A couple of months ago, we purchased a Toyota Sienna from Jahn auto sales. We drove from OH to PA. I have to say that the experience from first communication to driving away was unlike any other dealership experience. First of all, Todd and his team were absolutely genuine and professional. I had some concerns when we came to look at the van, and Todd went out of his way to make sure all was right. They were fair on price. Very positive experience. I have bought 15+ vehicles from dealerships over the years and this is only the second time I’ve had a very good experience with a car dealer. They worked with me on numbers and were very helpful throughout the whole process. No arguing, no passive aggressive sales tactics, just 100% honesty and transparency. Also, they are VERY responsive! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't want to negotiate a fair price, they give you wrong information about what their selling, and some of the sales agent don’t even know what their selling. They were asking me about the vehicle instead of me asking them. They didn’t even bother to convince me to sell me the car, all they did was hang up the phone and when I called again they pretended to be the manager. Don’t buy here they will just rip you off for a car that not worth the price.

Wife and I purchased a low mileage van with very minor rust showing. After 2 weeks of driving the van all of the touch up paint washed off of the rust. Bottom fender and bumper are completely rusted out. Be careful if you see minor rust. They will try to paint over the rust to hide it.
I'm a 19 year old college student who recently purchased a used car to go to and from school. Amidst the difficulties of purchasing a new car through a mutual friend we had the title transfer done for the car at R E Jahn Auto Sales. We were told he'd get everything worked out for us quickly, and walk us through the papers. I was unable to get out his shop, so I had my mother drive and sign the papers on my behalf. Upon entering the shop she was met with slow service. When someone finally did come to help her they were cold, indifferent and unhelpful. She let them know of why she was there (they had already been informed and were given the papers for the title transfer) and they were slow to respond and unhelpful. When they finally did cooperate they were rude, and entirely unhelpful. They charged her far more than the previous price that we were told we would be originally charged. Not only did we feel like we were gypped and taken advantage of, but this is no way to treat any customer, especially a woman for that matter. I will never go here again.

I needed a newer vehicle and contacted Rick to let him know what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks I was driving the car I wanted. The purchase transaction was the fastest I've ever experienced! Dealing with Richard was the easiest transaction I've ever had when it comes to buying a car. I live in VA. I called, made a deposit, got picked up at the airport, and was out of the dealership under 10 minutes.
