I spoke with Ashley from Always Towing, and she was incredibly transparent about my situation. They already had a lot of work scheduled ahead of me, and she clearly explained that it would be a few days before they could pick up and deliver my car for a very long-distance tow. What really stood out was that I didn’t feel like I was talking to a robot — just a down-to-earth person who genuinely wanted to help and set realistic expectations. That kind of honesty goes a long way. If you ever need a hand, give these guys a call. ?

This tow company is nothing more than a bunch of thieves. They towed my CTS-V with my possessions for moving in the trunk. They quickly noticed the safe which contained my daughters and my own important documents and titles to other vehicles. When I went in to pay the bill and notified them after their bill was astronomical for only being told one mile and 12 hours later I figured the $500 I showed up with would be sufficient. When I informed them that I needed to get the contents of my vehicle or at least some of the contents in order to obtain the funds they refused access to the vehicle, they did so after they told me they would allow me to get to the vehicle but they needed the keys to move it and then told me I can't get anything from the vehicle unless I pay the bill in full. I was contacted Days after by someone who I've never met asking me to buy my vehicle which was covered with a dirty tarp and chunks of 6x6 lumber and I was charged for such destruction of my vehicle as a weather protection. We're talking a $20,000 plus black Cadillac CTS-V that these clowns were showing to their buddies and already offering up for sale as though they have taken ownership because they're so used to stealing things from everybody.

They are very rude , poor communication, refused to give me my personal belongings..didn't notify me of them applying for title said I abandoned my car but I called many times before April and after Never told me that they already got rid of my car at all. Claims my property was taken to junk yard which I find unbelievable and false . contacted attorney etc in this matter . Untrustworthy Im intending on taking this to as high as I can to get my belongings. I know all that was in there to the T hope they have inventory cuz I do 100% .

Excellent service driver saved my tripple a use. He even beat the ambulance to the accident scene.

I had an accident in their area and AAA recommended them on their app so I had them tow it. I was on hold with my insurance and AAA when they picked me up so they told me we could go back to their tow yard and they would help me figure it out. When we got there they put it in their yard and told me they were closing for the entire weekend and that I had to leave and they dropped me off at a gas station. I had to call AAA to ask for help and I was able to get them to take it to a body shop in my neighborhood two hours away, at which point they said if I didn't give them my card information over the phone for them to pay tolls they would drive the car back to their tow yard.

Car was Towed to this place on accident by police on a weekend, it was about 1 block away from the place & there was no way to get the car until monday when the officer tried to get it out. I was charged 432$ for them driving 1 block an additional 35$ for the tow hook fee additional 100$ for base rate fee .. 120$ for storage fee and an additional 70$ for something. Oh and an additional 70$ for the gate? It's almost comedy when you think about the fees. spent over 600$ to get a car out that sat for only a day and a half . please avoid this place they should be destroyed by a Nuclear missle. I'll be reporting them to the PA legislature as there was another woman I spoke with that lost her car due to being forced to pay over 760$ for a single day in impound, Absolutely mind boggling. Side note - im greatful for the hamburg police because thanks to them i even got the car, they asked for the liscence of my co-signer which was unlawful & they went in there to rectify.

Amazing service!! My son had a blowout on i78 out near the New Smithville Exit / 46 Mile marker. I called Always Towing and they took care of it immediately. Before i knew it they were dropping the car off at the shop and it was getting repaired. Super fast efficient service. Chris was the person who handled my towing and he was amazing!!!!

This guy almost killed my wife n I on 81 south headed home from visiting family in New York on July 6th at around noon.. he literally cut us off at 70 mph almost clipping the front end of our vehicle. I hold a class a license he acted in an unprofessional and unsafe manner and selfishness manner his lic should be revoked before he kills someone and fired immediately

I've used these guys for many years. Years ago, they had a phenomenal mechanic. Honest and accurate. Lately I can't say the same, I think they've been through multiple mechanics. Last year, when I went to get inspections on my vehicles, it seemed as if they were looking for issues to stack the bill. Recently, my oil pressure sending unit went. I have the code reader and have worked on cars for many years. I was sure of the problem. The mechanic said there was antifreeze in the oil, and my head gasket was probably blown. I knew it wasn't. He said he was alone and wouldn't have time to fix it. I brought the vehicle to Outten Chevrolet. They checked it out and replaced the oil pressure sending unit. I asked about antifreeze in the oil, and the mechanic said absolutely not. The truck was repaired at Outten and is fine. Always Towing charged me $110 to lie to me, I won't be back.

Edwin is so kind and courteous and is a great guy .He towed our SUV over 100 miles from PA to NJ and we felt safe and comfortable driving with him. He deserves a raise. Thanks!

Ran short of gas on I-78 west 6 miles east Hamburg, PA. It was a rainy cold night around 7pm and truck traffic was heavy and fast. Jeremy of Always Towing came to our rescue with gas, a cheery attitude and got us underway by following us while we merged into traffic. We were very grateful for his calm demeanor and professionalism.

Edwin from Always Towing did a fantastic job. We broke down in PA heading home to NJ, and we could not figure out what happened to our Pickup, so after a few hours, we decided to call AAA, and they sent us Edwin from Always Towing and he arrived in 30 minutes. He jumped our battery looked around, and found out it was a bad cable on one of our batteries. He gave us another jump, and the truck started. He took the time to help instead of just pulling up and hooking up to tow us. I also reached out to tell AAA what a great Towing company they are sending out. God bless you guys that are on the roads helping get us Home.

The technician who came out to help me with my keys locked in my cars was super friendly and professional. Got me in and going within 15 minutes! I would use this company any day!!! Thank you!

Completely incompetent. Our car broke down on the highway in Myerstown, PA - we are from Long Island NY. Told us they couldn’t bring us all the way back home being that they are short staffed and it’s a Sunday. Eric said he could only bring us 50 miles, even though we pay for AAA plus every month and our policy ensures 100 free miles. Desperate to get back home, we agreed and asked if Eric could bring us to the gas station 1 mile up the road and just wait to see if that was the issue because my gas gauge is broken. Refused to wait. Said once our car is at the gas station, his job is done and it’s company “policy.” Spoke to Crystal and asked her to please just have him wait the FEW MINUTES it takes for us to put in gas and if that wasn’t the issue, just tow us as far as possible back west. She didn’t realize she was on speaker and said “I’m not arguing with customers I don’t get paid enough for this.” Totally embarrassing for the company. Never dealt with such impersonal, rude and truly useless people.

First off they charged me for services I wasn't provided for and on top of that the guy made my tire come off the wheel. I will be seeking compensation

Needed a 70 mile/1.5 hour tow home, Sunday afternoon 6/30/24. Triple A sent me Cody from these guys. Surprisingly I waited maybe 15 minutes for him to arrive and find me in the Cabella's parking lot. He offered some help before just towing it- I was alone, the vehicle suddenly wouldn't start, but the battery and starter aren't that old. It was very unusual. He found and tapped on the starter, plus jumped the car a second time, but no luck. Anyway both myself and vehicle made it home, and despite being a lousy circumstance, it was actually a pleasant time. Cody was nice, normal, considerate, professional, and neither made me feel uncomfortable or in desperate need to GTF back. If someone needs a tow and is stranded, this is the kind of dude you want showing up to help! BTW as I never heard of this- the car wouldn't start because a "Passtime" GPS installed during previous ownership broke and disabled the car from starting.

I had my truck sort of fixed there. I felt it was a bit pricey but all in all polite and courteous. Fixed all they could. I never did find out where the oil leak was coming from but the tow truck driver Rusty, was incredible. Would even take a few bucks for a tip. Recommended his shop. Great surveillance and all my equipment was accounted for.

I was in a car accident on 11-1-2023 coming off the ramp from 183 onto 78 E. Always Towing came to pick up my vehicle. When the owner Phil heard that I needed a ride to Urgent Care, he kindly offered to drop me off there. It was very kind and thoughtful and not part of the service they normally offer. I was very grateful and want to acknowledge this wonderful owner and his business.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Always Towing LLC. Their customer service is beyond horrible. When I wanted to inspect my vehicle to check for any damage after it was towed, they flat out refused and insisted on a hefty bill of $2100 paid first without any explanation. I had to wait 15 minutes for a print out of the rates. The owner even boasted about how long he's been in the towing business, longer than my age, completely dismissing my concerns about wanting to see the vehicles condition. To make matters worse, he started yelling at me, along with five of his workers to get off his property and continued to refuse to let me see my vehicle and claimed he would take it as an abandoned vehicle. Who is going to pay $2100 without seeing the vehicle’s condition first? It’s a simple request as it was outside under a tarp right next to me. As if that wasn't bad enough, they tacked on an additional $125 charge for an extra man and $60 for special services, even though it’s a small bike. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it's a shame that such small businesses give others a bad name. I will never support or recommend Always Towing LLC – they are an absolute joke.

We blew out a front bearing on Saturday afternoon on our way back home to NC. Called AAA, and they hooked us up with an amazing Always Towing tow driver. She went above and beyond, making sure we were able to get settled in a safe place to find a hotel and grab a bite to eat. She even called the mechanic to see if he could fit us in on Monday at their shop. Our mechanic was able to get us in and fix the issue, (he even checked the other bearing to make sure it was safe) and get us back on the road on Monday by 2. If you've been stranded on the side of the interstate in an unfamiliar place you know that piece of mind and cost are 2 of the most important things on your mind. Always Towing made us feel as if we were their most important customer. Thanks again for the GREAT service!

Right from the AAA customer service operator, I forget her name, but helped out getting me where I needed to get my car, all the way thru to Always Towing, Hamburg, PA was truely awesome! from calling to inform me that recieved the call for a tow, they got details and kept in touch till driver arrived. The driver, he was polite and very friendly. Made the ride easy and feel shorter than it was (92 miles). Helped me out a great deal. I would definitely use them again, God forbid anything in the future is needed as well as refer friends family, whomever. Thank you Tracy F.

Employee named Austin did an incredible job helping us change our tire last night. We were not from this area and were really nervous being on the side of the road. Austin arrived quickly and changed our tire within a couple of minutes. He was incredibly nice and did a wonderful job. Please let him know we really appreciated his help and hard work!

Fantastic group of people. I can't say enough about how well they took care of my vehicle. Needing a tow is never a pleasant experience but this group of people made it a great experience. From the people in the office to the lovely man who dropped of my car. What a team. And he didn't even scratch there brand new truck. Hope I never need you again, but if I do I will have all the faith in the world you will do a great job! Thank you and keep up the great customer experience in these difficult times. We were stranded 180 miles from home in PA at 3am when my transmission died leaving my husband, 2 big dogs and I with no way to get home. No car service would pick us up because of the dogs. Our driver was a blessing, he took us and the dogs all the way home. Highly recommend and will forever be grateful for the professionalism and kindness in such a scary and hard situation.

Our van broke down in a dangerous part of a construction zone. When we called AAA Always Towing was dispatched and on scene within 15 minutes even though AAA told us it could take up to 2 hours. The driver was super friendly and helpful and towed us home. I only wish we knew her name so we could give a shout out. If you’re reading this - thank you again for your help today!! We highly recommend this company!

Often toe companies get a bad review. I am here to change no. I am here to change that Phil and always telling and always telling are a great company and a great individual. It's great individual. Recently I was in a car accident and feel responded didn't and feel responded and told my truck. Weeks later one it weeks later when I got my car to get my belongings still remembered me get my belongings fill remembered me ask me how I was and gave me the status on and gave me the status on my car. He even lent me tools to remove he even let me tools to remove personal belongings that I had forgotten. He went Fong. He went far and above the Call of Duty giving me insight and information giving me insight and information that I needed to get information from the insurance company. Asian from the insurance company. I highly recommend always and fill and always and Phil for all your towing needs.
