Whatever they’re burning at night smells absolutely atrocious and makes my entire house smell like fumes.. makes me wonder how safe it is to be breathing in. I’ve lived downtown my entire life and hope every day this place goes away. Drivers are reckless and take up space everywhere and will park in places where you can’t see into intersections. I hate this place.

Highly recommend this company responds quickly, very professional, technican was personable and polite. Can't speak to price since they were dispatched by AAA but are well worth whatever they charge.

They were so nice on the phone, explained the process about getting my vehicle started due to the cold weather. Then I took it to the garage because I knew that the battery probably needed to be replaced. They quickly checked the battery and, even though we had to wait for the truck to come to deliver the battery, I was still out of there pretty quickly. They answered all of my questions and the price was very resonable for the battery my car needed. I will continue using them as my go to vehicle maintence company!

I love Tow-Tegrity. I have had to use their services multiple times over the past few years and every time I do, they are very prompt and their drivers are always very friendly and lovely to deal with. Shout out to Benny and the Jets for a great job!

AAA sent them to tow my husband. They called him and said they would be there in 35 minutes. After 2 hours I called AAA back because he was unable to contact the tow truck company. AAA told me they had cleared the call out because the road wasn’t cleared enough… they never called him or had AAA call him to let him know. They left him sit on the side of the road just waiting for them until midnight. Luckily someone else was able to pull him out and he made it home safely. I would never call this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone. All they had to do was call him to let him know they weren’t coming so he could have tried something else.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Tony was absolutely amazing! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Give him a raise!!

First time I used my roadside assistance, so I’m actually getting my moneys worth. My battery died after I didn’t use my car for an extended period of time. Towtegrity was on the scene within 15 minutes and jump my battery. They had me on the road right away. Thanks a bunch.

I am from Cleveland, Ohio and my car was stolen. It was found in Pennsylvania and towed by this company. I was called by the police on Sunday and told I could come pick it up. When I arrived, they refused to release my car because no one was available who could give it to me—even though they claim to offer 24/7 service. I then had to drive all the way back to Pennsylvania again the next day. For this major inconvenience, they only offered a small discount. After already dealing with the stress of having my car stolen, this experience was extremely frustrating. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Had a driver follow me down 51 riding my bumper forcing me to do 60mph. When I tried to make the right into Zookys parking lot he almost ran me off of the road with my kids in the car laying the horn on and giving me the middle finger. The speed limit is 45 and then 35 on the road. Absolutely ridiculous to be so dangerous.

I’ve had a really great experience with Tow Tegrity and also a really crappy one. I mistakenly hit my highbeams and I was facing the gray pick up truck with the cap. I immediately shut them off when I realized, but he continued to blast me with his for several minutes. This gives me extreme confidence in the roadside assistance. I’ll make sure to request any other company through AAA if this is the maturity level that we have at this company.

This is one of the best companies ever. You don't see the professionalism like this these days. They were here in a timely manner. And called when they thought they'd be late. But they were not. They changed my tire and spoke to me about other issues pertaining to that tire. I will call on this company again when I need service. Thanks you guys for being such a great company. Five stars.

Just had an issue with my new car and had to have it taken on the flatbed to the dealership. This placed offered quick service, everyone from start to finish was friendly, and would use them again. A+ service.

Nobody in the WORLD wants to blow out their tires in the middle of the night, 2 hours away from home, and an 1 hour away from their final destination. Tow Tegrity was nice enough to allow AAA to pick up the car for us and incredibly empathetic about us being from out of state. I was so stressed about how I could drive 2 hours to pick up my car, without my car. But Michelle was so easy to talk to - she let me text over my license and registration, as well as pay online! She could also tell I was nervous about my car and offered advise for next steps (I should get it towed to a tire shop instead of towing it home then out again). Truly hope my car won't break down again, but if it does - I hope it's towed by Tow Tegrity. They are such nice, kind, good-hearted people. At least where I'm from, that's pretty rare for tow companies. Thank you Tow Tegrity!!

Had a 1987 Porsche towed from New Brighton to Vanport on Saturday November 8. Rick (or Eric) was super fantastic. Came early than expected, explained how he was going to tow my car and proceeded with excellent care. Great job and reasonable price. Will use them again.

Superlative. I called mid-afternoon on a Friday, rain pouring, and asked the lovely lady on the phone if I could have help since I dropped my bike in the grass and couldn't lift it given my age. She said certainly, forwarded to Leo who had Nate at my house short-order. Nate lifted my bike off the grass so I could get it running and back on my porch safely without injury. Thanks Towtegrity!

Brandon came today to tow a vehicle for me and I injured my back during his time loading my vehicle onto his truck. He quickly assisted me off the ground and asked me if I needed help into my home and went above and beyond in my opinion. I navigated him to my wife where the vehicle was to be dropped off at and he met her at the shop and was very professional per her words. Thank you Brandon your true gentleman.

Tow-Tegrity is a 5 plus star company. There drivers are awesome and you’ll never see a dirty truck. Pink and shiny. The communication With the driver before they picked up my car and after they dropped it off was excellent. They are definitely my preferred towing company. Honest the goodness local owned and run company.

We needed a tow as the brakes seized up. Our tow truck Driver, Nathan, was very timely and efficient. He was also kind and considerate. My 97 year old friend, Vince was with me. Nate made sure that Vince and I felt safe and secure. The whole experience from beginning to end was painless, quick and pleasant. Getting stuck due to a car break down is never a good thing, but having helpful people like the ones we dealt with made the entire episode a pleasant one. Thank you AAA!

The tow driver who came to our rescue from Tow-Tegrity went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My car wouldn't run after sitting at the airport following a two week trip and we were 2 hours from home after midnight. I highly recommend them!

Had to get my son's car towed late last night because of a suspension breakage. They sent out Eric and that was a blessing. He was awesome, professional, knowledgeable, very skilled in what he does. Made sure he took every precaution to ensure my sons car wasn't damaged further while loading. Dropped it off safely to our mechanic and text me when it was unloaded. I'm very pleased with the service. I think Eric deserves a raise. Thanks again Eric.
