Sams automotive had my car for 6 months without ever working on it!!!
Day 1 he made me buy a new battery for it which I did. Now the battery been sitting so long its bad. So 150 dollars down the drain!
During my cars stay there he pushed into a steel dumpster!! Denting the bumper!
When I called every week it was always an excuse im getting to it tomorrow I promise.
When I got fed up with his lies I picked up my car untouched and found several empty BEER BOTTLES in it!
Stay far away from SCAMMING SAM!!!!
Do not recommend!!! Had told me he was at his shop 24/7 that he would have had my car in n out,ended up having it for about a week!
At first was messing with my battery,then to push my vehicle in the garage to find out my fuel pump was bad.
Also does not communicate well says he’ll give you a call n never does,had also told me my car was going to be done by night time had me up alll night to not get a phone call,had to go down to the shop at 12 at night to my vehicle still not done even tho I was promised it would of been done.
Eventually I get my vehicle back not even a week in my vehicle is making a new sound! Here to find out I had one lug nut on my passenger tire!!!! ONE!! That broke my wheel beering,remind you i have a toddler that is also in my vehicle everyday!
Now that we are a month in from me getting my car back I now have my check engine light on,stopped at advance auto for a scanner to find out the code is due to my fuel system. So my question is why was my tire being messed with?? Did he even do the job right??
I asked Sam to help me sell a car from my parents estate. Sam sold the car but never gave me any money for it. Our deal was he could keep 50% of whatever he sold the car for but he kept 100% and then stopped communicating with me. Beware of doing business here.
After uhaul messed up my work van by installing a hatch & wiring. I took it to Sam to have everything straightened out. Sam was professional and very easy to work with. Will definitely be using him in the future.
Sam is an old school mechanic with new school knowledge. We had a mutual customer that needed $6k in repairs and he got them out the door for $1200 with his stamp of approval after personally test driving. These old school guys are what is missing in the auto industry now days. Just honest, fair and takes pride in his work

Sam the owner really cut my daughter in law very well inaintenace charges. He got her safely back on the road. In my opinion he is beyond honest and trustworthy! He really helped us out today beyond belief!!
Sam took great care of our daughter's vehicle. He towed it to his garage..fixed it..and listened to two very worried parents from Ohio. His prices are extremely affordable. My husband and I highly recommend him.

It didn't go away softly. It was a BLAZE.
Sam has never failed to find and fix problems of one of my used cars and trucks. For far too many years I've put up with sub-standard mechanics and shops to the point I thought it was acceptable to drive home only to have the same problem. He's fixed simple mechanical problems like brakes and struts, but is not afraid to tackle air conditioning leaks or work on a hybred. I really shouldn't be leaving a good rating, because now I'm going to have to wait longer to get stuff fixed.
