Service technicians here are super nice and even willing to train newbies in the industry. Coming from someone who spent $20,000 to go get an associates degree in the field for the only reason I was disgusted by seeing people getting ripped off and over charged these people here reminded me of why I went to school for auto mechanics. The reason I feel the service techs are that way is because of the service manager there

Had an axle nut back off from previous work at another shop which was causing a horrific rumble. They found the issue quickly and charged me a very fair and low price for a quick inspection and installation of a new axle nut.

I called in earlier today and talked to Shawnell, I liked her immediately! I called because I realized one of my tires were completely bald. She was very upbeat and personable, which is nice at a tire shop! Zach was my technician. Overall, a great experience. I feel much better now that that my tire is replaced and I had somebody as nice as these two people to help me with it!

Oliver was awesome. Had a screw puncture my tire and he got the replacement sorted out quickly and had me on my way in less than 45 minutes. The crew here knows how to turn a bad day around and get you back on the road.

they cannot align a crew cab short bed 3/4 ton truck, but every staff member i interacted with was very friendly

Zach was super helpful, I recommend him for your future visit . He went out of his way to make sure I could get my brakes done that same day and really cared about me as a customer.

Called in the am on a whim to see if I could get in and the manager was awesome and got me in. when we went to pick up the car, the technician was super friendly too! Great experience, will be back

Called and they said they’d be able to swap over some springs for me. I brought the parts to the shop and the front desk person had a massive attitude and chewed out the tech who said he would do the work for me. Nevertheless they took the parts, agreed to do the work and called me a half hour later saying it was against their policy. Wasted an hour of my time - won’t be going back.

Excellent service with getting my oil changed and all new tires. The manager was super nice and helpful. I made the appointment online, dropped the car off the night before, and all of the changes to my car were done in a very timely manner.

This is my fourth or so time visiting this Firestone location and they are always extremely punctual, professional, polite and engaging. I have only ever gotten my state inspections there so I can’t speak to technical service, but I would absolutely trust them to service my vehicle.

Went in for a quote on some basic maintenance for my Chevy Trax. It is my opinion that because I’m a woman who is trying to take care of her car, they gave me an absurd total and told me a lot of parts needed replaced that don’t. When I told my husband the estimate of everything they wanted to do he was furious. I am disappointed that this is yet another company that tries to get one over on women in the auto industry. Will not be bringing my car back ever again.

Excellent experience! Got a flat tire 0.25 miles away. Drove right to Firestone. They took me right away, replaced the tire after determining a patch wouldn’t suffice, and got me out in less than an hour. Highly recommend. 10/10

I had my car towed here after my car died on the highway. The staff was kind and professional until the end. But I did decline the service as I was able to get the problem fixed for 1/4 the price somewhere else. After they moved my car to the lot, my car wouldn’t go into park because of the dead battery. So, I went out and was talking to the technician at my car in the parking lot and asked if there was anything we could do. What the tech ended up doing was trying to force my shifter to go into park. He ended up breaking my shifter and tried to pretend he didn’t as if I didn’t just watch him forcefully move the shifter repeatedly and make it snap. Once I got the car to the place I wanted to get it fixed, they had to fix the shifter and it was an additional $300, and the mechanic I talked to said that the tech repeatedly forcing the shifter to move is what caused the shifter to break. When I reached out to the Firestone, they denied that it happened. And because the tech wouldn’t own up to his mistake, claims won’t help me because it’s “just an assumption” even though I clearly watched the tech break my shifter. I didn’t want to leave this review. I was actually going to leave a 5 star if they had helped me out even a little bit with this issue. Instead, I was unassisted and left frustrated. So, just be weary getting things fixed here. They are kind people, but the techs won’t own up to mistakes they make

This was another very satisfying trip to Firestone in Wexford. I had made a state inspection appointment for Thursday, but when I got there, the service manager discovered that I had no current registration or insurance paper........ So I went back home and spent a couple hours getting those things fixed. Called for another appointment on Friday, which was perfectly timed. The inspection took barely an hour, was reasonably priced, and included a 15% off coupon I received online. I've been using Firestone off and on for years. While the building seems to be aging, the personnel have always been polite and helpful. I'm very happy with my experiences at Firestone. (Several years ago, I purchased tires for my car there. Last year, one of my tires kept going flat. I ended up at Firestone, where I learned to my surprise that they fixed my tire - huge nail embedded in it! - for free because, although I didn't remember at the time that I had even gotten Firestone tires, I was a Firestone customer. It was a very pleasant surprise!)

The manager was very friendly, and I took advantage of the Epic sale to make my purchase. I had my Santa Fe fitted with Destination LE3 tires, and the manager quickly applied the available coupons. I feel that I received great service overall — nothing excessive, just exactly what was needed.

I have had very good luck with the Firestone on Perry Highway getting all of my cars serviced. Jesse the manager has been an excellent resource to help me solve some of the problems we’ve seen with the cars. I would definitely return to this shop and highly recommend it.

Came in with air pouring out of my tire in a bad way. Ron Lombardi made my bad situation much better even though they were busy and it was late in the day! Amazing service

Can't recommend their tire service enough! Ron was knowledgeable, helpful, and had me taken care of quick. I've been to many tire shops over the years, and the service here was outstanding.

I have been going to this Firestone location for a long time now and would highly recommend going there. They treat you like an actual human being, know what they’re doing, and are incredibly competent and genuinely nice people. Ron Lombardi, the service manager, is one of the best in the business.

Alignment that was purchased (lifetime) was not "correct" - car wheels were still outside spec after service. Found this out a couple days later at car dealer. Went back to the Firestone store wanting a refund and the only refund I was given was the difference in cost between a one year alignment and the lifetime version. I was told to "take it or leave it" or leave with nothing as that is all that was going to be done." I have used this store for many auto services over the past 20 years and 5 cars. Not any more.

Daughter had a flat late at night. Tire was ruined. Got her into a parking lot and contacted Firestone as soon as they opened next morning. They had the tire I needed and fit me into their busy schedule. I never even sat down while I waited, they were that fast. Had the new tire in 15 minutes and was out the door to go and slap it on my daughters car. All before 8am. Great service from Jesse and his crew. I always service my vehicles here. They make suggestions but don't push you into anything you don't want. Great service all around.

Brian Harvey and Ron Lombardi are amazing. Very professional , honest, and came to my rescue when my car engine overheated on New Year’s Day. I didn’t know where to go and one of the nearby Firestone locations said there was a technician on site at the Wexford location. When I called, they were very helpful in advising me not to drive me vehicle. I am thankful that I didn’t need a new engine. I will definitely come back here because of their honesty, transparency, and help with my car. They also were very patient and very nice to work with. They are wonderful, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you guys for helping me with my car (BMW) and saving me from even more expensive repairs and potential damage.

Stopped in for new tires and the technician was very helpful. We evaluated various options and I truly believe I got the best set of tires for my driving style. Service was fast, friendly, and informative. Firestone in Wexford will be my go-to tire provider in the future.
