Their tow truck driver lied to me and took advantage of me after a crash. They refused to let me retrieve my belongings from the car and refuse to let me retrieve these items. This is an illegal act on their part. During phone calls following the driver screamed at both me and my mother over separate phone calls. This company is run by angry people who just want to squeeze every dollar they can out of your bad situation.
One star is too much. They charged me 6500 to put a floor in my car. It was one of two panels. I was told 5000 for the whole project. They had no pictures of the work , they struggled to justify the cost. No itemized list of work. Very shady people to work with. The job was taken to Schaeffers auto restoration in Hagerstown. The car looks amazing. The prior repair had to be cut out and realigned due to poor installation and weak welds. Stay away from this business. How they ink out a living is by doing police tows and praying on unsuspecting patrons. Never again.
I got pulled over because of my registration. The officer for some reason decided to have my car in pounded. When I showed up a couple days later to see what I was looking at I found out it was almost $600. Due to the fact of me just emptying out my account to put my security deposit, etc. I was broke and didn’t get paid for another week. A few days later, I get a phone call from B&C asking what my plans were with my car. I explained what was going on at the moment and why I hadn’t been there to get it. Well the gentleman said if I made a payment, he would work with me. Never have I heard of someone doing that. Most people just want the money.
Excellent service. Came out to our location quickly. Helping us get one of our older community members back on the road and out of the heat. Greatly appreciate your company’s professionalisms and commitment to the community.
I have used these guys for numerous body repairs. Their quality is excellent. They happen to be certified by Nationwide insurance which is my insurance company. Always a seamless process. They even help with getting and returning a rental with Enterprise. I have always worked with Dave and he is great at communicating and helping me thru the process.
Stopped by here for an estimate on fixing a rust problem. Unfortunately it was worse than expected and they were honest enough to let us know they couldn't do it.
They tried to scam me for money and take my car they have awful customer services dave one of the workers or awful owners even cursed at my step mother not professional dont let them touch your car
I had to put a claim in for my fender due to a possible hit and run. They had great communication and the car looks as good as new! They have done previous work for me and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do a better job!

Brought our car to them to replace the windshield, it's been four weeks. FOUR. WEEKS. The original estimate (from them) was two weeks. Every time we call to see if it's done, we get told we have to wait yet another week.
I hit a deer and messed my car up pretty good! They had it finished in a little less then 2 weeks! They did an amazing job, my car looks brand new! I would highly recommend them to anybody!
Brought my truck in for rust repairs. It cost almost $3, 000. After only 3 months, the rust came back. Although they were willing to repair their mistake, but they refused to pay for a rental car. When I asked if they would provide a rental car, one of the owners told me that I was lucky he was even fixing it at all because they don't guarantee rust. So, I ended up having to pay 136.00 out of my own pocket. Poor customer service and poor workmanship. I would not recommend this company.
