If you're heading to this dealership, ask for Caleb Kerr — he made buying our certified pre-owned Kia Sportage a genuinely great experience. From the moment we walked in, he was super friendly and a great conversationalist, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than the usual dealership stress. No pressure, no games, just straightforward service all the way through. He clearly knows his stuff, answered every question we had, and kept the process moving without it ever feeling rushed. We're thrilled with our CPO Sportage and so glad we had Caleb in our corner. Highly recommend!

When I scheduled my inspection, I specifically asked if you offered a courtesy driver and whether I needed to reserve a ride to and from work (I work five minutes down the road). I was told that I did not need to reserve anything. I dropped my car off at 8:00am on Friday, February 20th and was given a ride to work without issue. Later, I received a call that my car was ready. I requested a pickup around 1:30pm. By 1:45pm, no one had arrived, so I called the office but couldn’t get through. The recording stated that texting the line would be faster, so I sent a text. After 10 minutes with no response, I called several more times and still no one answered. After waiting longer and receiving no communication at all, I had no choice but to request an Uber. I spent $20 on a five-minute ride just to get my car and make it to pick up my child from school on time. If you offer a courtesy ride service, it needs to be reliable and responsive. Leaving customers without communication or follow-through defeats the purpose of offering the service in the first place.

Jalen was absolutely phenomenal to work with. From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely present with both me and my family — never pushy, never rushed. He stayed after hours to wrap up the sale and then stayed even longer to make sure I fully understood all the tech and features of the vehicle. He explained everything clearly, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable before leaving. You can tell Jalen truly cares about the customer experience. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and attention to detail made what can be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. My husband and I purchased two cars from Kia in 2021. Service was ok for that sale. When it was time to purchase again, my husband got a K5. The trunk was damaged, but the salesperson and manager swore they would take care of it and not to worry - it was purely cosmetic. It took months for the dealership to fit my husband into their scheduled and when they did, the "fix" they offered my husband looked like a toddler had attempted to fix it. Finally, months later, after my husband calling and calling, they took the vehicle back in and repaired it correctly. Even despite this mishap, I decided to go back to purchase another car from them. All financing was taken care of and I had an appointment to sign the papers and pick up the car. When I got there, the car was not there. It was also damaged and the sunroof would not close. I had been dropped off at the dealership because I was picking up a new car, however, they did not offer a loaner or anything. They couldn't offer me another car to purchase because they did not have any on the lot. The next day, I called Diehl Kia of Beaver Falls and was able to complete a sale within 30 minutes and actually got the car I initially wanted, the Kia Sorrento X-Line Prestige model that Jim Shorkey Kia talked me out of purchasing only to find out later that they didn't even have that car available. So, if you want the run-around and lies and damaged cars - go to Jim Shorkey Kia of Wexford, but if you want a smooth deal where you can trust the salesperson to actually get you the car you want - go to Diel Kia of Beaver Falls. It will be worth the drive. Oh, and by the way - Diehl actually has cars on their lot that you can look at... unlike Jim Shorkey Kia of Wexford who has nothing on their lot.

Alex was by far the best salesperson we have worked with in our 10+ new car purchases. We went in with a model already picked out, and a fairly set trim level, but Alex was diligent in asking all the right questions to evaluate our needs and wants, while discussing both higher and lower trim levels for comparison (and validating our model preference) to help us come to a conclusion. He was quick to offer a walk around and test drive, and was extremely knowledgeable about the car market and industries as a whole. Additionally, the finance manager was hands down the best and most friendly finance manager we’ve ever dealt with. We cannot recommend the team at Jim Shorkey Kia of Wexford enough!

I came in on a whim one day to test-drive cars and ended up leaving the lot with a brand-new Kia Sportage. I owe it all to Al at Jim Shorky Kia in Wexford. Al was extremely customer-service focused, polite, and straight to the point. He did not pressure my husband or me in the slightest which, honestly, was shocking because I was fully prepared to use all my “no-thank-you” customer service escape tactics. Big Al simply came with an offer I literally could not refuse. Hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve met enough to confidently say he deserves a raise, a promotion, and maybe even his own parking spot with a little gold plaque. He somehow managed to answer every question we had before we even finished asking it, and he kept the whole process smooth and weirdly enjoyable… Long story short: I walked in “just looking” and walked out with a Sportage I’m now irrationally obsessed with. If you’re in the market for a new car, go see Al he’ll take care of you, keep it real, and will absolutely restore your faith in car buying. 10/10 would buy again (but don’t tell my husband).

Just had a GREAT experience at Jim Shorkey in Wexford, working with Colin Grimm in sales, and Derrick Dunn in finance. The most notable improvement over all the other dealerships we talked to this past week, was that Colin was patient and respected our space and time. While we were being hounded by dozens of BOT emails and texts, Colin made his pitch, checked in once I think, and when we finally got out to Wexford, he had just the right used Jeep, for just the right price. Both Colin and Derrick were personable, patient and honest. You can't ask for more than that! I do not hesitate in recommending them and the dealership in general!

I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Seltos, and I am absolutely in love with it! My experience at Jim Shorkey Kia Wexford was nothing short of AMAZING! Ian was my main point of contact, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to track down the exact car I’d been researching on the Jim Shorkey website, and he really made the whole process smooth. Ian was also training Kat, and honestly, having two people dedicated to ensuring I got exactly what I came for made the experience even better! Nick, one of the managers, was also a huge help in getting my payment to a place where I felt completely comfortable. He was super approachable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. David and Derrick in the finance department were fantastic! They made everything so simple to understand and walked me through every detail of the paperwork with such patience and clarity. Awful experience. The buying process was very easy thanks to Devon, who I believe is no longer there. The rest, has been horrible. I bought a 2019 jeep compass on July 11, 2025. During the buying process they would not go down on price due to the “spectacular” condition the vehicle was in. When I was leaving with the vehicle I noticed the antifreeze was low and asked them to fill it. I live over an hour away, when I got home, the antifreeze was nearly empty. So I contacted Devon and he agreed to meet me somewhere half way and swap for a loaner while mine was repaired. I met him on July 17th 2025 and was under the impression the vehicle would need a new head gasket. Weeks went by with no update from the service manager, saying they were “waiting on a warranty to kick in”. I had very minimal updates unless I contacted the dealership, and even then I didn’t get a response for days. On September 18th I called the dealership and one of the service employees told me that the new “used” motor was almost done being put in, which was a complete shock to me, because again I was told the head gasket would need replaced. The service employee had no information on the motor and said I would need to speak with the service manager for details. I did not get a response from the service manager until September 23rd, stating… “I want to assure you that the used engine we're installing has fewer miles than the one we removed. We've replaced all gaskets and the oil pan, ensuring everything is in great condition. Plus, it comes with a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty for your peace of mind!” And then it still took a week to get a report on this motor, which was a car fax showing the motor came from a 2016 jeep, that was in a total loss wreck, and it had 6 thousand MORE miles on it, not less, like I was assured. So now at this point I don’t even want the vehicle. Finally on October 9th I get a call that the jeep is ready, the swapped cars at my place of work and have had minimal contact since then- however I have asked that the power train warranty be renewed due to the fact that they had my vehicle for almost the entire three months of the warranty. This wouldn’t be a huge deal but I had asked them to check the transmission and they definitely didn’t because the same issue is still occurring. I contacted a finance manager about the warranty, as I was told to do by the service manager, and have been completely ghosted. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only professional along this journey was the salesman I had.

He is also quick to get us answers to questions, and we tend to ask a lot of questions when buying a car. He is genuinely interested in making our car buying experience the best it can be. I also like that he follows up after the fact to make sure all is going well and to see if we have any further questions. He made our experience the best it could be!

I just had a great experience at Jim Shorkey Kia in Wexford. I'm a busy mom, and purchasing a new car to accomodate my family, friends, and everything in between can be overwhelming. However, when we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by the most amazing salesman named Brandon. He was so knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and we ended up finding THE prettiest Telluiride. I still can't believe the process was as easy as it was. There was never a point where I felt pressured or in over my head. They have such a great selection and the location is really accessible. I highly recommend! :)

Our sales rep Seth was very helpful in the car buying process and made sure to clearly communicate about the car features and the entire car buying process. We had our son with us who is a toddler and they accommodated to our needs by speeding up the paperwork process so we were not at the dealership too long. Very helpful and responsive staff! I was in a hurry to purchase a car and Alex G. was super-helpful. He had everything ready to go on very short notice two days in a row, helped me figure out a financing option that would work for me, let me test drive multiple times, and was really friendly and open about the whole process to boot, all while being shadowed by a new salesperson-in-training, Kat (also very friendly!). We went to Jim Shorkey just looking for a new car not sure if we even wanted a Kia. Jalen immediately introduced himself, listened to us and what we were potentially looking for. Even though we weren’t sure if we even wanted a Kia, Jalen was respectful and not pushy at all. He showed us a Seltos and we really liked it but wasn’t sure still. So he advised me make an appointment so we did. At the appointment we decided to purchase a 2026 Seltos, Jalen was great the entire time. Very helpful with answering any questions or concerns. Definitely would buy another car from Jalen and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Came today with my husband and we were able to get the perfect Mazda. Colin Grimm was very helpful through the buying process and the finance portion was pretty seamless. We did not have perfect credit and were still able to put down a reasonable down-payment and have ok monthly payments. Very nice vibe and no pushy sales. I would recommend them to anyone I know. We were told the car was "detailed" but we left with many dirty spots inside of the car and some white paint on the back left light. Besides this very enjoyable experience.

Buying a new car can be stressful but dealing with Jim Shorkey Kia made it very simple. When you sit in a new car with all the updated technology looking at you, it can be overwhelming. However, having a very knowledgeable sales agent like Luke Hyde is very important. There was no question that was asked that he didn't know the answer. The staff that I worked with were all very friendly and accommodating.
