We’ve been using Parts By Cochran for a while now and honestly they’ve been great to work with. In a collision shop, parts can make or break your schedule, and their team understands that. Orders are accurate, they move quickly, and if something is on backorder or there’s a fitment issue, they don’t just leave you hanging & they call, explain it, and help find a solution.
It takes multiple call to reach these people. Then they tell you the part is on back order and eta is 2 weeks. Call back in 2 weeks for an eta or an update and they say it was never ordered. Absolutely horribly.
I hope they aren't paying for a phone bill, because you'll never be able to reach anyone on the phone there. Still waiting for parts we ordered back in July and haven't been able to get any information whatsoever.
This place never answers the phone. I tried calling for over three hours and no one answers and you cant even leave a voicemail. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Called 50 times, finally got someone to answer. I was transferred to a voicemail during normal business hours. Been trying to buy parts for two days now for another customer and at this point I’m looking bad trying to deal with them. I work in parts sales myself, we’re supposed to be conducive to sales not an obstacle. Never trying them again
I'm in the automotive business and buy a lot or parts. They miss out on so much of my business because nobody ever answers the phone. I literally call multiple times a day all month long and nothing. I think I got ahold of someone once out of maybe 50 phone calls. I even talked in a Live Chat and someone was suppose to reach back out to me and I could've guessed it nobody ever got back to me. I will stop even trying to go through them. There are other parts departments out there so don't waste your time.
The worse company I've ever delt with in my entire live. you call the part department for infiniti, A guy name Bob will answer the phone saying his busy , then he will hangup on you. four days trying to order part for a car but never got through yet. What a shame
Subaru Dealer told me they had 3 items of a part I needed to purchase. I drove 45 minutes to this place of which told me they didn't have any. If I could give him less than one star I would
