I do alot of my own work on my cars and trucks. I don't have a lot of time to do that work. They seem to always have what I need in stock compared to those other places. Good service, prices, and inventory. It's one of the places I frequently visit for parts and supplies.

Gave me the wrong part...Again. I'm getting tired of driving 35 mins back and forth.

Title: "Auto Parts Store: Where Car Dreams Come True!" Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Advanced Auto Parts, and let me tell you, it was like stepping into a gearhead's paradise! The moment I walked in, I felt like I'd entered the Batcave of car repairs. The staff here is so friendly that they practically greeted me with a "vroom-vroom" instead of a hello. I half-expected them to hand me a wrench and ask me to join the pit crew!

To expensive. I'm macanical person my self. But look around yoal find better prices. Sorry advanced. Always looken for the netwr deals.

Store wasn't very busy. One other customer. I clearly needed assistance but was completely ignored by not one, but three employees. I went to the 5th Street Highway facility and the associate there went above and beyond to help me.

Yesterday I had gone in to ask them to put a code reader in my truck due to a suspected bad battery and my check engine light was on. They told me that it was just a little chilly outside and not to worry about it, I waited until the guy grabbed the reader and plugged it into my truck and he proceeded NOT to give me the code he told me just to keep an eye on it, and I know when something is wrong with my vehicle. I went back into the store to ask for the code. He told me it was either a bad battery or a alternator was going bad. And to top it all off they pretty much just dismissed me without even offering to sell me a new battery. Later that day I went to Autozone and they were able to diagnose that it was a bad battery, Autozone got the sale and they installed the battery for me, along with the fact that they were so much nicer than the two boys I encountered at this Advanced Auto Parts.

I needed an alternator for my project, my go too store is usually hamburg's AutoZone however they didn't have the part and told me the closest I could get it was in Allentown. The following day I called this AAP and they told me that they didn't have it in stock, but their warehouse did so they asked their driver to pick it up for me and had it at the store in about an hour. I have never felt so valued as a customer before. Incredibly kind of them

Nice auto parts store. The girl behind the counter was nice enough to lend me their digital code reader. Thankfully it was nothing serious and a very easy fix.

Absolutely terrible, Maria would not wait on anyone in the store because she was chasing her dog around inside the facility. She would come up ask what you needed then turn and walk away to tend to her a little dog. Unbelievable

This place is HORRIBLE. They sold us a starter for a 2002 lancer we drove home put it in, nothing. Took it back out and back to the store they tested it, it was faulty. Ok got a new one no problem things happen. Than we buy a thermostat housing unit for my 2016 Chevy and they sold us one with a half broken bolt inside the part. Annoying. THAN I needed A BANK 1 UPSTREAM 02 sensor for the same Chevy. They specifically asked me upstream or downstream … I get home go to change it a few days later and what do you know… it’s the downstream. Of course when I called back they don’t even have the upstream in stock!!! So fed up with this place & it’s annoying bc it’s so conveniently close to our house but this trouble just isn’t worth it . Absolutely ridiculous ??

Called ahead about recycling clean oil, was told fine but you have to sign, ok.. got there told tank is full go away. Headed to Walmart to buy oil & filter and... Drop off recycle oil. 11/20 09:15

Quick service. Guy behind counter was helpful. Prices are a little high. But.... I got what I needed. It was correct part and shown how to install.

Helpful...convenient. Could have a better selection of in stock batteries, however in this environment you can not expect that with a broken supply chain everywhere.

Needed battery for key fob, they charged me $13 which is fine but two days later had battery tested because still was having an issue. Had to purchase another battery elsewhere because the one they sold me was a dead battery! Will not shop there again for anything

Pretty frustrated. Order online and give 9 stars when I take the time to do their survey. I ordered windshield wipers to pick up at the store in Leesport, PA and it's no big emergency so I let about 4 hours pass before thinking about picking up my order from the store. I call the store to make sure my order is ready since the order status on the web page states, "in process," and I wait on hold for 20 mins (no joke, no exaggeration); it felt longer than 20 mins so I checked my phone log to make sure because I thought it was at least 30 mins. Girl finally answers the phone and the pain continues as she tries to find my order in the store. Wow. I know these guys don't make a whole lot money working behind the counter, but some people making the same kind of cash are able to complete the same kind of job with zero drama. Not the case here. Pretty frustrated, so I sent my kid to get the order from the store. Story over.

Quite possible they could be better than 4 stars, but I didn't need anything special. Found the Dot4 fluid I needed and checked out.

Apparently only one employee working there was aware that he was supposed to be wearing a mask. Everyone else either wearing a chin diaper or not wearing at all!

Staff helped with my wiper blades before a big snowstorm and were really nice and helpful.

looking for an item for a project I was working on and went out of their way to assist in finding what I needed. Was able to complete the project with help provided. Thanks for your help !!!

I ordered an alternator from them, and paid $40 extra for express shipping. Izzi (the manager on duty) told me personally it would arrive on Thursday. Ended up, that it did't even ship by Thursday. I went to a local place that day and they were able to repair my old one for cheaper, as I needed this done that day, and Advance-Auto did not deliver on their promise. When I went to them on Thursday, Izzy, the manager tells me that not only can I not return it yet since it is not in yet (even with my receipt!) I will not be able to "return" it till it arrives, nor am I eligible for a refund on my shipping for the "express" shipping on the item I bought, that didn't even ship till after the day it was supposed to "arrive" Thanks Advance auto. Never going there again, and I will advise against any of my associates going there.

Normally quick responsive service and most times the parts are there if not they are very helpful in trying to get it in a reasonable amount of time.

I just went and got an alternator belt. I asked for one that was $10.39 that they had in stock and the girl gave me one for $14.99. I noticed the price difference when I got outside, I went back in and told her and I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee for something they messed up on. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE LEESPORT LOCATION AGAIN !!!! The employees I think don't really care about there jobs here.

Horrible customer service from the workers and management at this place. They are standoffish, not friendly and just miserable. Will go out of my way in the future to not go here again. I have better things to do than engage in argument with the idiot manager at that place.

Talk about customer service. I was promised a part delivery that I prepaid for at Hamburg location by Monday 2/20. Called and said they just " didn't get there" to pick it up. Call Hamburg again on 2/21 and it was delivered to the WRONG location!!! They took it to Temple. Kenzie and the manager ( forgot his name) at Leesport cleared it all up for me and said they will personally pick up the part, and have it in Leesport in 24 hours no questions asked. I will be a customer for life there!
