A saleswoman this am assisted me with finding the correct windshield wiper blades for my vehicle and put them on for me. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very appreciative. Will continue to shop here.

Shy installed my new battery because I didn’t know how to do it myself. She was very patient with my crappy old car until the job was done, shoutout to her!

Total disaster end to end they had no organization the worker tried to put on my wiper blades and couldn’t even though the instructions were on the box

I went in for a battery after my dealership advised that my battery health was low. I should have just gotten a new battery through my dealership. I went in with a picture of the battery I needed for reference, Shy (unsure of her to spell her name but she was rude) told me that reference picture “is not helpful”. She proceeded to ask the make and model of my car which was fine. She then found the battery and brought it out to me on a cart. There was a male worker who was also present but just standing around. Not one person offered to help carry the battery out or even let me borrow the cart they brought the battery out on. Needless to say the service was poor and I will not be returning to autozone. I thought I would be able to save some money by shopping at this establishment but the rudeness was not worth it. In the future I’d rather pay more money for service that is kind, unlike the type of service I received at the Hamburg Autozone.

Came in for new windshield wipers. Damian asked if I needed help installing them and noticed I bought the wrong ones. He exchanged them and installed them so much faster than I could on my own. Extremely good service!

My teenage son was purchasing a new battery for his car. He did not know how to install the new battery and asked for help. The website says that the store would assist in the install if he purchased the battery there. However, he was told "No, it's too cold outside" and was turned away.

Katelyn did a fantastic job the other day. I walked in there to get my battery checked, but she was busy so I just waited patiently for her to be done. When it was busy she handled everything well!

Katelyn was a very awesome manager who help me with getting the right part for my jeep. She spent countless month trying to figure out what was the best part how to get my mighty lift mesausered for my jeep. I'm so happy my lift on my jeep can go up without holding it. Need service she's your girl.

Great service! Was in a pinch with my vw and took longer than expected to get my part out . Called up the store about fifteen minutes before closing and explained my situation. Kyle and his manger on duty stayed open to help me get my part. Ten out of ten service. Absolutely will go here everytime !

perfect store perfect location, perfect parts, all they have to do is have a sign that they also cater to custom cars and and parts for old cars that we restore, /car show things, taking the business that pet boys, and a and a auto parts had, it would increase sales for this location.

Came in last Tuesday morning looking for some parts for my car, I was having some trouble finding everything but a wonderful employee Javier helped me out! He got me squared away with everything and even went out of his way to check the back for some parts. Amazing service will recommend !

I don’t usually do this but the employee there names Javier is the absolute best!!! I come in not knowing what I need but he went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate people like him for helping me, even when I seem dumb. I will always recommend this store at long as Javier works there!!!!

Bought a used wrangler and the serpentine wasn’t looking too good so I decided to change it. After buying one at a different autozone i tried to put it on and it was too short. So I returned it to this autozone and an employee named Brandon helped me out with sizing up a new one. The ones in the computer that were supposed to fit were all too short. So Brandon took the time to size up about 10 different belts to find one that should work. Honestly, that was the best experience at an autozone I ever had. He helped me out awhile ago for parts for my Cherokee as well. Soo autozone corporate, Brandon deserves a raise and a case of beer!

Excellent service on battery replacement by Brandon! Brandon was ultra helpful in running tests on our batteries/charging system. We had to wait for the batteries to cool down before he could put in the new batteries, the store and parking lot was clean and the employees were friendly!

Every time I have been to the Hamburg PA store I've had no problems with the products or people that work there. Brandon has always been professional and respectful. I believe Brandon should get a raise! He's a fine young man. 5/12/23 730 pm.

A couple of their employees there are top notch, especially a younger guy here. However, I wouldn't trust this store of you had problems like warranty issues. On the other hand, one manager stays on the phone while customers need help, then drove recklessly in their parking lot. This included suddenly accelerating out in front of me, littering, driving down the wrong side of the road, and blocking incoming traffic. I contacted corporate who forwarded it to "local management" who were due to contact me within 48 hours. It's well past that, meaning management brushes things under the rug. What that can mean for customers is that management may avoid doing what corporate says to save money or effort if they feel they can get away with it. Not trustworthy.

Came in for some custom application inquiries and gotta say, beside being great conversation, Katlyn and Brandon both provided me with exceptional help. In the end we were able to get the task accomplished and I'm very appreciative of it. Thank you soo very much guys, till next time!

I am writing a review for Lisa who is a sweet lady that instead of me having a ride my bike to AutoZone to pick up my part she came and drove me my part so that I can get my car fixed to go get my kids for Christmas so thank you so much Lisa you are heaven sent I cannot thank you enough there’s not any words that can describe how blessed and greatful I order my parts from autozone any other person would have been like see u when you come in so thank you again you made my holidays so much better. And I would also like to thank julia who was the zone worker that cover the store while Lisa brought the part to me thank you and thank you for taking my order yesterday and help me get my part and my kids to thank you guys so much merry you both are having sent if I can give you more than five stars I would marry Christmas from my family to you both

I simply asked the employee to look up a part for me. I could tell she was annoyed that i asked her. Then she rolled her eyes, she was also rude asking me questions about the vehicle. I just walked out an got better customer service across the street.

Employees completely disregarded the questions asked and were extremely lazy. When asked if they would replace a battery that would take appropriately 30 minutes to replace, they said that they were not in the mood to replace the battery. Awful service and will never return to any of these stores. Not worth wasting your time at this place as they would rather stay warm inside than help others and promote their company. Not worth the hassle, go to other trusted dealers.

Ordered a part. Was to be available Tuesday, was NOT. Clerk did not know how to check on status, called manager, and manager reported that wrong part was ordered and re-ordered correct part Tuesday. Checked Thursday, no part. Checked Friday and was told order was canceled. WTH!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!

I stopped in to purchase new wiper blades and this new location is great. I was greeted right when I walked in, seeing if I needed help. The store is organized and clean. Sarah was professional and personable. She even put my new wiper blades on. I'll definitely be coming back.
