Wanted to thank NAPA Gettysburg for going above and beyond for me last week. Stopped in looking for a fuel pump for a box truck, unfortunately box trucks can be modified after they leave the factory. Mine was and the fuel pump the computer called for wasn’t correct. Thankfully Rich and Jim started researching and after examining my old pump were able to find the exact replacement for me. Years of experience right there and it showed. Highly recommended them for all your parts needs.
It was my first time shopping here for auto parts and I was able to order the parts I need.
What impressed me most was that NAPA still carry auto parts reference books unlike other auto parts stores which reply solely on their computers and the parts were around $20 less compared to leading competitors.
I thought that NAPA would call once the parts were delivered to the store but it appears I have to call and see if the parts arrived.
the owner of this napa brad is running his dead fathers business into the ground by running off lifelong customers that have supported them and spent thousands over the years over a 10 dollar deal he tried to rip me off on charging me extra shipping on something and got mad when i returned it and told me not to come back, i figured he was just having a bad day so i blew it off continued to shop there and went to warranty a 19 dollar screwdriver and was told a lie that the screwdriver was discontiniued, he promotes his employees to lie to customers as well, not the first time ive caught them lying. then when i asked to talk to him he told me that he wasnt warranting it cause his panties where still bunched from the 10 dollar deal years ago, this child has alot of growing up to do, hes just mad that advanced and autozone are taking all his business and unprofessionally taking it out on customers, im sure his dead father is turning over in his grave with embarassment of how much of a lil crybaby his whiny son is being. some day he will grow up. i wouldnt buy squat from the loser because he is an ballbaby thats full of himself and disgracing his family and doesnt deserve your hard earned money, go give it to advanced or autozone they will warranty stuff when it breaks and not cry about it like a lil girl, have a great day bradly you crybaby
