In anticipation of 12+ inches of snow coming down and not wanting my expensive new vehicle to suffer from the weather, I bought a car cover from this auto zone. Even after I told the young lady that I wanted to protect my brand new vehicle, she got me a cover. This is the first I have ever got so when I opened it and looked on the inside of it, I was surprised that the inside part that goes on the car itself, looks like it would scratch the paint. Instead of protecting my vehicle, this would have actually damaged it. I wish auto zone had car buffs with a genuine interest in vehicles than the two working today, Saturday. Very disappointed.
I stopped to get a new battery on the coldest day of the year. The AZ employee that assisted me (I didn't get their name) was very helpful and expedient. I also appreciated that they answered my questions and explained what they were doing so that I could learn/understand. Definitely recommend this Auto Zone!
Olivia at the Wexford AutoZone was incredibly helpful and kind. I accidentally snapped my windshield wiper because of the cold, and she quickly helped me find the right replacement and installed it for me. Great customer service- thank you, Olivia!
Great store! Great employees. Came in with an issue and they were on it. Got our issue fixed, tried to leave and our battery was dead (what are the chances?). But they were super friendly and came to our rescue! Thank you for a great experience!
Have had very helpful and overall great experiences more than once at the Wexford AutoZone location. Today, Michael fixed my CX5 key fob by adjusting the battery connections. No need to replace the battery. Helpful and kind!
I took my car to Ford Dealership to check my engine light and they wanted to charge me $80 just for a diagnostic check which I assumed would be free since I bought my car there. I looked online to see who offered this free service and AutoZone was the first one to come up. They were not only very friendly but also very helpful in doing a free quick diagnostic test with a printout and several suggestions for what I might want to do next for my car. Thank you AutoZone!
Mike was happy to help me select the appropriate low beam headlight bulb replacement. He also installed the bulb, made sure it was functional and then re-secured the front bumper. Some of the bumper clips were broken and he helped match the clip and then installed those as well. He was also helpful selecting the appropriate oil change materials and suggested replacing the drain plug gasket to reduce leaks. Bottom line, Mike is awesome and very helpful!
By some strange coincidence both of the headlights on my wife’s Kia Sportage went out at the exact same time. Mike at AutoZone quickly diagnosed the problem by testing each light and helped me install them. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I’m going to recommend this AutoZone based on Mike’s knowledgeable and efficient help to everyone I know!
The guy that helped me was really helpful. My check engine light came on and he was able to tell exactly what is wrong with my car. It was funny how impressed he was that I do the work on my car.
Actually had a very positive customer service experience here the other day. Stopped in for an LED HID headlamp replacement for my heavily modified vehicle. Mike took it upon himself to personally assure that I was getting a compatible model. He took extra time with me and did the fit-up test then and there in the car park.

I typically order my parts online because my vehicle is German. I typically can't stand AutoZone because I'm always lectured on how to do jobs that I'm literally certified to do, incorrectly. Not here! Love the staff. I can actually talk cars with them in a respectful manner. Mike is a cool guy, too.
Went there today to get windshield wipers for my wives car. Bethany helped me find the right type and size for her car and suggested the ones that were on sale. Not only did she help me in the store she came outside and helped me install the wipers. Thank you Bethany!!

I had a 5 star experience today at this location and had to share. I came into the store needing an item as I was heading out of town. I didn’t have a lot of time to try a different location, so the amazing DAWN came to my aid and offered up an amazing solution. Her ability to get creative saved my day and a whole lot of time. 5 star service is hard to come by; well unless you make a stop to see DAWN. AutoZone 4696, you have a gem at that store!

I was able to get what I needed for a good price, the item was in stock. I've been here several times previously and always had good service.
I also love their free services, like checking if you have a "check engine" light on, I've used this several times and it's been very helpful.
Update: very helpful with installing my tail light that I bought there, I've never had to replace them in this car so now I know how. Great service and good price for what I needed.
Mike and Matt were awesome! My headlights burned out as I was traveling home on the interstate. Matt got me all set up with the headlights and Mike was nice enough to put them in for me, as difficult of a process that it was. It was very much appreciated, thank you guys so much! 😁
I needed a headlight and wanted to get it purchased and installed quickly. The representative with the last name Eckhart (sp?) helped me right away and was able to get me on my way. Due to the angle I think it was tough to take the old one off/ add new one on, etc., but he was able to get it done. It was 35-40 degrees out and dark so I appreciated that he helped me with the installation that night ~1.5 weeks ago. Thanks!

Both of our cars' batteries died within a day of each other. We were lucky that the first car died across the street from this AutoZone. The manager there, Dawn, is a rock star. She made sure we had the right model at the right quality and the right tools to replace our battery. She also ran diagnostics on the new battery once we put it in our car to make sure we had installed it right and that the problem was the battery.
The next day, our other car's battery died. We were able to jump it and get it to AutoZone. Dawn was there again and, even though she was there on her own, did an amazing job of helping customers while still walking us through replacing a very stubborn and ill-designed battery. She really made a stressful situation not only tolerable, but actually enjoyable! I learned so much from her and had a great time interacting with her.
Again, I cannot recommend this store highly enough!
I stopped in with my son on a bitterly cold snowy night for help with wiper installation. The sales & service folks were extremely helpful and kind: we got assistance right away even though we had bought the wipers somewhere else. They were professionally installed for us and it was service with a smile. What an awesome way to run a business.
