Walked in - I’m the only person in store. 2 females working, neither greeted me. Shopped around, went up to the counter to ask a question and the woman on the ladder looked at me but did not say anything, the one standing on the floor had headphones in her ears and with her back facing me responded to my first question and didn’t turn to face me until the end of the conversation. Her tone was unapproachable. I understand everyone has a job to do, but at the bare minimum I would expect someone to greet me when I walk into a store they’re working at and at least face me when I’m inquiring with them. I decided not to purchase anything from this store and will not be going back to this store. If I didn’t already prefer OReillys, I do now.

The lady was so rude and not one guy stood up and said I’ll change the bulb for you. But you will change wiper blades. I’ve never had any issues with getting my light bulb changed at advanced but the natrona heights lost a sale and I won’t be back.. why sale me one if I can’t put it in? Rude

Visited the website looking for UV dye. Called the store before visiting to make sure the item was in stock. The sales representative had it at the counter for me when I arrived.

I visited this location to get a new windshield wiper for the passenger side of my vehicle. I was greated by Jordan. He got me what I needed and efficiently installed BOTH of them for me with a positive attitude! Great job Jordan! Thanks again!

Love this place..replaced the windshield wipers within 15 minutes...

Bought some blinker fluid, I mean steering fluid...in and out in 3 minutes, clerk got me what I needed for me too.

The employee was very helpful and nice he checked our battery and discovered that it was old and ready to be replaced so he installed a new battery for us good experience.

Ordered online , everything was right and promptly picked and ready for pick up

Always had a nice experience here, never had any issues with them and thier customer service is great! They are always willing to help you find something and put that something on your car! Always nice to come over there if we need something urgently or something for a nice car ride in the future. (Somethings are expensive but worth it!)

It's the auto parts store they either have it or they don't and they can get it the next day

They were unable to put my bulbs in correctly and was told something else was wrong. Turns out, one bulb was not put back in which in turn made the whole light out. Once bulbs all replaced, light is on.

They had everything I needed and knew where it was. I was in and out in 5 minutes. What's not cool about that?

Went in for a 10 dollar air filter, staff tried to convince me I needed an activated charcoal filter for 80 bucks. They are not above trying to take advantage of someone who wouldn't know better.

Salesman helped me find a substitute part I could use for a quick fix., to get me by another month until I could go to you pull it and get the correct part !! HE ALSO showed me how to put it on. told me what fluids I needed to cure my leaking steering pump and it worked immediately saving me a trip to the mechanic

Always a smooth operation, from online to in store... And they work with you very well, not against you as many franchise operations tend to.
