Called to see if they had some parts for a SUV I just bought and Jim was so very helpful and ordered me what I need. Looking forward to seeing the place and meeting in person but for a buyer who absolutely Hates the phone and with little experience buying parts I’m impressed with the customer service, patience and fast process provided by Jim!
They seem to have parts for your cars and trucks (domestic) neatly laid out and really organized. But after driving from Fairmont WV to Pittsburgh and a day's worth of Google for the only used alternator for my car it was not the best choice. As I paid for it I asked if they had tested it because I had had three other (two new one used) that did not work. The reply was one of those that left me feeling a bit empty but I was reassured that if it didn't there was a 30 day return... Got home and yep, it didn't work. Another half day gone to return it...
Nice man that waited on me. Only place in the city that had exactly what I needed and at a great price! Very satisfied.
