My son’s car broke down in that area & we live an hour away. Called and explained I had no idea on exact location. Much to my surprise, they were very understanding and helpful!! Even called me back to let me know they got his car back safely to the shop!! Was very honest and reasonable with pricing. Highly recommend!!!
Graff went above and beyond for my mother in law and I when my alternator went out. He was patient as I tried to explain where we were on the interstate and went out of his way to help us when the local Ford dealership couldn't get my vehicle looked at for a week. Taking my car to his shop and fitting it into his schedule to get fixed while I visited my husband in the hospital. I could not say enough good things about this man and how kind and helpful he was throughout the whole ordeal. I'm so thankful to have had him be the one I ended up calling. I don't think anyone else would have taken us under their wing the way Mike did.
My son’s truck tire came off on a dangerous curve at night and Mike was quick to get there to get the truck moved and towed back to our house. We have used him in the past and he has always been reliable and friendly.
Beware...rip off and liar. Was told i could store my r v there for a hundred and twenty five dollars per month which included a fenced in area and constant camera surveillance..They towed my rv to me after 3 months of storage with a SMASHED OUT BROKEN WINDOW! Mr Graff refuses to review video and denies that the vandalism occurred on his property. I was there.
3 days prior to receiving my RV to pay for storage etc And that window was not broken !! Now costing more than $1300.00 to repair. Im so sick of being ripped off and scammed. Avoid this place at all costs!! Sadly enough he seemed like a really nice and trustworthy guy. The only thing I gained was a lesson. Get everything in writing and don't trust anyone's verbal words.
Called roadside assistance through my insurance at 11pm. Still waiting as of 10:30am the next day. Called Graff towing and he was there within minutes. Awesome guy and so friendly and helpful. Thank you again!
he was so helpful and absolutely amazing. Very kind and understanding of my situation and actually got my truck to start up again to have it towed! i would 10000% recommend him to anyone! i had a wonderful experience with him and his company!

If you a have vehicle in need of repair and dont mind how long it takes. (5 days) And have alot of money to get rid of. (3200)To a company where communication is non-existant.(i had to constantly try to get intouch w them) never even a "hey waiting on parts" or " we found alot of things that need addressed to complete the job" then graff is the garage for you!
Mike Graff really went above and beyond for me when my tire blew. It was, quite literally, the best towing service I have ever received. He worked around my schedule so I get make it to work, he gave me a great price, and made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. If I ever need a tow again, and I hope I don't, I'll make sure to call him, every time.
Broke down on route 28 south today coming home from work. My car just died on me. I was able to pull off far enough and stayed in the car until family came to get me as I was not to far from home. I have road side assistance with State Farm so I called them immediately to get my car towed. They stated they would contact me as soon as they found an agency. Was not long I received text from State Farm that Graff towing would be contacting me. In just a few minutes received a call and he (Mike) first asked if I was ok or was I still with the car. I told him I was safe at home. I gave directions of where the car was and where it was to go. Mike stated he would contact me once he was at the garage. I met him there and he was the kindest person. It was dark and the shop is in an alley and he stated he would wait for me to put my keys in drop box and fill out envelope. He made sure I was safe in the car before he left the site. I put his card right in my purse because if I ever need towing services again Graff towing will be the one.
My son hydroplaned and hit a guard rail. The car was totaled. Thank God my son walked away. By the time my son called and I got there, Mike was already there loading the car up. His timely and professional response was appreciated. It was one thing I didn’t need to think about. I met him at his business and he was so helpful with us getting everything out of the car. His experience dealing with these types of issues was very important, since I had never been in this type of situation. He guided us through this difficult time. I am so thankful for his kindness and professional support!
