistance / a tow. I wasn’t able to get a tow through my aaa membership due to driver shortages, and posted a status looking for help. I was directed to Mike and he had a truck out to my shop within the hour, for a 50 mile tow! Extremely reasonably priced and everyone i spoke with was professional and very helpful. I will definitely be contacting Keystone again if I find myself in a similar situation again.

Took my Jeep here to upgrade the gearing. They had it for almost two months, with excuse after excuse as to why it took so long. Why take my Jeep in if you didn't have the parts to complete the job? Was also told the alignment and a whole bunch of other stuff was off, so had that "fixed". Finally got it back, and it was worse than when I dropped it off. They were accountable and fixed whatever was wrong with the gearing, but I had another shop fix the "misalignment" that this placed caused. Jeep has been great since. My buddy had Jeep here for over 6 months. They only care about doing lifts for dealerships, not being a true shop. It's a shame. Just read the reviews, and you'll know to go elsewhere.

I do NOT recommend this shop! I waited a month for parts I ordered and when they arrived they were missing parts as well as they ordered wrong parts twice.(headlights and winch) I ordered an iron cross bumper and was missing the bracket and they did not believe me until I showed them that it would not direct bolt on like I asked prior to ordering. They finally gave me a refund. Mike is unprofessional and does not care once he has your money. When they installed headlights they don't weatherproof connections (see picture) For a "professional" shop this is unacceptable. You expect this from "I know a guy that will do it cheaper"

Keystone 4x4 has been the only shop for me from day one. Mike has gotten my Jeep in, and fixed emergency situations same day, so I could get home safely. He has done this more times than one. They are honest about what you will need, the costs, and time involved. They try to get you in and out as soon as they can (parts can and will take time) Thanks so much Mike, Chris, and Mason, for taking the time to explain things to me and for always tightening my bolts. You guys do amazing work. I Highly highly recommend seeing them for all your vehicle needs! They keep me in the woods and on the road! 😊

Purchased a set of wheels from them, was told delivery would be two weeks. Well after four months and a credit credit card dispute. I'm finally finished with my purchase, no wheels but at least I spent Capital Ones money and not mine because I was refused a refund by the vendor. The absolute worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure or dealing with! I've heard so many horror stories after the fact that I can't believe they even have a business. They may take care of certain customers but don't just stroll in here looking to support a local business.

Good work and fair prices. I used Keystone 4x4 to install Yukon 5.13 gears in my Jeep Gladiator and followed up with them on the inspection and gear oil change after install. I went back again to have them install a Centerforce performance clutch in my Gladiator. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely go here again. #JTRSPARTACUS

Dropped my Jeep off for some upgrades and modifications to the fenders. The guys did an awesome job making the cuts look seamless. I didn't ask but they cleaned up some messy wiring that was found. I've had great experiences the few times my Jeep has been in for work and their fab work is one of a kind.

Ordered wheels and tires in the beginning of March and was told 3 days for delivery. I understand shipping is currently delayed but an update would have been appreciated especially since other local shops told me they were getting products in less than a week. But more than anything this place has a major communication problem, returning calls or emails took weeks. Finally got everything installed, and ready to leave and was told something fell and took a chip out of one rim, was told they can fix it but that’s another day off of work. This place did give the best price but you get what you pay for in this case.
