Very rude customer service I called and they were very snooty never getting parts from here

Overpriced parts,

7th manager in 3 years. Counter help pisses customers off. And drivers are standing around because management sits on orders . The driver has to ask management if this order should go. No training us going on. A new counter guy can sit and do practically nothing and get pd. $20. Some guys can work what ever hours they want and others can not. This store in Hamburg sucks.

The guys there are always helpful, and very knowledgeable about their job. A tad pricey like most places but fair.

Great store always have have what I need. Only issue is the big guy behind the register. Zero personality, no professionalism, short answered like he's bothered by your presence. Lazy, asked for a tool behind counter. His response....turned a lil bit and said right there!

Great place for repair parts. Large inventory and counter people that know about cars.

They always have the parts I need either same day or the following day. Highly recommended!

Super helpful guys at this Napa! Bought a Jeep and it broke down on the way home and had to put a starter in it in the rain in their parking lot. They had the starter in stock and made the job super easy!!!!

Fantastic customer experience got stranded on the side of the road. They had the parts the competitor did not they were warm welcoming and quick everything somebody who stuck on the side of the road wants

Quick and courteous salesman at the counter. They didn't have the part I needed in stock but it was ordered had it later that same day.

The very best auto parts store in the world if they don't have it they will get it and it will be in very quickly to our Hamburg store and you will be a very satisfied company

The man behind the counter was the most chauvinistic person I have come across in awhile. I would never expect someone in retail to speak the way I was spoken to. Women do NOT go into this location unless you enjoy being treated like dirt. I will never set foot in this establishment again.

Went there at 4:40pm. They close at 5. The lit sign in the door said “Open”. The doors were locked. I went well out of my way to give them my money. No more NAPA for me.

Now I know why this place is always empty. Was told 2 day shipping, arriving Weds AM, called Weds afternoon, "hopefully tomorrow". Go in Saturday, still not there. Nobody called to tell me it still wasn't there. Oh yeah, and we ordered you a Remanufactured part without informing you

The guys can get mostly everythibg afternoon or fisrt thibg next day that has been good so far not much stock on items I have needed, but it hasn't been a problem yet
