Great Customer Service. I needed a headlight installed in my Nissan Rogue and the employee “CY” was absolutely wonderful. I am handicapped and have a hard time getting around. He was wonderful and patient and kind came out to my car to find what I needed and installed it.
I went into the Natrona Heights store today to have a couple truck brake rotors turned and was immediately confronted with a smart mouth employee with an attitude calling another store employee a jerk . The rotors had mild rust pits that shouldn't be a problem to remove . I hung around town for an hour . When I came back one of the rotors still had some pretty substantial pits that would wear the pads so I asked him if he could take a little more off and he immediately looked very angry and rushed off into the back with the rotor and told me to come with him . He was so angry he was banging everything onto the machine so hard that a large steel nut for the machines threads flew into the air and landed at my feet . I have never had a bad experience in this store with any of the other guys . This guy has a very short fuse and should be limited to just sweeping the floors or fired .
Did a battery change on site. Both gentleman are truly knowledgeable about their work. Both were anxious to assist me and I was done in under fifteen minutes. That’s the purchase and the replacement of the battery.
I went for new wiper blades, Dan was amazing. He looked what blades I needed and came out to install them. It was snowing and very cold, but he was more then happy to do it. The wiper on the back gave him some issues and the arm broke off. Without hesitation, he said he would order me a new one. He even came to my house to install it. I can't thank him enough. Now that's what you call great customer service.
Walked in at 330 pm with no other customers in the store. Three employees at the counter, not one of them could find the time to greet me or ask if I needed help finding anything. I walked out and will never return
A big thanks to Will today. He helped diagnose my check engine light and figured out it was a low key fob battery.. He changed the battery for me and quickly got me back on the road. Appreciate it.
Will and Denise helped me with my battery change. They were both very friendly, very easy to work with and they did the job quickly and with a smile. The entire crew were friendly and helped me with my purchase and install. Kudos to them - they plugged a jump starter into my car so I didn't lose any programming when the battery was disconnected. This is my new favorite auto parts store!
I love this location and all the guys who work there. They give you 100% of their time and attention and assist each customer with everything they need.
Topnotch service with great service. They even replace parts such as windshield wipers and batteries. Modestly priced willing to do returns with recipe.
O'Reilly's is better than most of the other auto parts dealerships, they have more stock, or they get it faster same day. Pricing is competitive and the staff are all helpful. The rewards program is pretty good and overall about a 4.5 on a 5 scale.
Came in with a fuse (which upon google search the fuse crossed with a car audio fuse) and the guy leaned in the counter and asked me what it was for and I said a microwave and he immediately laughed and told me to try a hardware store without even attempting to look. I left. If that is the kind of service I am going to get when there are no other customers in the store then I will take my business to the hardware store. I worked at an auto parts store for over 5 years in the past and it is your job to try your best to help the customer find what they need not just laugh and assume it is not available because you are too lazy to even look.
My battery light came on and I knew it was the alternator so I called and headed right over. My truck ended up dying in the parking lot. I got my part and did it right there. Andy was so friendly and helpful. He jumped my truck when it started to pour so I could put up my windows, he double checked the alternator for me to make sure that’s what it was and lent me some extra tools I didn’t have. This will be my go-to place in the future. Thanks for all your help Andy!!
The service and the assistance was fantastic ! Being a paralyzed veteran the employees went above and beyond to assist me in locating parts and getting my vehicle back on the road.
I enjoy going here for parts . I like dealing with Joe and Karen during the daylight hours and Troy at nightime is the only one I like to deal with great prizes .
Other then a few employees who when I went to them and got the wrong item and had to come back for the right one the prices are fair mostly friendly service troy has always provided me with the most exalent service it is my go to place for parts
Great service - so far the replacement parts have done well, in a number of various vehicles. If Troy is working ask for him (counter person) this guy knows his auto parts and repairs - he can advise you on anything from trailer replacement bearings to sway bar end links.
The place is new so it's obviously clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Their loaner tools are also of high quality. I choose to go here any time I need to take care of my car.
