Battery died and needed a tow. Got to me as quickly as possible and the driver was extremely kind when giving my daughter and I a ride to Les Schwab.

Derelict grift operation. This guy clearly just wants his money, and has no regard for actually helping return vehicles to their rightful owners. Had to call the police to have my recovered stolen vehicle released to me - a waste of time for everyone involved. Unreasonable, unprofessional and rude.

[UPDATE] NOTHING WAS DONE TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION, NEVER GOT A CALL BACK, NEVER GOT ANY OF MY STUFF BACK, NEVER EVEN FIGURED OUT WHAT THEY DID WITH MY TRUCK! I had all my personal belongings out of the vehicle when the driver tells me I can put everything back in and get everything out at the yard where they are towing my truck. So I toss everything in the truck and give the driver the keys. He tells me "yeah for sure you can get your stuff at the yard, just call em up when you're going there" so after waiting on the side of 217 my ride shows up and I call about my stuff... They tell me $432 to get ANYTHING out of it. ( I had all my tools for work, nearly all of my clothes, my work boots, family pictures, credit slips for over $100, debit cards, bunch of important paperwork, SS Card, some jewelry, easily over 3k just in cordless tools and nailers) I didn't have the money and was planning on challenging the tow which I did and ultimately the judge ruled it was valid. I didn't have the lien. Paperwork yet but got it in the mail that day or I would have challenged the price they were charging me. Paperwork says $327 for the tow initially and $250 for current storage and $50 a day storage and total lien of $2396... If the tow was lets say 350+ 50x32=$1600+$350=$1950 so where did the other $450 come from? My girlfriend called the morning the truck was to be auctioned off and they told her it would be 2000 to get the truck, I show l up and they told me 2500, my paper said 2396... These guys are for sure up to some shady stuff On top of that I showed up at the time and place of auction that my lien paperwork said had to happen and even listed the ORS law. Only to be told by employees that they didn't even have to auction it and they could scrap it right then if they wanted. And basically that my lien paperwork was just the tell me I had until that time to pay that amount to get my vehicle. So needless to say I have made a complaint to the towing board, and I am also talking to attorneys to pursue any and all legal actions! I recommend it to anyone who has a similar experience with any tow company. They will continue to do whatever they want, tell people whatever they want and charge whatever they want unless people take the time and energy and deal with the hassle to do something about it!

I was shocked by the lack of professionalism from this company. My daughter was in a horrible car accident the night before and we called the next morning so we could gather her belongings from her totaled car. We were told we had to call an hour before we plan on coming, so I called at 3:30 and was told someone would meet us there at 4:45. Well 4:45 came and no one showed so we called and was told by Edwin that the driver was 10 mins out. We remained patient but finally called back at 5:00pm and was told, again, the driver is about 10 minutes out. The driver finally showed up at 5:25 (no apology was given for the amount of time we waited). We retrieved the registration from the car and provided that with my DL but was told because the registration was expired we couldn't take anything from the car. Yes, I did let my registration lapse which I completely own up to, but no other option was presented to us other than getting the registration updated. Now keep in mind, the car is TOTALLED and not drivable. I asked to speak to a manager and I tried to explain that in order to update registration I need DEQ and clearly with the car not being drivable that was not going to be possible. All we were asking was to retrieve my daughters school supplies from the car as well as a pair of her shoes. The manager stated it was "the law". So we left, and I called the DMV the next morning to see what my options are. The DMV confirmed that the information I was provided was NOT ACCURATE and there should be no reason they couldn't accept the registration to retrieve our personal belongings. It was suggested that we contact local law enforcement which we did. The Sheriff dpt agreed that we should be able to get our items out of the car and called them on our behalf and were told NO by Edwin and his team! In the meantime, I contacted the bank who holds title to see if I could get a copy to show the tow company that they hold the title and I am the owner/payer on the loan. We were contacted by our auto insurance later in the day and informed that they were going to have the car towed to another company (thank GOODNESS!) and that I needed to call All Day Towing to release the car to them SINCE I AM THE OWNER! I gladly called and was informed by Edwin that they already came an hour ago to get the car and he released it to them because apparently I had given them permission the day prior.... INTERESTING that they would allow me, as the owner, give permission for another company to tow the car, but wouldn't allow me to gather our personal belongings from the car isn't it?! Either way I was grateful to not have to deal w/ this company. I politely asked for contact information for the owner so I could leave feedback about our experience and was told that I was speaking w/ the owner the entire time (Edwin). So I shared my poor experience with him and he was completely rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or just listening he interrupted me to say that the issue is that me and my ex-husband don't communicate well and it was our fault. Seriously... the audacity of this guy. I was not shocked to read reviews that are similar to my experience. I called the new tow company and explained to them the issue with the expired registration to see if that is ok and they said it would not prevent us from getting our belongings. I know we don't have a lot of options when our cars get towed.... but just BEWARE of this company

We called ahead because we took all our tools out of the car at the accident scene and needed to pull out plates. We were told they could help with this.... 45.00 later we have bought the tools to do this because they had no tools. Bring your own screwdriver and Allen wrench!?!?!?!

After an accident, the police called All Day Towing, and now I can't get personal items out of the car, like my work badge. The first time I called, I was told I needed to have insurance and to call them, and they would schedule a time for us to pick up our items. The second time we called to permit the insurance company to pick up the car as it was totaled, I was told I needed to call with the insurance company for them to release the vehicle. I feel like they are milking all the storage fees as they can.

Worst service ever. We went today 5/31/24 to pick up our son’s motorcycle. We arrived at 4:45pm and the company said the driver would be right back to open the gate and that he had to run to the restroom in Sherwood. We waited and called back an hour later and he said the driver was in his way. Meanwhile I notice the gate sign says it’s an extra $47 gate fee past 6:00. The driver shows up at 6:01 and tells us to pay the fee on top of the $820 we owe for “storage”. When I called the company they spoke to the driver and only talked in Spanish so I didn’t know what they were saying. The driver then became rude and accused me of telling his wife off. Even the wife said I was very polite. My husband and I hauled the bike onto a trailer which took a long time because it was missing a front tire . No help from this guy, but he made his wife stand in the hot sun to watch.

They are rude, unprofessional and allow non employees to help with loading of vehicles. The van should have been loaded from the rear. They chose to pull the vehicle out sideways. They broke the axle, ruined the tire rim. The tires have less than 5,000 miles on them. They claim it is acceptable to damage your property in the process of loading the vehicle. Do not under any circumstance allow them near your vehicle.

They’re under new management and went from a good business to the worst kind of business. They told us exactly what we needed to get into our totaled vehicle. When we showed up with literally what we were told to bring we were denied us entry into our vehicle. We were after our daughter’s soccer jersey and a blanket my wife has had since childhood. They admitted telling us the wrong info but they wouldn’t waive the additional days storage fee till the dmv opened. Enraging experience.

Great service. Very prompt to respond once my insurance company booked the tow. Had a phone call and text alerting estimated time of arrival. Right on schedule. Quickly had vehicle loaded and ready to go to my repair shop. Outstanding work and service by Levi. Very appreciatively, Mike.

We have an account with David, he’s been such a great help with my community in Tualatin where I run a mobile home park, his crew has always been there for me when I needed them. I truly recommend them for any help you may need. They are very quick to respond and waste no time in being where they should be. RECOMMEND. ???? THANKS DAVID! ?

Great service! Levi was fast, helpful, and friendly. He knows what he is doing. I felt very comfortable with him and trusted him to do a good job. He arrived on time and even called when he was right out front of my house. I don't know about pricing because I didn't hire him but I would recommend All Day Towing to anyone.

Honestly, I would've given five stars, but I called twice to find out when the guy was coming to the lot, and both times, I was told any minute it was a total of a 30-minute wait. If I were told 30 minutes, it probably wouldn't have been so bad, but it was on the hottest day ever this year, and no place to sit and wait nor really any shade. However, they were polite and patient when they showed up and even helped me off the ground when I couldn't stand after waiting that long.

After calling almost all the tow companies in the Portland metro area I came across ALL DAY TOWING and explained my situation, the dispatch was super informative, and gave me a great flat rate. Afterwards, David the driver came to the rescue and got my truck where it needed to be he was super professional and courteous even went out of his way to help me. Thank All Day Towing

My insurance company connected me with All day towing after my car wouldn't start. They picked up my car in a little less than an hour. Considering it was during the morning rush hour, that's pretty quick. Joe was super friendly and made the process as seamless as possible!

The driver blocked in our car while doing something for a neighbor's car. We asked nicely for him to move so we could get out, as we needed to leave right away. He did not care and told us to wait. He was not hooked up to any other car and was uust standing there talking to the person. No reason he couldn't move other not caring.

Broke down on road and had no clue who to call. Anyone but these guys would be my advice. A police officer was the one who actually put in the call, and for that they charged me 255.00, double an average tow. A supposed police rate, even though we just needed a standard tow and just had no clue who to call. Of course none of this wasn't said at all until they he already loaded the car. We then were told it would be 203.00 plus 6.00 a mile. At 4 miles that's. 227.00. Then when he went to run my card, while smoking in my face, cause honestly, what can I do at this point, im told the real total of 255.00. A bunch of surcharges and a gas fee. Long story short, use these guys if you want to get lied to and ripped off. I will also be calling the local police department to verify that the rate is in the contract as well.

All Day Towing had my back today! After a terrible experience with the first towing company I was connected with through USAA, I was eventually sent service by All Day Towing. They were quick to arrive, very communicative, friendly, helpful, and exactly the kind of people that I wanted to be there to help on a day like today. I wish I caught the lads’ names who helped me, but they were wonderful. They explained exactly what they were doing and why, and called me with updates. The first truck wasn’t able to lift my car and while he was willing to wait until someone else showed up he had to go help out at a crash scene, but the gentleman who arrived with that truck called me back later to make sure that another person had helped me and that all was well. Thank you All Day Towing.

Timothy was the best. My Jetta sits low to the ground and he made sure it wasn't damaged while loading on the flatbed. I can't say thank you enough for rescuing. Definitely two thumbs up.

10am: around 10am was my first call. Gave her my vehicle info. I was asked for some warranty number but the number I needed was in my car, so I needed to pay $55 for the service but was able to reimburse myself in the future after calling again with my warranty number. My wallet was locked in my car, so I was given the option to pay after car was unlocked. 1pm: No serviceman appeared. It has been 3 hours since first call, so I call again to double check. Apparently, my process for the service never went through. I was never told of this. Apparently they can only accept payments prior to unlocking. Sure, fair, so I offer the idea of paying the serviceman cash prior to opening my car. She said “I don’t know how to tell them you’ll be paying by cash. I’m utterly confused how I’m being told two different things, but whatever, I find a way to pay with card and continue waiting an additional two hours. 3pm: It has been an hour over eta time, so I call to double check. “Your service was just cancelled because the truck did not have the proper equipment.” My levels of frustration were very high. It is currently 3:54pm and I am still waiting on a serviceman. Nearly 6 hours in total of waiting. Summary: Though the employees were nice, I want my car opened. I don’t care for nice employees when I need to wait 6 hours for my damn car to be opened. That’s assuming they even come and don’t cancel on me again. So, VERY long wait times with ill trained employees, a very frustrating delay when speaking with an employee (each time I spoke it took about 3 seconds for the employee to hear), and apparently they’ll hire servicemen who don’t even carry the proper tools to do their job. And I still need to pay $55. Learn from my experience and Save yourself the time and skip this place. I’d rather pay a couple more bucks for an actual reliable and dependable company.

After waiting 7 1/2 hours for 2 other towing companies (Patriot Towing never showed and Thunder Towing going to take 90 minutes or more at 1 am) who never showed up the night before, I called my insurance company for help and they connected me with All Day Towing. Best tow service experience I’ve ever had! They immediately provided a 35-45 min ETA once the service request was entered. Joe called about 10 minutes out to confirm address and give final ETA, then arrived on time! There was a problem with the car and tire making me think it needed to go to the dealer for repairs. Before loading the car to tow, Joe found it was just road debris rubbing the tire and quickly pulled it loose. No damage was done to the car or tire so it didn’t have to go to the dealer! Joe is awesome! He not only saved me a lot of headaches getting my car fixed, but completed the service call in about 50 minutes from start to finish! After my 7 1/2 hour nightmare the night before with the other two companies, he was a real blessing from God! He is very nice, customer service oriented, and willing to go the extra steps to provide the service the customer needs! He truly makes All Day Towing shine above the rest!

This company was absolutely wonderful to work with. I do not often write reviews, but a pet peeve of mine is towing companies who waffle on pricing and hold your toes over the fire because they know if you are calling them, you are in a bad position. The recent snowstorm killed my battery and my insurance couldn't get someone to help so I was referred here. Someone answered the phone within ten seconds, and someone was at my car within less than an hour. The driver was personable and flexible in trying to get to my vehicle. The absolute best part? They charged me the amount the quoted me. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience have been with other companies in this regard and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Saving their info in my phone as they'll be my first call if I ever need this kind of service again.

I’ve never had to get my car towed until yesterday, so I didn’t know what to expect and I was pretty nervous — I can honestly say it was a great experience! Brandon was incredibly kind and professional and made the whole experience pleasant. He went above and beyond in every way possible and I am so grateful for him for it. Thank you and your team!!!

Locked my keys out of my car. My insurance company called another company first to come help but they never showed, and didn't even call until I was long on the road and hours after they were supposed to be there. All Day was called next when I notified my insurance company that the first place hadn't shown or called and they sent All Day. Bobby showed up in 15 minutes (I was told it would be 30) and took care of everything so quickly and was gentle on my car. I highly recommend All Day, or at least Bobby!

I am putting one star because they don’t have an option for non and I am writing this review because our car was towed yesterday night we came here to pick it up and have been here since 12 and it’s is now 2:26pm and we have been here for a total of two hours and 30 minutes waiting to get out car leaving that to the side the costs from yesterday to today morning will be $530 that is way to much money for getting my car towed yesterday night. I do not recommend them!

This company is so professional and they really deliver. Bobby arrived on time, was friendly, quick and efficient. I took advantage of a discount mentioned on their website, so my tow ended up being very affordable compared to other towing outfits. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Two thumbs up!

My insurance company sent them out to tow my car. It needed to be towed 4 miles. They came out hooked my car up and THEN told me there would be overage charges. That my insurance amount only covered hooking up the car, which happened to be the same amount of money my insurance limit was. He said he would be willing to waive the fee and see about saving me some money if I was willing to have my car towed to his friend's shop instead of where I planned on bringing it. I refused. They dropped my car and left. Two hours of my time gone, car still not towed, and won't be now in time today. Thanks for trying to take advantage of people in a bad situation. Really shows the quality of your company and employees. I called my insurance company back, they said $75 would cover a 4 mile tow, and what your driver tried to do was unethical and wrong.

Had to call my insurance for roadside assistance tonight. I got a call back from All Day Towing within 5 minutes! He said he was nearby and then before I knew it, Bobby hooked me up and off we went. His truck was even clean and smelled great. Fast, professional, and friendly from start to finish. 5 solid gold stars for these guys!

Bobby was great. Our hero. So prompt, courteous, kind and with a pretty good sense of humor. We felt like we were in good hands with him. We used to have AAA and waited hours for a tow. Bobby got to us in 15 minutes as promised. I am very impressed with this company.

I believe in sharing the best services, and All Day Towing is a terrific example of being top-rated for a reason. Bobby was the first All Day driver to help me out of an almost-rush hour jam with a flat tire. In a matter of minutes he showed up with his truck, very good nature, and fast work. I've insisted my insurance roadside services send All Day since that time (did you know that in Oregon we have the right to tell our insurance roadside people which service we want them to send us?), and it seems they just get better . . . super employees who treat you and car with care. Once more, thanks to Bobby and the whole sharp crew.
