Great shop, very helpful in our time of need. Passing through the area on a North/South roadtrip, our vintage truck developed a problem. Called around 20 local places, and most couldn’t have been less helpful -but these guys were happy to take a look. They won our confidence and we left the truck for a carburetor conversion. Picked it up a couple of weeks later, as agreed, and now the truck is better than ever before. Very trustworthy and professional business.

Nothing but praise for the service I received here. I trust this place and will be returning for any future work needed. Were they cheap? Nope. But the pricing was reasonable for this area. When you factor in the quality of their work it was well worth it. Great experience from start to finish.

I needed an enhanced inspection on a custom motorcycle. The staff was absolutely awesome! They were very helpful, answering questions, making the process as painless as possible.

They did a good job doing a pendot enhanced inspection so I could get a title to my built from scratch rat truck a few years ago. They went the extra mile due to the frustrating pendot stupidity. I would recommend them

Just a terrible and expensive experience for a routine job. Attention to detail was zero. Cannot recommend

Honestly I have some inspections and different things done on a vehicle there probably eight years ago so I live in what 2012 or something no 2013 I remember that they took care of care of everything really well but I couldn't tell you any one's name or anything like that. They knew what they were doing have a lot of parts for vintage vehicles interior pieces exterior pieces know and they're on their sales floor and seemed like a good shop

They grossly overcharged me for their hours of labor. Everyone knows how long simple jobs take. They will not tell you how long it actually took to do a simple compression check for instance, it’s a secret. Why are they so secret? They kept my car for 26 DAYS and they never called me once. Then, I got a bill before the job was completed. They said: we bill every two weeks, didn’t you review our policy? The job should have taken a day at most and I had scheduled it months out. I was charged almost 20 hours of labor for a 5 hour job. They said they had to go get a distributor cap. Where’d they go, China? When I questioned the billing, they told me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it, so I did...it was easy. They got very defensive and angry with me and I just had to listen to their tantrum so I could just get my car back. Notice all their reviews are five stars. Ever wonder why? Seldom trust perfect scores, they could be family and friends and they are. Watch your six and don’t sign their shop policy.

They couldn't help my car, but I really appreciate their honesty. Reality is a bitter pill, but at least I didn't waste my money.

Friendly owner & staff gave me a tour of his projects when I showed up unannounced without an appointment! Well worth the time to see.

I drove 2 hours (one way) to this shop because none of the shops near me were able/willing to install my aftermarket GPS speedometer from Speedhut for my '99 Crown Vic. I emailed them a link to the instructions prior to talking with them on the phone. The shop was very organized and from it was clear from the vehicles in their shop that they took great pride in their work (some of which have been in numerous hot rod publications). John was very hospitable and we chatted about how his shop grew and evolved over the years. Will and Roy did an awesome job, and I could ask for a better installation at an incredibly reasonable price. (Find people who know what they are doing, and you won't be charged an arm and a leg for shoddy work). I am writing this in-depth review, because coming from California, GOOD shops are hard to find that do good work at good prices. Despite the long drive, I am glad I found this gem. This is a business run by ethical people, and I will likely be bringing my '95 Corvette here in the future. (Corvette shops near VA/MD don't seem very good and grossly overcharge.) It's better to find a good mechanic/enthusiast, because a good mechanic will be able to work on any car, period. They specialize in vintage vehicles, however I wouldn't hesitate to call them up to see if you have an "in-and-out" job that you need done for any vehicle, vintage or otherwise.
