The city side team has been nothing short of excellent. They have always been straight forward and to point a transparent. I will admit it took me a little to understand the invoice how even if you take the time to actually look at it and ask questions everything it plain as day. I’ve taken four different vehicles to this shop and everyone gets a careful and in-depth diagnostics done, they did the agreed service, and gave me the diagnostics report, which gave me all of the factory recommended maintenance, as well as anything else that might be starting to wear out or fail. Preventative maintenance can save you a lot of money it’s as simple as an o2 sensor now instead of a catalytic converter later.
If you’re looking for an honest down to earth shop that does quality work this is the place. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a quality mechanic.

Their Bills keep getting higher and higher. Prices on parts are doubled. Our one part listed for $104.00 they charged us $230.00 for the part. Labor is 40
% higher because "her husband deserves more than the average mechanic. " check your bill in detail. There are all kinds of charges added onto the bill. Who wants a bill that is 12 pages long? Math from one page to another page jumped $140.00. No explanation. If you ask questions the owners wife gets hostile and bitter. She blocked our phone number so we couldn't call back or ask questions.
Positive reviews are all friends and family. Quotes on future work are tripled. They are ripping off everyone who goes there. What a shame. Leesport needs a honest garage not a quick get rich, work only 4 days a week garage. When I ask why is the emissions test $250.00? She said "someone has to pay for the new machine!"
The staff there are wonderful. They got me in for an emergency repair on very short notice. Pricing is competitive and the work by Mike is excellent and honest. I will keep going there for any jobs they can work on.
I used to use City side religiously for my vehicle services. Currently have a Ford Fusion with a fuel issue, brought the vehicle to them to help diagnose the problem. Found out possible faulty fuel pump. Upon retrieving my vehicle, not more than pulling out of the lot onto the highway, a heavy fuel odor and 1/4 of my gas tank gone, they failed to tighten the fuel lines in the engine bay when they completed the fuel pressure test. Luckily nothing more than lost fuel and a steamy engine bay. I immediately returned the car for the new issue to be resolved, which promptly the next day the lines were tightened. Now following that, still hesitant/ scared to drive my vehicle due to nonstop fuel odors inside the vehicle as well as worry for possible fire to the vehicle or residence. Noticed a missing foam cover that was containing the high pressure fuel pump in the engine bay, as well as a tool from the mechanic on the battery.
I would just be aware of the issues I am having with City Side Auto, immensely disappointed.
my experience: I was driving home from work and noticed that my car was bumping and shaking pretty badly. It had worsened and I began to smell gas so I pulled into the nearest auto-shop I could find(Old City). It was just before closing and I was kindly greeted by a woman at the front desk who even let me charge my phone! I showed her a video of the car shaking and making sounds, then showed it to her husband(the mechanic) and he immediately knew what was wrong. He walked right to my car and showed me that my lugnuts on my drivers tire were incrediblyyyy loose. It could have gotten really really bad had I not pulled over.

I honestly can’t remember the names that helped me yesterday(I was tired haha) but I’ll always remember their kindness and care for my car and well-being. This is the kind of autoshop I want to take my car too!!
These people are great. Took my 2011 Electra Glide in for inspection and new tire. 100% professional and very good people. Hope these guys stay around for awhile! I have my motorcycle and 3 cars that they will be getting my business from moving forward!

Based upon our experience with them, we will likely purchase more cars from them and have and will recommend them to others. I bought a 2004 Jetta. Knowing that I was immediately driving to Chicago and then moving to KY, they replaced the battery and did an extra tune-up at no extra cost. shortly after I got to KY, the alternator died. The car had originally come with a 30 day warranty, to be fixed at his shop. I called to see if he would help me out despite the fact that I couldn't bring the car to his shop, and he immediately sent me a check for $150! I was very pleased with the entire transaction and impressed that he helped me out with the alternator. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from City Side Auto Sales
