Love 😍 this place my new favorite salvage u pull it place a great influence on all salvage yards to be a good business n care about your customers so thank you owners of u pull n pay who put a u pull n pay in Pittsburgh, God the Father S ♥ N ,Holy Spirit bless all the owners who made this decision to install this specific business in this neighborhood, may Jesus Christ bless owners n family 👪 of owners ,it is very appreciated, n kind you've helped so many people survive with barely any money n created great jobs n great way for people to learn about being a survivor by doing it yourself ,especially cause all vehicles are off the ground n flat n we can wash ourselves before leaving the yard so thank you ,I'll be bringing pizzas 🍕 mist of the time I can afford to buy for employees lol 😂 ♥ ♥ ♥

Not your typical junkyard. It's clean and well organized. Really nice employees. Well worth my 1 1/2 hour drive.

I come here alsmost every week, the yard is very well taken care of and the staff are always nice and welcoming. The prices are decently competitive and inventory is always fresh with a good selection of high demand parts!

Awesome used parts yard. Easily the best that I’ve been to. Great selection of vehicles from classics to late models, inventory is constantly kept up to date and is easy to find online, extremely friendly and courteous staff, great sales and deals that happen often, and just all around a great place. Every time I go, I get all of the parts I need and more. I couldn’t recommend U Pull & Pay more.

They have everything vehicle related are very hardworking people highly recommend Jordy,Yoyo, and Jeana deserve a raise keep them on the roster.. 😁! LoL !

The yard and the employees are good, but the prices are getting ridiculous since Pic-A-Part bought them out, and the new website is horrendous. Also, they used to have "Specials" days every month ($25 door, bumper, fender, hood day, $10 bucket day, etc.) which have now been almost entirely eliminated. I miss the old UPAP.

This is my go to place. The yard is clean the cars are already lifted,pricing is straight forward and they have a great selection of cars in the yard. I drive a hour each way to go to this place for all my parts needs.

First time there. It was awesome. The car I was specifically looking was where the website said it would be and the counter people were extremely helpful.

Today was the first time I visited U-Pull and Pay. I was very impressed with the entire set up of this salvage yard. The entire process was very easy. They have wheel barrows and carts for you to use. The yard itself is very organized and not muddy due to gravel. Their website is great and shows what is exactly in the yard and the location of each vehicle. Prices are very reasonable. I will go back if I ever need anything for my vehicles and will recommend this place to friends and family.

Will ABSOLUTELY return to this establishment!!! I've gone to other part places but I was shocked upon walking in and how much better Pull & pay is! I was greeted immediately, everything was so organized, it was clean, I was treated like family despite this being my first time. I have already recommended multiple friends. I will no longer go anywhere else. Speaking with the staff, they were insanely knowledgeable and I couldn't believe the service. They might as well have gift wrapped my auto parts... Because it was like Christmas! Very affordable and was even assisted loading my vehicle!!! Even the manager made sure i had everythign I needed. Now that's customer service!!

Only my second time there, found exactly what I needed both times. Great place! I've been telling all my friends about it.

I love , love , LOVE this place!!!! Friendly CS. GREAT products. Purchased everything from parts to rims to tires. I've literally purchased approximately 30 tires. Not one bad tires. If it was dry rotted they caught it in advance. Great sales as well. I like how thorough they are with their inventory. Makes it easy to find what you're looking for. 5 stars from me.

The prices keep going up very quickly. Even since the beginning of this year I am paying 50% for the same parts.

I WASTED MY TIME. I was looking for 2 used Prius wheels. I checked their web site and saw that they had 3 Prius with wheels as seen in the pictures. I also called their phone support and talked to someone in a foreign country. I did a 3 hour round trip, paid to get in, and spent some time locating the 3 Prius. All of the wheels were gone. The agent there, said that they don't inventory parts on the cars. That is just lazy. It would be very easy to keep a spreadsheet and update it as people bought parts. They also won't go out and check for parts, if you call. They don't care about their customers wasting their time.

Your website won't even let me search a location? Type in Pittsburgh says no results found and can't go beyond that point... Very frustrating

I can’t call in, every time I do the automated system hangs up on me after I’ve been on hold forever…

This is a nice yard. Friendly employees, place stays busy, but they move efficiently. Good rotation of inventory. I like that they offer tools for sale as sometimes you might need them. Nice selection of drinks too. Standard entry fee and they are open 7 days a week, pretty much year round. It's a good place.

Pull-A-Part completely ruining this yard. I used to frequent the yard constantly, maybe once or so a month, but ever since Pull-A-Part bought it and took away all the good sales they used to have they'll be lucky if I even get out there once a year and its like 15 mins from me. Don't believe me how disappointed people are in this yard now, check almost any Facebook post they make about anything. Guaranteed to find 70% of the comments are of similar disappointment. It's a shame and can only hope they decide to give control back to U-Pull-&-Pay so it can go back to like it was, but most likely will try drive it in to the ground.......

The greatest junkyard ever, found so many rare parts, I easily lose track of time and spend 4+ hours here, can't sleep the night before planning a trip here - thinking about all the cool stuff I can buy

Found what I needed easily and then some. I'm going back today 😀
