Great to work with and I could tell they wanted to be precise and not over charge or find extra items to fix. They were straight forward and clear. Replaced my Nissan Armada fuel pump and did regular maintenance. Thay fixed the vehicle in a timely manner. I will go back if anything else in the futures is needed. I highly recommend them. Nice staff too!

Brock did excellent work. I really appreciate the clarity of communication, too. Before they started work they assessed my car and gave a detailed and accurate estimate. Their inspection is thorough, and when they see a possible issue they give information without any pressure, in fact they were very frank about what was immediately needed and what could wait a while.

I was so lucky that a friend referred me to Brock’s. I’m very pleased with the services. The staff are all kind, thoughtful, and helpful. They inspired confidence and trust. They saved me a lot of money as well.

Peace of Mind. I would say a 5, I initially thought the price was high, but this is my wife's car and I need peace of mind. I also appreciated the diagnosis upfront. That showed transparency and confidence that you stand behind your work. I liked the thoroughly going over the car letting us know what we need to take care of soon. Overall very satisfied. My 1992 Civic VX had an electrical issue and the team at Brock Automotive were able to solve what I couldn't figure out. Also gave me a rundown of other things that need to be taken care of. Extremely friendly staff, warm environment and all around good people. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

True professionals. I’ve had all types of service and repairs (mostly regular maintenance stuff) in the 6 months I’ve lived in Beaverton and Brock handled them all. Never felt they were suggesting unnecessary repairs. Prices were fair and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

My car went down the day before Thanksgiving (I know…) very unexpectedly. I called Brock Automotive up and they told me to bring it on over (tow it over of course). After a mishap with the parts shipper, I got my car back a week later. I absolutely recommend Brock Automotive

This is our go to mechanic now because of their stellar customer service and fair pricing! We had been going to Midas and the pricing compared to the work received kept getting worse. We heard about Brock through Discount Tire and a best friend. This is a well run business with transparent inspections and estimates no hidden costs!

Had some issues with my car I was looking to get fixed. Not only did Brock Automotive give me a price estimate on the services I asked about, they inspected my entire car from brakes to air filters to let me know what was good, what was okay, and what needed fixing. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and no hard sell to get anything done that I didn't want. Really appreciate that as I am on a limited budget.

Been using this garage for about 4 years now. Have always been very satisfied with their work and customer service. Today my issue was an apparently dead battery or electric issue, but they found it was just the battery cable connections needed cleaning and did not charge me anything, plus sent me back and forth with Uber to my apt on their dime. Super excellent customer service. They may be a bit more expensive, but I would rather pay a bit more for great customer service and honesty.

The team at Brock Automotive Import Service, went above and beyond. I was getting an oil change when they noticed a slow leak I was unaware of. They took the time to show it to me, explain the urgency, and gave me an honest recommendation on how to handle it. Their integrity and helpfulness are unmatched. It's great to find a mechanic you can truly trust.

I've been taking my cars to Brock Auto for 5 years now. They have a great scheduling system, it is convenient and predictable. Their reporting system is also top notch. They've always been honest, friendly, and easy to work with.

I brought my vehicle in for schedule D service. I was given a detailed explanation of services that were due and/or required with pricing and given the option to accept or reject any or all services. In my opinion, my vehicle was properly evaluated and pricing was in line with my expectations. They investigated a couple of issues and resolved them at no extra charge. My vehicle runs and performs noticeably better. I am very pleased with the service and the professionalism at Brock Automotive.

I absolutely recommend going to this shop. Although they have the words "Import Specialists" in their description, I've taken both my domestic Chevrolet car and Japanese Honda pickup truck into them and been completely satisfied. They're great at diagnosing and explaining any issue your vehicle is facing in a clear way. They are quite competitive in the price of service. And they have been able to see me very quickly when I've needed them. Super warm and friendly customer service. Five stars, Brock rocks!🤘👏

Coy and the entire staff are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, honest. They did a great job on my air condition/compresser. . I would write you guys a rating of five for your excellent servicing that was recently performed on my 2015 QX70 Infinity as everyjj on ne was straight up and downright friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest service with a smile.

Great & friendly service! Hands down a trustworthy place to go. I had my timing belt and water pump replaced on my GX470 with all the check ups. There’s a reason why they have great reviews. If I could give this establishment more than five stars I would. If you are looking for an ethical, family owned auto repair shop this is your place. My previous car was making a loud whining sound and we brought it in only to later find out it needed a full transmission replacement (an estimate of 3500 dollars). Brock auto went above and beyond to help make an extremely difficult situation far less stressful for us. We found a decent used car within the week and bought the pre-purchase inspection. The mechanics were extremely thorough and sent me a full detailed report of the car. This shop doesn’t cut any corners and now I have a safe, reliable vehicle. Mark even printed the paperwork for us and double checked that we filled it out correctly. We will be bringing all of our vehicles to Brock now because they took such good care of us during this vulnerable time. Thank you to everyone at Brock for helping our family.
