Darrell was awesome super customer service and the other lady which I didn't catch her name but he stop what he was doing for closing and came and helped us out with batteries ? made sure they were the right ones kind professional and friend even at the end of the day ! Can't thank them enough ! Palmyra Pa store should take lessons on professionalism and courtesy

I had a recent issue with a purchase I had made at this store in Lebanon, PA, and Chris and the staff were courteous, respectful, and, above all, helpful in remedying the situation beyond my expectations. Their superlative customer service is a rarity these days, but the concern, understanding, and care they provided has absolutely made me a return customer to this establishment. They should be commended, and I truly thank them for the service they provided that made a complicated situation be resolved easily and efficiently.

Daryl was amazing! My wiper blade broke off, and Daryl helped me to figure out which one to buy, and even walked out to my car to help me install it! Greatly appreciated!

I had a terrible experience at AutoZone this morning, Monday, November 24, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., when I had a short window to get a battery. As I walked in and waited a few seconds for the AutoZone employee to finish what she was doing and notice me, I politely said, "I need my battery tested. I want to make sure it's just the battery and not the alternator." She jumped up, visibly agitated, and yelled something to the back of the store, implying she hadn't finished her task. She grabbed the battery tester and stormed out the front door. Outside, she barked at me to turn the engine off. I replied, "My battery isn't holding a charge. If I turn it off, do you have something that can jump-start it?" Whatever she said was so rude, and her attitude was so terrible that I just looked at her and said, "Never mind, I'll just go somewhere else." Without hesitation, she immediately turned around and went back into the store. Whatever was going on in her life was sad, and I prayed for her; however, I've never had such a terrible experience trying to buy a battery. I don't recommend and will never shop at AutoZone again.

No complaints at all, the team of this AutoZone always got me, specially Darryl who always pet attention to all the details and get the work done on my car when is needed. I been coming to this AutoZone all the time I had in Pennsylvania and they never fail me once.

Daryl, at AutoZone... So helpful and courteous. Checked my car so I could buy the right parts, did the purchase, and got me back on the road right in five minutes. Very nice man! Helpful, not demeaning of my female ignorance.

Excellent Customer Service from every one of the staff I dealt with this past week. So very helpful in testing my dead battery, and putting in a new one, as well as connecting me with a local mechanic who was able to fix my alternator the following day when all the rest I called were all booked up for three weeks out.

I only come to this store when Frank is in, he is by far the best associate I have dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to help, he always makes the visit fun, while making sure I have all the things I need!

FRANK is the best, always makes me laugh when I come to the store and I appreciate all his knowledge and help.. he has A+ customer service and is a great asset to West end Lebanon store!

Extremely nice experience here. They helped me sort out a return issue on their system, without a hitch. Plenty of stock and I was able to pick up some other tools I needed. I will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Went to buy a battery. Frank was standing outside and asked me and my husband if he could help us and I said we're here to buy a battery, without hesitation he said I can help you with that. He was very attentative, installed the battery and made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend him helping anyone. Thank you Frank for making us laugh out loud!!!

Gotta love a store that sells car parts; only.. I've had good experiences with both, the east and west end, autozones.and on average if one doesn't have the part I'm looking for the other does... bought parts via their online service, to be picked up at the store. I accidently orders some of the parts incorrectly. Upon my realizing this, i returned those specific parts, and the employee i dealt with made it very easy to do so. The only issue i had with this process was that though they took my return, i only received the money back days later. Which meant i had to pay for the parts i actually needed outta pocket. I think this is something that Autozone could work on.

Great service!! Daryl Moyer tested my battery and diagnosed that my starter was bad. He even referred me to several local mechanics that could do the repair. Since I’m visiting Lebanon Pa I really appreciated all the help. Thank you Daryl!

I was just at AutoZone number 1879 and the Man Theodore was the store manager I asked him for new windshield wipers and he got them and put them on for me he was so kind everybody in that store it's just so kind I recommend if you need help or anything for your car go to AutoZone 1879.

This AutoZone is the best!! The guys working there are great!!! Especially Frank he is so helpful and knowledgeable... He makes coming to this store a fun experience... Always willing to help out...

I walked in with 10 gallons of waste oil only to have the counter clerk tell me they have a 5 gallon a day limit, seriously? I’ve been purchasing from same store for 15 years. I told him i’ll take my money elsewhere then. No difference in dropping 5 gallons one night and another 5 the next morning, except for wasting my time! Congrats on losing a customer for a ridiculous “rule”. Advanced Auto happily took my oil and my money tonight.

Was helped by Zack at the West Cumberland location. He was incredible. Helped us out to even change out our headlights. Very good and polite. My new favorite location due to his customer service

On last visit here I needed a clear acrylic lacquer and they had a pretty good selection I was a bit dismayed by the prices but that is the same anywhere you go these days

The folks who work here are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and call me by name, if I'm not sure about something they go the extra mile to make sure I have all the answers and know how to do what ever auto project I'm working on, and they give me my VETERANS DISCOUNT. THANKS GANG I APPRECIATE ALL YOUR HELP.

Had car starting issue on Saturday afternoon. Jumped battery, drove here, Trish guided me to the best battery for my car, and Jason installed it in less than 10 minutes. Was in & out with a new battery in 15 minutes. Would’ve not imagined it would be so fast & easy. Trish & Jason were so helpful and great to deal with. Customer Service! Highly recommend them and this store.

I like going here because it is close to my house. And also if I need something that day they normally have it in stock. Most people don't know that depending on the item there is a core charge and you can take back your old item and get some of your money back which in my opinion is great. But some items are better to be bought online

Good if you know what you want. The staff, questionable. Sold me a 1/2 in spark plugs socket with a 3/8 in extension, was very frustrated when I had my ignition coils out and could not get to the spark plugs because of incompatible extension and spark plugs socket.

Thanks for saying hi as customers walk in but.... I stood in line for 15 mins behind 1 other person. 1 salesman (I'm assuming you were the manager talking to Pitts about giving them a deal and price matching). Another customer walked in and waited. He left without being helped. Another salesperson came out to answer a phone but no words to the those of us standing in line. Set my stuff on the counter and left. Customer service is lacking. This location was convenient but I'll take my business elsewhere (Advance, NAPA). I understand that people are on break but staff the counters appropriately. Watched you lose at least 3 sales in a the 25 mins I spent in the store.
