Noe and Paij were super easy to deal with. Gave me a deal that I wanted but in the end, I made an error and the truck just didn’t fit in my garage. If it wasn’t for that, i would have bought my truck from them. Not their fault. But I would recommend just from the ease of doing business.

My whole family has been Toyota owners for over 35 years. We always shopped at our local dealer but in the past 6 or so years they changed ownership and the customer experience has been very poor. We gave them one last chance and they all but told us they weren’t willing to find us what we wanted they were willing to sell us what they had - top of the line and price! So I went in search of a new dealer and found a home at Bennett Toyota. Our sales rep, Alex, was friendly, honest, and willing to talk options that would be within our budget. Even though we had to travel quite a bit farther, it was worth the time to work with a long established auto group that made us feel welcome and was eager for our business!

Great place with excellent service. I bought a used Toyota truck here and had a very positive experience. The sales team and management were great to work with. The financing process was straightforward and not pushy, and they offered good options for warranties and financing. Overall, it’s a great dealership and I’m very happy with the level of customer service I received. If you stop by, ask for Sam on the sales team, he’s a great guy and very easy to work with.
Everything done in a timely manner, but the air pressure in all tires was erratic 40- 55psi, and normally the vehicle gets washed after service, the personal where friendly and kind

Toyota Lebanon team, I went back-and-forth. If I should finance through my credit union or my own bank and markus which a lot of people don't do, literally came out, Showed me the buy rate promised to give it to me. Showed me the different tiers of credit. Walked me through credit and then some..I bought maintenance which I've never bought before.Marcus showed me the benefit of it and what he called the State Farm like bundle. And I quote, but that bundle already came into good use as I ran over a nail. And didn't even know that my tire was leaking Because of a cracked rim that tire, and wheel products that I got through bennett toyota, just saved me $800 dollars in return I got a new tire and a new rim.I only paid thirteen hundred dollars and some change for that package.Thank you so much, marcus and service!!

Amazing is all I have to say! Janielle was amazing to work with and was very personable. We were looking at a 2023 and brand new 2025 Rav4 XLE with about 10k price and 12k mileage difference. Instead of trying to sell us the newer car they provided us with both features on the vehicle which had all the bells and whistle we needed. Not once did we feel pressured into anything. They helped us from financing to getting the best rates for us. 10/10 would recommend this place!
Dodge Ram 3500 diesel pickup needed brake work and inspection. Scheduling was quick and easy, service department personnel were professional and courteous, and maintenance technicians were thorough. I trust that my vehicle is properly maintained. I have been working with these people for more than 10 years, even before it was Bennett Toyota, and I appreciate their military discount as well!

Everyone was FANTASTIC! Janielle Beishline was awesome! She worked with me and she helped me find a vehicle for my family. She was very knowledgeable about the Sienna van and answered all my questions and also went into detail to explain things to my wife. Run don’t walk to Bennett Toyota for your next vehicle. As always, professional and friendly service. Completed the work faster than scheduled. The service reminder sticker was actually placed where I prefer (instead of on my window) this time...and I was so happy this time that my seat wasn't so close to the dash that I got in and did not crack my leg on the dash this time! Sometimes, it is the little things and attention to detail that really earn that fifth star!

Just bought a 25 Toyota RAV 4. Janielle was an excellent salesperson. She listened to our needs and wants and took the time to show us many options. First off I live in Lancaster and this dealership is an hr drive and it’s completely worth it!! They made me feel comfortable and stress free I had no worries. I’ve been trying to give me wrong.
