Road Rangers came to our rescue tonight after hours to pull our Uhaul out of a ditch. They were dispatched promptly upon our call for help and were extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend Road Ranger’s to anyone!

Our son lives in town and needed his car towed for service. After waiting many hours for AAA (who couldn't seem to find a tow truck) we called Road Ranger. They were there in under 30 minutes - efficient and professional. Thank you!

DO NOT USE!! I made contact with this company last night to tow my truck from route 15 to a shop in Williamsport, Maryland. Once the truck was hooked, The driver surprised me by demanding a credit card to pay the bill prior to leaving. Although, very hesitant in doing so, I paid ahead of time; just to get the sticker shock of a lifetime; they UP charged me. Total cost of $535 ($175 to hook up and $360 for 44 miles.) On the phone, I was told it would be roughly $80-120 to hook up and 2-3 dollars a mile. obviously, those numbers were more than doubled on site. (I even had a running vehicle that, I moved a quarter mile down the road to help the tow truck driver hook up; from the rear per his request.) I called the tow company again this morning to reiterate the information and now all of a sudden the lady upfront can’t give me any details and can’t tell me any numbers. In the end, these guys charged me $175 to hook up my 3/4 ton truck on a wheel lift unit charging $8.18 a mile! Ive had vehicles towed before, I do know there’s a hook up fee and a per mile fee and every company are to disclose those numbers to you when asked, so you can search for the best service possible for yourself and as a veteran, I tend to do just that. I’m not sure why they hiked the price up on me. And I refused to pay $175 drop fee when I found out they were doing me wrong. Obviously, these people are doing their customers wrong and taking advantage when they can.

Was seeking a tow service in this unfortunate situation & was unsure who to call for a great service, and surely my expectations were all met with them. The whole experience with them was in a timely manner, responsive, and helpful with the situation. Highly recommend them for tow service when you're in an unfortunate situation.

On Friday I was on the interstate between Lakeland and heading towards plant City when my tire went flat. I called AAA car plus they promised they would be there in fifteen minutes when road ranger showed up within twenty minutes my tire was changed and I was on my way. He wouldn't take any money and treated me with respect. Thank you good job and I thanked God for you. 77 year old grandma

This location was actually sold by Road Rangers to C.O.R.E. Automotive. The entire facility; Parts, Sales, and Service. They deliver Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles and Expert Service. "Sales, Service, Tires, Accessories" and Marc, the owner, is well spoken, not pushy, and a real professional.

I highly recommend these folks. They've helped us 3 times now over past 5 years, from rescuing a niece who's car broke down on Rt 15 as she passed by Gburg a few years ago, and my wife and I on 2 different occasions of unanticipated dead batteries. They're quick to respond even during off hours, efficient, and professional. A number worth keeping handy (and if you have full ins coverage on your car, their services is typically reimbursable to you). Thanks, JR!

Wish I would have called sooner! After waiting on AAA for over 4 hours, I ditched any benefits (which would be none) and called road rangers. My car was safely picked up and delivered within the hour to a repair shop. Very courteous and helpful! Needless to say I would NEVER recommend AAA to anyone. Thank you road rangers!!!!

This towing company is AWESOME!! They are quick to come out, and their prices are extremely reasonable. So I was out late at night in Pennsylvania, and it was super cold..like 27° n I went to back into a driveway to turn around . I didn't see the driveway was a lil bridge and when I swung my car back my front drivers wheel ended up hanging off bridge n I was stuck..like really STUCK!. I called my insurance company Geico, and they told me 2 hour wait. Seriously, 2 hours!? It was around 11:30 pm, freezing out n myself, my wife and our dog were standing outside the car because I was afraid to wobble the car into the ditch that was there. So I called a few towing companies, and everyone was at least an hour wait. I came across Road Rangers Towing & Recovery on Google and called them. They were there in less than 25 mins. .which was awesome! The tow truck driver JR, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable concerning how to get my car unstuck. Unfortunately, the way I had it stuck, he couldn't just pull it forward, or the back tire would have dropped off as well. My car was in a very tricky predicament. JR, hooked up front tire to wench, told me to get in driver seat and do what he says. Jr literally guided me on Turing steering wheel , pulling up, n back, until the car was on solid ground. No damage on my car thanks to JR and his expertise..not even a scratch! For this, I was very grateful considering my car is a brand new 2023 Kia K5, and my wife would've killed me if I got even a ding on it, lol. Not only that but the cost was very reasonable and definitely worth it! Thanks JR, for not only, being so friendly, n not making me feel stupid for getting stuck in 1st place lol, but also having the expertise n know how, that got my car free and on solid ground!

They over charged to tow my car 2.7 miles they should tell people how much it's going to cost before hand not wait until you get a text saying how much it is. 149.00 dollar's is to much money. I had my car towed from York to Harrisburg and it only cost me 95.00 dollar's something is wrong with this picture.

My car broke down in Fairfield, PA and I needed to tow it. I called several places included triple A , with no luck. I called Road rangers in Gettysburg and they answered right away and were able to come and help me out within 30 minutes of the call. Very polite and fast. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends! Thank you so much for everything.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday at the laundromat. They were called by my insurance company to change my tire and said they would be there in 60-90 minutes. Well, 2 and a half hours later we called to see what was taking so long. No answer. So the insurance company called. No answer. We waited another hour thinking they were just real busy. Giving them some slack. Still no show, no answer. So they called someone else and they were there in 15 minutes. So I sat in a parking lot for 4 hours because this place doesn't have any respect for their customers. I would give negative stars if I could. Never call this place. EVER! There's another company that they usually call but he was busy but he worked at sin anyway and after the call he was there in 15 minutes and every other time we've ever called AAA through our insurance company they're johnny-on-the-spot these guys dropped the ball big time!

This company was a blessing to me tonight. My Nissan Rouge gave out on me after a long day of work and me living 1hr and 20mins away from this guy name JR was on his way to sleep and received the call about my vehicle and was nice enough to get back out the bed to come and service me. I have been on the side of the road since 11:15 god bless his soul and he is so welcoming understanding and professional. They need businesses out here like this tow truck business. Phenomenal is what I may call it cause he nice and I’m forever grateful for his help

JR from Road Rangers was fantastic. Broke down in 100 degree heat in Gettysburg National Park and JR spent an hour or so trying to diagnose the problem. Got our car going but were not able to pull our camper. The next morning he towed our camper all of 50 miles back to our home safe and sound. Very professional and knowledgeable service. 👍

What a life saver. I HIGHLY recommend this company .They came quickly for it being at 7 am and had us on our way in a flash. Very professional and very nice guy. I had to call back a few hours later because my car wouldn't start again and he was going to come right back out, my neighbor had jumper cables so i cancelled with road rangers and he was so nice about it. Definitely use this company if you're broken down.

When Mike's towing had an appointment scheduled with me days in advance and failed to show up without any kind of notification not to mention how Michelle laughed at me when I told her I was waiting for over 30 minutes, i called Road Ranger's Towing. They asked me a couple of questions and were there within minutes, literally. They charged me less than Mike's towing. Competitive prices and great customer service. I would recommend to anyone needing a tow!

My timing belt snapped while I was on Route 15. I wasn't too happy with the situation or the location of where it happened, but I called Road Rangers and they were there in 20 minutes with a rollback. Excellent service. The driver was timely in arriving and in getting me to the repair shop. Good conversation with the driver. Put me a little at ease considering I was stressed out!

I absolutely hate having car problems! I get anxiety about not knowing what's wrong & how much its gonna cost me. I was halfway home from york & my car died! It was late and I called Road Rangers. He was there quick which was nice cuz it was dark & I was on the side of the road. JR towed me to Road Rangers & the next day and Luke, the new mechanic, fixed my car. I must say that Road Rangers made my experience smoothe...and the price was very reasonable! Thanks guys! U have a fan in me!

Road rangers rescued me when my car wouldn't start at a convenience store in Gettysburg. The tow truck driver was so nice and helpful, so I could be reimbursed by my insurance company for the tow fee. I would recommend this company any time you need towing service in and around Gettysburg. Five stars from me!

Long story so get ready! Went to NY to see family for Thanksgiving 2018, left the Tuesday after to ensure we were home by that Wednesday for work. While we were passing through Gettysburg to get to Fredericksburg, VA my radiator began leaking due to a rock going through it... called Geico and they put me in contact with Road Rangers to get my car towed. I was very weary but I can tell you that these people were MORE than amazing. The owner towed our car quickly to get us off of the side of the road and kept our minds from sinking with upbeat conversation. We get to the shop and the first face we see is Mrs. Lisa who was so sweet and kind! She was so hospitable in every way offering us everything she could to lighten things up. When we walked in this family owned shop we definitely felt like family from the very beginning! They worked hard to get us fixed up and back on the road! They worked with Geico to have our car looked at and even ordered us pizza before we left! The mechanic who worked on our car did an amazing job and even stayed late to get us back up and running. To give this place 5 stars is an understatement! Thank you road rangers for helping us along the way! From: A couple and their dog ❤️

Pretty quick to respond. Took 30 seconds to unlock my car door. Then had the audacity to charge $95. Got home the next day and called other company's in the area just to get a gauge of how much they would charge and the next closest one was only $50.
