This guy did me wrong and lied about the vin on a car that I Purchased And that he lied about the Vin number on the car that gave the person that sold me the car and he did the transfer and never put the paperwork in for a title for the car and then lied to me and gave me a stolen car and that and that he didn't omit that he messed up. On win number and hesitated one. He wrote down a win number on the car on the paper on pink Slip and denied that he had nothing to do with it any did and I know appreciate. And i'm calling pin dot on him and getting him in trouble
Great guy. Very honest. We have bought 4 cars from Randy over the years and all of them have been awesome. I would definitely recommend. You won't be sorry.
I bought a car off Randy and he was barely inside of his shop he would always be somewhere else. He also would barely answer my calls when I needed him for something with the car... that had (warranty) and it seemed like he was sluggish and he didn’t want to help. Honestly it’s not worth buying a car from him or getting serviced by him because you will waste your time.
T.O.T.A.L. R.I.P.O.F.F.- Thinking we would support a small business who looked like they would have a really good Minivan, we have been totally burnt.
1-DVD player does not work after he claims it works fine
2-were told it has basically new breaks, then we had to replace the left front break after a couple months. We then had to replace the replacement breaks a couple months later.
3-Power steering went out 1 month after purchase
4-Electronic issues with the breaking system
5-Check engine light malfunctions and randomly turna on, which caused a ton of confusion when it came time for inspection
6-heating system randomly cuts out on passenger side
7-Radiator went out while in another state
8-"spider hose assembly" went out a week after the radiator
This is all within 12 months people. We tried calling and leaving a message to see if he would do any of the work on it out of courtesy, but he never returned our call. I hate being "that guy" who posts a diatribe on a review, but this purchase has killed us.
Randy went over and beyond when going over the vehicle i was buying, he had just gotten it in when i decided to buy it. He found a few problems and fixed them immediately with no questions asked. Definitely honest and a painless process.
I came down from Maryland to purchase a truck from Randy's, the truck was exactly as described.
He gave me a VERY fair trade in on my Chevy Colorado and I drove off in my new truck very excited! Honest guy with fair negotiation. In and out in a jiffy!
