WOW!!! We just bought a 2021 Yukon Denali and about the second day of driving, the parking brake module went "goofy". Called and within minutes, they called and said they will have a wrecker service come and get the Yukon at their expense and get it fixed.. If they treat people that buy a used vehicle this good, imagine what it would be for a new...Thank you so much!!

The great OZ, you know the person behind the curtain that actually does the deal( sales manager) would not deal of his price. He was very condescending and arrogant. He would not even honor gm employee pricing. That is so disrespectful to all hard working gm employees. We went to another gm buick dealership and got $2500 better than his lowest price. Don't waste your time at Wright GMC in Wexford Pa.

I worked with Zack Brooks on 2 of my car purchases in the last 2 years. The man is amazing. The dealership is awesome and honest. They wanna get you in a good car. It’s nice to know there’s still good car dealerships out there. Will be using them forever.

I had a great experience considering I was not in the market to buy a new car... this vehicle definitely chose me. Bob Lisella was amazing, very detailed and thorough. Great salesperson.. he knows the vehicle inside and out and was so helpful with all of my questions. The service area of the dealership is so nice, clean, bright and Adam, the service manager, was so nice when I met him.

Alex, Jake and Wayne were incredible. Alex in sales was not pushy and very knowledgeable. Jake in used cars did not beat me up over my trade in…and most importantly Wayne in finance was incredible! Got me even a better interest rate than my credit union and was very nice and didn’t try to oversale me on warranties. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the sales experience, and the time in the finance office with Nicholas Dugan was a pleasure as well. My husband and I stopped into Buick today just to test drive a car, and the sales representative who was an older guy with a southern drawl Was pressuring us to purchase a car. We kept telling him over and over we’re just test driving today. We’re just looking. We want to go see other Vehicles. We couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long for him to give us a quote. Well, he claimed to do a soft credit run and before we knew it, this lady was carrying license plate. Had the title and everything ready for this vehicle that we didn’t even want. After two hours, we told the finance lady in the office that we never agreed to buy the car and he lied telling his supervisor that we said that we wanted to buy a car I will never go back to this dealership. We bought a Volvo again. This was a very high pressure situation. I don’t recommend this dealership.

Set up an appointment roughly a week in advance to have an oil change and a recall. Went in to speak to them personally about this, set up the appointment with the recall. Go to pick up my truck, recall NOT fixed, no phone call, no communication whatsoever. Will not go back to this organization ever again.

This dealership listed a used Tesla model 3 for sale yesterday on Autotrader. I scheduled a test drive for 11:30 AM today. Somebody at the dealership texted me this morning at 8:57 AM to confirm I was coming in to which I replied yes. I used vacation time from work to show up at my scheduled time and was quickly dismissed by a used car manager telling me the car is not actually for sale. What a waste of time.

From the moment we walked in, Mack (our salesperson) treated us like we were the most important people around. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, and answered all of the questions we had. He was never pushy whatsoever, which made us feel even more at ease. The process was completely painless, which is a nice change from my normal car buying experience. Usually, the worst part of buying a new vehicle is going to the Finance office. I have had many dealings with finance officers that are extremely pushy, condescending, and hard headed. I went in with the attitude of being on the opposite team as Wendy, ready to shoot her down on the upsells, argue about the trade in, and be upset about the rate she offered. We were completely caught off guard! She is not the “normal” finance manager, and all of my previous opinions of how they usually are, was up-ended. She was fantastic negotiator, and worked with us to get a great rate (for today’s economy), and even talked us in to adding two upsells (Tech/Dent and Ding), which we ALWAYS pass on. She made it feel comfortable, and removed all the prior stigmas that we were ready to deal with. All in all, the whole experience actually made car-buying fun, and we left with a great vehicle, with zero regrets. The Wright experience helped us with the right choice for our family. Thank you to Mack and Wendy for making it exciting, rather than stressful. See you in 10 years when we’re ready for another one!

Service department continues it improve! It took longer than expected to complete the work and they discounted the cost of the work. I didn’t have to complain or comment. Very appreciated that they respect my time! Thanks you!

First I will say Adam in service is wonderful, understanding and heard me. However, I have had my car for 2 years. In the first 6 months to a year I took my car to them for the truck hesitating when accelerating (I knew it was the transmission). I was told that it was flushed before I bought it. Ok no problem, but then a couple months later I had to make an appointment for the problem never stopped. While scheduling the appointment I told them what the problem was and again when I arrived. They said they would check it out as well as other things that needed done for inspection. A year later I'm still having the same problem even took it to another shop where I was told to go back to GMC for I was under warranty. So that's what I did, when I made it to the appointment I was told that it in fact was my transmission I was no longer under warranty and the last time I was there they couldn't find where I told them what the problem was and the guy who wrote down my compliant no longer worked there, but they were able to see the first complaint I made and the call I made about it. Adman told me that I may have to pay out of pocket, but would see what they could do since there was some proof that I had made a compliant about the transmission, ( I was mad because I have been saying it for a year straight and no one listened, but Adam was patient with me and understood where I was coming from). Car was in the shop for a week and when I returned Adam told me I didn't have to pay for it was covered under something (can't remember). I couldn't even be happy for once I drove it off the lot it continued to hesitate when accelerating. I called back to GMC and Adam informed me that I had to drive it a certain amount of miles to see the difference. I drove the miles needed, there still was no difference, so back to the shop I go. They found another issues and fixed that ( had to leave the car for I only had a certain amount of miles I had to be under for it to be covered for free, so I left the truck there). Just like the first time it got fixed it did the same thing as soon as I turned of the lot. I have called several times and left messages every time, but no answer or call back. The first time my truck went to the shop I was told the transmission had to be torn down to the point of failure to find the problem. They did that, so how is it I had to take it back if they did that. I spoke to the manager and he didn't seem to care and told me there's nothing more he can do. I hope I never have to take my truck back there or deal with them again. Once again ADAM IS GREAT.

It's a shame that I posted a 5 star review less than two years ago and now it's a one star. The service department is unreachable! I called and left a voicemail, no return call received. I called the next day, explained to the operator that no one called me back and she stated she had Nathan waiting to pick up my call. Nope.....went to voicemail, where I left another message. No return call received. Called again today. Again spoke to the operator, who this time took my name and phone number and was going to "walk the message back to them and see if she can get someone to call me back immediately." Have I received a call back yet? No! Buick is supposed to be luxury and great customer service. Think twice before purchasing this brand!

We took the car in to be evaluated and were told they needed to order the parts. They said they would contact us. Several weeks went by, and when we tried to reach out via email and call, we received no reply. It wasn't until we stopped in to check in-person that we were informed that the part had been there for a while. They just never called us. Then, we had to wait another 2 weeks to schedule an appointment to get the issue resolved. We had high hopes that this would be the end only for the car to be in worse condition than when it went in. The car was sent in for an accelerator pedal change and now has 2 engine codes, is shaking and stalling when trying to accelerate. We will not be returning to Wright Automotive unless it is literally the last place on the planet to take our vehicle.

The service manager took excellent care of me. I went in cause I lost power steering. He showed me that when the mother was replaced the other dealership did it incorrectly. They corrected the problem which was wiring fixed a few more things and got me out in a timely manner.

One star only because I was happy with the selling price. I have tier 1 credit and was informed the interest rate for my loan would be 8.5%. That seemed a bit high so I did a quick search for the bank's interest rate and it was 6.5%. I asked the finance guy why this was the case and he said he didn't know, but if I bought gap protection (which is included with most insurance companies for free), I could get a discounted rate of 6.5%. I found it a bit odd they can change the interest rates around like that. I took the loan so I could secure the truck, and refinanced the following week. I asked the bank what the difference was about and was informed it's a way for the dealer to take a little off the top and make more money. I don't appreciate being lied to.

Everyone I've dealt with in the service department were professional and a joy to deal with. I'm 61 and it's far the best service I've ever experienced. I've told everyone I know about it. I'll be using Wright Automotive group from now on

Nathan, that Saturday morning service representative was awesome. Engaging, friendly, personable-he was very attentive to the service that was required and answered questions honestly, He didn't try to oversell anything but simply remedy the needs of the vehicle. Turnaround time was quick at and hour and a half. Good service at Wright GMC.

The Manager Dave was awesome he worked to get me the payment I was comfortable with!! They were not pushy at all and even though they had to stay over to get it all done so I could drive away in my new SUV they never rushed anything or rushed to get me out! I would highly recommend them if you are in a search for vehicle :)

Found the vehicle online. Called and Dave Rose answered my questions and set an appointment for that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and gave me 100% of his time and attention. Left with a vehicle that was loaded with options for a great price. Best prices on vehicles out of any dealership in the Pittsburgh area in my opinion. I looked at more than 10 Chevrolet and GMC dealers. Wright blew them all away. Nick was also a great help in financing. I have written additional reviews as of 4/20/21 since my vehicle has gone back to the dealership 3 times. Once to have the transmission completely removed and replaced and twice with check engine lights. All before the vehicle has had its first oil change. To say I am extremely disappointed with my Acadia world be an understatement.

I reached out to the service department due to an unfamiliar system message on my dashboard. I was able to bring my car in for a diagnosis that same day at the fee of $120. I was informed that the work to resolve the issue would be $1700+ tax. I was hesitant because of the hefty price but I agreed because it needed to be done. I asked since my car was being serviced and my state/emission stickers were due can they do that as well and they agreed to do it at no cost. Fast forward to the next day, I was called and advised of additional work that was “required” to pass inspection. Another $3500+ worth of work?!?! NO WAY!! I kindly refused service and made arrangements to get my vehicle. I get there and I was DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE DIAGNOSIS ! TRANSPARENCY IS KEY!!! Why am I being charged double? The kind lady at the desk ensured me that someone would contact me before any charges are placed on my credit card. I am quite baffled with the lack of communication from the service department. Why not after the initial diagnosis was the the full extent of the work that needed to be done not disclosed? I’m no car expert... but I’m sure not a dummy either!

Matt Bassaro was excellent at helping me find the car best suited for my current situation. He was super informative when telling me about my options and the cars which was super helpful. Nick was able to explain my lease to me so that I could fully understand and got me signed and out of the dealership very quickly and was super nice. Jarrod was also a fantastic help in the process and extremely nice and funny.I had a fantastic experience with everyone there. No complaints at all.

I had the best experience ever! I was not sure of the dealership or vehicle that I was going with when I started out, but Tim McCormick was so accommodating and fair that i kept coming back to Wright Automotive. And Jarrod McManus, the Sales Manager, was also great. I just felt that they both were interested in getting me the best deal and cared about me as a customer. I will return there for my next car because I trust them and also know that the service department is excellent, too. I could not be more pleased with Tim and my new car is the best I've ever had. Tim spent a lot of time with me and explained every detail. Thank you with much appreciation.

The staff are outstanding. From the time we walked onto the lot to look at cars, to the time we drove off in our new vehicle, we were treated with the utmost respect. There was never any pressure to buy - Matt and Jarrod took as much time as we needed to go through the vehicles that best suited our needs. Nick (Finance Department) was wonderful - never pushy, and took the time to go through all of the paperwork so there were no surprises. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly - it was truly the best car buying experience we could have asked for!
