Took my truck in for an oil change. They ended up catching a seized rear calipers on both sides! We were towing a travel trailer so this was a great find. They sent pictures and kept me updated the entire time. They were able to (luckily for us) get us in quick before we left town again. Appreciated the good communication and quick repair.
These guys are top notch! After waiting for weeks at Landrover to tell me they couldn’t put the tires on that I wanted, these guys got it done same day ahead of schedule. Customer service was excellent. I dealt with Harvey and Ryan and they were both great guys. Highly recommend this place for anything you need done. I will be servicing my vehicle here for now on.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Iron Valley Customs for years, but after my most recent experience, I’ll never be back. Honestly, I’m shocked by how entitled and arrogant Andy, the owner, and his son have become. The service here has gone from bad to absolutely ridiculous.
Let’s start with the white wall tires I picked up. They were filthy—covered in handprints on the white walls. When I pointed it out to Andy, he was quick to deny that his son could have possibly messed up. Despite the fact that I have proof—pictures showing the dirt and handprints—Andy went full-on defensive, claiming his son is beyond reproach. He questioned my expertise and knowledge of tire mounting, despite me being a technician with years of experience. He clearly didn’t care about fixing the issue or admitting there was a problem; he just wanted to cover up his son’s mess and make excuses.
But it gets worse. Andy then decided to make this personal. He started whining about how he’d heard “personal things”about me from outside sources and how that had somehow changed his opinion of me. Seriously? This is a business, not a middle school gossip session. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor job done on my tires, Andy was more concerned with spreading rumors and trying to attack my character. I’ve never been so insulted by a business owner in my life. He’s so wrapped up in drama that he can’t focus on doing his job.
Then, Andy had the nerve to complain that he’d “bent over backwards” for me and my “folk.” Really? He did his job, and he did it badly. That’s it. There’s no bending over backwards involved, and there’s certainly no need for him to act like he’s doing me a favor. The fact that he felt the need to make excuses for his terrible service is beyond me.
Iron Valley Customs used to be a place I trusted, but after dealing with Andy and his son, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re unprofessional, rude, and more concerned with their egos and personal drama than actually providing good service. If you’re looking for a business that knows how to treat its customers and doesn’t make excuses, stay far away from Iron Valley Customs. They clearly don’t value their loyal customers. I know I won’t be back.

This shop took care of me, was fair from start to finish and came in way below what I was expecting to pay but that's really only the bare bones. This shop is a true gem because they truly care about the work that they do. How do I know? Well, I took my 64 Buick to them for an oil change as it sits a little too low for me to be able to do it with the ramps I have and not only did they not balk at working on a classic... they went out of their way to research what kind of oil would be correct for it and even went by the original shop manual to complete the service! That's a dedication to their craft that you just won't find at most shops and it's certainly ensured that when I come up against a service I don't feel comfortable with doing myself, they are the only ones who will get the business. They were very professional and helpful with wat I wanted to do with my Jeep. They also gave me options and let me choose. Really satisfied and happy with their work. I was very pleased with the work that they did on my 2006 GMC Sierra pickup. It is a two wheel drive pickup he put a 3" lift on it. I had no idea what it was going to look like, when I saw it I was very pleased with how it looked. They did an awesome job on it. I would recommend Andy to anyone who wants to have their vehicle lifted.

What a great shop. We broke down and being from out of town, asked a couple of locals a good place to have the truck towed to.

I went in to get a 3 inch lift kit installed with 33 inch wheels. They got to it and finished way earlier then i expected while also finding out my lower controls were seized and having to order them for me. Fantastic work, quality, and speed!! 11 outta 10
So I have a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder. Not a normal vehicle that people customize. I called around and did a bunch of research because i wanted to get a lift kit installed. Andy and his team were the only ones willing to help me tackle the job. Andy took the time to build me a quote and even pick out what tires and wheels would looks best. My Nissan looks spectacular and i am totally pleased with the quality of work and customer service. Will definitely take future work to this shop.

Nobody can truly understand how happy I am right now. I hope I have enough room to type. I own a Cadillac Escalade that didn’t run correctly for the past few years. After taking it to multiple garages all of them threw parts at it and no one could seem to solve the problem. After one discussion with Shannon and Andy they pretty much told me it was a problem with displacement on demand. They had the truck for about a week and replaced the engine parts that GM won’t admit are problematic. The truck is running better than ever, so good that my wife even mentioned how great it runs. Other garages gave me the only option of engine replacement and that cost was over $10,000! Iron valley off-road fixed my engine and after 1500 miles it’s running flawlessly! They saved me thousands!
