We owned a Subaru Forester we bought here in 2023 and it was a great experience and a great car. I love it that you can drop in for certain services without an appointment. SO convenient! The only thing I disliked about the Forester was the small cargo space so we decided to upgrade to an Ascent. From the moment we walked into the showroom until we drove away in our new vehicle, it was a good experience. Our salesman, Anthony was amazing! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable…he was awesome! Then the lady in finance…Lisa…she was great! Also very friendly and made us feel like we were old friends. Great vehicles, great service, great people working with you…who could ask for more?

The service team at Subaru is really great. They gave me the coupon price without my coupon, plus an extra discount. They were kind and helpful. I recommend them. (And they washed my car, for free, which with the winter road salt, really helped.)

Recently had a great experience at this dealership! We had purchased a Subaru from another dealer just a couple months ago and the heat stopped working all of a sudden. We found out it was covered under Subaru’s extended warranty and Steve Moyer Subaru was happy to help. They scheduled our service quickly and they also handled a recall service as well at no cost. Additionally they offered a free loaner car while we waited. 10/10 great experience!

We needed a car for my mother and decided to check out a Subaru. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Taylor Schlitzer made me feel at ease. My Mother and I had different opinions about which car she "needed". Taylor was very patient with us, answered EVERY question without rolling his eyes (as I was doing). It was extremely cold out but Taylor went and brought several cars for us to look at so we didn't have to go outside. He listened to our needs and wants. Steve Moyer subaru was a pleasure to do business with, this was the first time I did business with them. Happy with the 2025 crosstrek. Very positive experience. Just bought a 2026 Forester, it was my first-ever new vehicle purchase, and everyone we dealt with at Steve Moyer Subaru was polite, professional, and helpful. I would consider visiting them again in the future if and when I'm ever looking to buy another new vehicle.

I came in for a service in September and found it was very efficient and quick, with excellent customer service. I came on the last day of 2025 in with little more than hope and a prayer as my lease on my 2023 Impreza was due to end in March 2026. Taylor Schlitzer was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. I subsequently left with a brand new 2026 Impreza as he and the manager met all my conditions. Very happy.

Bought a 2024 CPO Subaru Forester from Moyer Subaru on Nov 22nd and Anthony R was my sales guy who was 100% on the ball here with a great experience. I had researched the Forester and had never owned one before, I’m normally a Honda and a Mazda guy, but after Anthony had me test drive,it and showed me everything, I really liked it and we made the deal. I normally stay away from new car dealers because I’ve had bad experiences in the past and honestly was going to go to a CarMax or something like that until I saw this one there. Everyone there could not have been nicer or more professional, I got a great deal, drove away with a great vehicle I know will last me a long time. Overall, the experience at Moyer greatly exceeded my expectations, I can recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru. I LOVE this car, so glad I went with this instead of a Honda!

My salesman Nat is like family. He sold my mom her first new car 8 years ago and about a year ago sold me my first newer car. Nat explained everything to me and made sure to give me the best deal and advice. Everyone at Steve Moyer is extremely nice and will get the job done. I’ve had issues with my paint and Steve Moyer Jr. stepped in himself and helped me which I am very grateful for. I also love the tasty cakes and hot dogs especially when I go for an oil change right after work. My puppy also now loves coming with and getting all the love and treats.

Before I write this review, the two stars is for the service but my car is 5+ ⭐️ My husband and I called ahead to look at a 2022 Subaru Ascent. We showed up and the car was ready. Test drove it and loved it. We pulled in and our car salesman asked what we thought and if we could agree on some numbers, the car could go home with us. We said absolutely and sat down to talk numbers. It didn’t take long to agree on a price but once we showed a blank check from our credit union, the vibe changed. We mentioned we were pre approved for a pretty nice interest rate and that was that. Our car salesman walked away to speak with someone and he comes back and says to us that the finance manager is extremely backed up and booked out for the rest of the evening but we could come back in the morning instead. Mind you this was a Friday and the hours of operation are 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM. We got there around 3:00 and sat down for paperwork around 3:30. There was also only one other family purchasing a vehicle at the time of our purchase. We drove 40+ minutes to come look at this car. We have two little ones so we had child care. Leaving and coming back in the morning wasn’t going to work out for us. We were *extremely* disappointed in the customer service and honestly would never recommend this dealership. This was such a big and exciting purchase for us and you think when you are buying a car, your salesperson should be just as happy and excited for you but literally everyone in this building was MOODY. My husband and I felt like we were a burden to every single person there. Again, super disappointing. Adding that they do have a cute popcorn machine and hotdogs so maybe 2.5 ⭐️ for the snacks.

I was shopping for a new used car after mine was just totaled in an accident and Josh Bethea called me and helped me out right away! Josh was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even offered to come in on his day off to finalize the sale if needed to get me back into a car asap! He was available whenever I needed him to answer any questions. I love my Outback so far and would 100% recommend Moyer Auto Group and especially Josh to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

This is the 3rd car we’ve bought from Moyer. Excellent customer service. Everyone is very helpful and will answer all of your questions . Great deals can be had her. Our sales guy Joe is just the best. Kudos also to the Sales Manger, John and the rest of the Moyer team.

The service team there is great. We had squeaky brakes and I asked them to change all all of them. They called me and told me I only needed back ones and didn’t try to upsell me. Butch is a great sales guy. I bought a used car from him 10 years ago now and a new car from him three years ago. It is the lowest pressure. Place you can purchase a car. My wife won’t go anywhere if their sales, but she will go here and talk to everybody no problem.

The salesman that helped me with my purchase was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing my car here. I would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Subaru.
