**CONSUMERS BEWARE ** In 2025 this place Sold my elderly 80 y/o brother a junk vehicle. He brought it to them may 2026 to put a catalytic converter on and an 02 sensor because engine light was on. The 02 sensor didn't have wiring coming from engine harness to hook it up too. So the mechanic plugged the hole up with a bolt until wiring was installed. My brother bought the wire kit and brought it in and mechanic couldn't get the bolt out. Told my brother he would have to pay for all this. I spoke to the mechanic and he was willing to attach 02 sensor and fix converter for free, but he had to have the wiring kit installed or he would be charged over $200. My confusion is shouldn't the engine have been checked before selling it, and that the engine wire harness was intact? My brother collects social security and every penny matters. I'm a nurse and I've seen elderly people taken advantage of too many times. Breaks my heart this place calls themselves a family company. What family beliefs do they have. **Consumers beware**
The service here is awesome! Everyone is friendly and transparent. The mechanic today took the time to show me exactly what he did. Would recommend auto-rama in natrona heights.
Test drove a vehicle, accused me of breaking the rules of the road because I did a quick acceleration (you were doing 70! No sir I was not) to test the vehicle. And then got disrespectful with my husband (and yet didn’t want to talk to me when I got back) while I was on the test drive. Vehicle was filthy, and then he was rude when I got back. Proceeded to block both of us on Facebook so that I couldn’t leave a review there. Use caution, if they don’t want you test driving and actually testing it when you’re spending thousands. Also, listing on Facebook stated new inspection and it was not. So they also falsely advertise. Proceed with caution. They kept my license, which is illegal and then told my husband to call me, which is also illegal because you can’t be on the phone while driving. But hey you can’t break the rules of the road right.
Always good to come over there and get things fixed! Their prices are always correct! Always know that the part themselves aren't that cheap but the labor will always get you! Have a nice day!
