Needed somethings checked on my car Very quick n helpful

So, I call... Them..."Can I put you on a brief hold?" Me...."Uh, no." And hang up 30 seconds later he me calls back. Himm..."What was that??" Me..."What are you talking about?" Him..."Can I put you on a brief hold?" Me..."No." Him..."Then don't be talking like that!!" Why would you call me back just to harass me when you're "busy"?? Fool needs to learn some manners and how to better customer service!!

Susan was absolutely amazing. She was SUPER helpful, polite and quick!

Stopped in today to recycle oil and pick up some odds and ends. Ray and Greg were great! They helped with the oil and were friendly and professional. This kind of service is import to me so they’ve won my business.

Stopped in on the morning of July 4th as I just had to jump my truck because of a dead battery. It was before opening time and I knocked on the window and a man named Greg came to the door. I ask if I could purchase a new battery when the store opened and he said yes and immediately took the make and model of my truck. As soon as they opened, I paid for my new battery as Greg had everything he needed to install the battery on a cart ready to go. He installed the new battery in a couple minutes and I was on my way! This is outstanding customer service which was greatly appreciated! A+++ service ?

Not the nicest advanced auto out there. Small place but yet always understaffed. They generally have what I need tho IF I go there.

I needed help with purchasing and putting oil in my car. I went in and Oscar assisted me. Not only did he show me what oil to purchase but came out to my car with me and showed me how to check my oil and add the oil to my vehicle. He then had to go back in to tend to some other customers but then came back out to see how it was going for me and to ensure I had added enough oil. Oscar and his team went above and beyond my expectations. This location will now be my go to spot!

Can tell new manager is in charge. Store is cleaner, more organized and much friendlier staff! Great job!

Great place to buy small repair parts for ur car. I often buy online and pickup later here.

Sign on the door says open at 730a on Monday. Online says open at 730a on Monday. It's 830am, Monday, doors are locked and nobody is answering the phone.

Just needed some windshield washer fluid. It's right inside the door of the business. Very nice quick in and quick out.

Store hours vary week by week due to being short staffed. Highly underperforming compared to the other local locations and the employees they do currently have are not very helpful or energetic.

Always closed. Came two times in a row around 7 pm. The door says close at 9 pm. Post your correct hours

Wasted 6 hours of my Saturday saying a battery was good.Went to a mechanic who said it was DEFINITELY bad.Called customer service,DM or GM was supposed to call me back within 24 hours,still waiting...............

I witness them turning away a handicapped man who needed help with a headlight. Then once the handicapped man left they started making fun of him and making comments. This place is garbage…

The gentlemen at this store were helpful, but I didn't see anyone for a good 15 minutes of being in the store. I just kind of walked around until I was ready to check out. Once I checked out, they person helping me was kind, but it just took them awhile to come out.

Super helpful and very knowledgeable staff . Had me in and out quickly with all I needed when I didn't have a clue. Great guys.

Employees were extremely helpful and quick at finding exactly what I needed, even pointing me towards the best product for its price.

Friendly helpful staff. Needed a part and was a little pricey in store. Told me how to order online to save an extra 25% which was a huge help.

The Gentlemen that served me ,was very helpful ,kind and friendly . And he was very knowledgeable about the part I needed on my vehicle .I will be back ,for more automotive accessories that I need on my car .

Guys are always helpful and patient...let me borrow some tools to take my air filter off and replace it there in the parking lot :)

The associates at the store really seemed like they tried their best to help me out. The company, however, doesn't seem to care about their staff. They are not given updated equipment or sale systems.

Average Advance Auto Parts. They were helpful in finding the parts I needed. They also have a decent selection of everyday items, like windshield washer fluid. Their prices can be a little higher than online, but the convenience of getting a part the same day is worthwhile.
