Total scam, stopped by to pick up personal stuff on Saturday, from towed vehicle, after accident. They want to charge me a “gate fee”. Unbelievable! Is this a new meaning of 24 hr service?

They were able to send someone over right away. They were very helpful and quick!

Obviously, nobody wants to be towed. However, there was no notice or sign or paperwork or anything left so I had no idea who towed my car. I had to call the police to figure this out. I had no charger and I had to get an Uber to the place. Nobody told me on the phone that they only take cash, which is extremely weird because I have a small business myself and I take credit cards And debit cards. They charged me 560 for a car. They towed only an hour prior then when I got Cash and came back, they had left. I guess there’s only one employee at a time so I had to wait outside the gate after scrambling to get Cash which most ATMs only let you get out 500 so I had to go to several ATMs With different cards..

They were easy to work with but service was not very friendly. When on phone the conversation sounded in a rude or annoyed tone as soon as picked up. I was hung up on when trying to ask a question and had to call back.

It was an overall pleasant experience during a very unpleasant time. Quick response time, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and average prices!

I used this company's repo service and had a great experience. They were very communicative throughout the process and got my car back the next day. They made the whole process easy and quick. I would highly recommend.

Damaged my 2025 Mazda Cx5 Turbo while towing. Do not use this company. Highly disappointed. I suspect fraudulent business operations.

My daughter had her car impounded, she was not the one driving it when the police towed it! It was a very unfortunate circumstance! This company was awful, we have no money and we were forced to surrender our only vehicle since they wanted over 1000 to tow it out of there! They refused to take the title didn't want to give us my daughters things out of the car! They called my 17 year old daughter a spoiled emo brat and some other choice words and kicked her off the property! Very unprofessional If i could give you a -100 i would. How dare you speak to a child like that! I pray whom ever deals with this horrendous company! The kind person who bought our car not long after it was impounded returned my daughter ID that she would have grabbed if they would have LET HER CLEAN HER CAR OUT! HAVE SOME COMPASSION NOT ALL PEOPLE HAVE MONEY TO RIGHT THERE WRONGS!

I understand that my daughter's choice to park in an almost empty adjacent lot for about 90 min when she couldn't find dinner parking put her at risk of being legally towed. I DON'T understand how $542 cash is a justified fair amount. The situation seems like a trap to make money.

I really appreciate how fast and convenient the service was when I called. The tow guy Chris helped figure out what was wrong with my car and got it running, super grateful. Highly recommend them !!! Thank you again!

Most of the time, you hear unpleasant stories that involve tow truck companies. Not the case here, with Beaverton towing. The ladies that run the office go above and beyond to help their customers! They were more than helpful in my unexpected time of need. Thanks again, ladies, and thanks again to Beaverton Towing!!

What a bunch of happy pretty people!!! Don’t be mad at them! This was probably all your fault you were towed! Unless you were in an accident I hope everything works out for you.. Have a good day service announcement over & out.

my apartment complex contracts with them, and they towed my car, even though the sticker was visible and was told by my complex that it was ok placement. Not how the lady on the phone described. I am actively paying for the parking as well. The worst part is they asked me to pick it up and was told it was "not possible for it to be dropped off ". I do not own another vehicle so I would've had to pay for a Uber, while I was suppose to be working. Especially since they made the mistake they should've offered to drop it off. The only redemption was guy dropping it off was super nice, understanding, and apologetic about it. Happy they owned the mistake.

It took like an hour but they are pretty small operation and only have so many folks available. The guy that picked me up saved my hide and was kind and thoughtful the whole time. he even reminded me about my coffee in my center console before I went in to drop my car off. Very pleasant interaction overall and made my not great day a little better.

Bad customer service. The lady in the office don’t have any compassion for customers who are picking up their vehicles. Over charging customers and taking cash only ( I wonder if she reports every transaction to the IRS ) she is rude and disrespectful to customers not being aware that because of customer she has a business and a job . I’ll pray for her to be touch by GOD and change her heart. ?✝️? GOD BLESS US ALL !

Do not move into a complex that uses this business. Your apartment complex will pretend they have no clue what happened to your car and the lovely employees at Beaverton Towing will say that the complex called them. Turns out my complex is aware we do not have enough parking and uses a security company to take pictures of the suspected vehicle and then this company comes to pick up the car which explains the times being incorrectly time stamped when picking up a tow, literally walked my neighborhood and watched the whole method go down. Talking with office staff is extremely unpleasant and there’s no compassion for requesting $500 in cash up front. “People need to admit their mistakes we are just doing our job” then “you were on private property” and I live on said “private property” and lastly “You should know the law if you’re parking”. If not being stonewalled by a rude woman just reciting the law over and over again on the phone while trying to retrieve your vehicle then you’re being lectured by her other favorite hobby, the morality police about how “people need to just be responsible for their mistakes”. You don’t get paid to do either and the short patience demonstrated by staff only aggravates the issue not “accelerates”. To “accelerate” you were already heading towards escalation in the first place which is a laugh when you’re telling people in reviews that they can’t read because there was a sign they parked in front of when you also lack a grasp on the English language. These are not nice people and will lie to your face, “I’ll just keep your car”, not when payment is trying to be given, Ma’am. No, you’re not getting my complex name or any other information because it’s not needed for a review. The incident already has occurred and it was taken way out of proportion, responding to pettily to reviews helps nothing but your small assumed grasp for power over others. And admitting you made a mistake means nothing to these people and does not improve the experience because they have a bad habit of not listening when they find that their attitude has caused tension, classic PNW passive aggressiveness. The junkyard dog comes out of the trailer office and barks and nips before you even approach the stairs as well. Luckily we were not afraid of dogs. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Facts are facts not feelings and this company takes everything extremely personal.

Parked in a resident parking spot at my friend’s apartment (my fault, there were no visitor spots left). Went out for my birthday, and came back home in the morning to my car completely gone. It had apparently been towed at 9:45 the night before. I was pretty upset because I’m disabled and needed my meds that were in my car. I called and they were very understanding about that. Showed up 20-ish minutes later. The guy there was nice and let me get into my car for my meds (yay). We chatted and despite them being cash only, he made an exception for me (the closest ATM is a walk away and I didn’t have a way to get there besides walking which I can’t do for long distances) ANYWAYS I was feeling pretty positive at the moment because of the good service but the bill was astronomical… $560 !!! I’m not sure how the pricing works, but the tow was 15 minutes and my car was only in the lot for 12 hours overnight. Again, totally my fault that my car was towed and I’ll make sure to never make that mistake again because that price put me back quite a bit. I wish they would have had some more empathy considering the situation and the fact that I didn’t have my placard up now has me in immeasurable debt lol. So basically…if you’re looking for a company to tow your car…highly recommend! If you’re parking in a parking lot that this company manages…don’t be a dummy like me and park in a residents spot :) ? very very expensive

I had my car towed by Beaverton towing after a parking issue in my carport at my apartment complex. Safe to say I was frustrated with my apartment management but the staff at Beaverton towing were kind and empathetic when I came to pick up my car. My problem came later when I attempted to dispute the issue directly with my complex as they were in violation of my lease by towing my car without notice. The apartment was attempting to state the time my vehicle was towed was AFTER I was already in the office asking about my car. They showed me the reports from Beaverton towing which showed the car being towed from the covered spot at 11:24 am while I was in the phone with Beaverton towing standing in my empty car port at 11:05 am. (Make that one make sense for me!) I figured I would call and work it out with Beaverton towing since the staff were very understanding and helpful when I had originally picked up my car. The woman on the phone was helpful at first but despite my phone time stamps and polite insistence that time was incorrect via my own records, they said there was nothing they could do. With false time stamps on the report and no further assistance, I was SOL for my dispute with the complex and out almost $450. I’m disappointed with this experience as based on my first impression I wouldn’t have expected dishonesty. I’m not interested in a response from management as I’ve seen how Beaverton towing replies to other low star reviews and they don’t seem intent or resolution, but discrediting the reviewer. I don’t think they are bad people, but I unfortunately had a bad experience overall. Be careful with these people - keep your own records, take time stamps, photos, etc. and don’t trust anything at face value.

This place, hands down is the single most worst business I've ever dealt with...EVER! If I could give a 0, I would. The car that was towed is a friends, son's car. He lives in an apartment in Beaverton and because it had expired tags, the manager had it towed, even though it was in his registered spot. Once he discovered it was towed we called Beaverton Towing and asked for the charges. We attempted to pay with a credit card but the woman refused and requested cash only(even though the website says they take all credit cards). It took several days to come up with the crazy amount of $1000. We called to ask final charges and told them we were on our way.....He walked in to pay the bill and they accused us of leaving a bad review on Yelp??? He said, no, paid the bill and once they had the money told us it would be 1-2 hours before they could bring the car out....go get a lunch she said. We waited, what else could we do?? After about an hour a yard worker drove the car out attached to a hand held charger, got out pulled the charger off (it died instantly) turned and walked away, not a word was spoken. The dead battery was not his fault but the way he walked off without a word was truly disgusting. To end a long story, we struggled for about an hour and ended up buying a new battery, all the while the woman kept looking at us from their door. Totally unprofessional, disgusting towing equipment and a tiny, dirty yard. SHADY! Do not use this company!

Gilbert and the whole Beaverton to wing was such a pleasure to work with. We got two flat tires around 11PM in the 35 degree winter and they had someone out to us within 25 minutes of us calling. Gilbert was so kind and professional we were lucky to have him pick us up. Great company and the people are AWESOME. Thanks Gilbert!

THE BEAVERTON TOWING REVIEW PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! (This review is also shared by my other family members!) Well, there was a cold Thursday night, (it was about 3 to 4 weeks ago from now) and we were watching our apartment parking from our window before we sleep. Suddenly, we saw a large truck that was towing a car. I guessed that they were towing our car. We hurried up and ran through the parking, and my guess was true, they were towing our car. We talked to the rude and jerk guy who was towing our car, but he was doing his own work! we asked him to negotiate and tell us the reason for that. He told us that you don't have your parking permit, and as one (or more) reviewers has written, it was under the car seat. He saw the parking permit, and he had to accept that we haven't stolen the car! because we had the permit! but he was saying that it wasn't (visible)! but he was still insisting on the money. He said that I need the money! also, he said that you should give me about 250-300 Dollars, and you have 10 (or 15) minutes to pay me that money, or I will raise the amount up to 400 Dollars! (is that legal?!, and we don't have a good financial situation!) The 10 or 15 minutes was gone, and We disagreed with him, and then, we called the police. The police came and we told him the situation, amazingly, the police also gave the right to the guy! we were shocked! I doubt that we are living in a nation that has justice and fairness, and I think that there are "legalized robbers" that steal your money, and maybe, they are allied with the police! He was a robber, and he stole our money! he was even trying to run over us with his large truck! I have his car license plate photo. We said to the guy that we will sue you, and he said nothing. The guy was a about 20-30 years old, with somehow short blond hair and with a medium height. He's face had a little Similarity with Mr. Beast (the You tuber!). Finally, this robber towed our car! Next day, we went to their office, (we've been there before) and we saw those two disrespectful ladies there, that they always yell and they are rude. (everyone knows them! :) We told them that we will sue you because of that previous event, (they said OK, do so!) and I think that they were somehow scared, so they said that you should pay us I 260-270 Dollars for 5.3 miles! (at the last night, they said that we should pay them 400 $!) we said OK, and we paid the money, and finally, we got our car. (1 star is a very high score for them!) This was the total thing, and I didn't write this for the Beaverton towing, I mean that the Beaverton towing shouldn't think that I care about them, I'm just writing to inform people, and tell all the people that are reading this that this company is robber, literally, shame on you all! To the all of the people that are reading this review, lets gather together and sue this company, or let's protest against them in front of the city hall! and report them to there. Also, we can sign against them in a petition site, If you want to have a better America! (Also, about the 5 stars reviews, they are literally fake! this company is very dirty! they probably gave money to some people to write them the 5 stars review, or they are their friends! this company should be destroyed!) THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! The final note: I believe that someday, god will take our right from you robbers, that day will arrive...

Its not the panel that is in violation, its the receptacle and ac 90 wiring. I am an electrician and I can tell you that those two things are not up to code. My two year old daughter walked on that extension cord. I don't think you have any clue what happens when electricity and water mix. Are you going to be fixing these issues? I will be in contact with the states building code violation department monday. Having no permit for electrical work is a 1000 dollar fine. Might want to be in touch with the electrician, or should i say tow trucker driver that installed that rats nest of wiring for you! Btw charging someone 400 dollars to tow a car 2 miles is a little steep, but hey what goes around come around.

I like many others here had my car towed from an apartment complex that was covered by Beaverton towing. I won't complain about being towed, it was my fault for not following the guidelines, however I will complain about the price. I was towed for a total of 11 miles and was charged $401. Yes you read that correctly, $401. They wouldn't even negotiate or try to help me. Any company that can charge a weeks salaray for a 45 minutes job is truly corrupt and greedy. If you have your car towed by request you are charged $95 for hookup and $5 per mile driven, but if you get towed forcefully they charge $195 for hookup and $6 per mile. They even charge $20 to take a picture haha. It is sad to see a company that can't survive and operate normally so they resort to these absurd fines just to stay afloat. Many cities have laws and rules about how much they can charge but Beaverton and Sherwood have no rules to protect us. Please take your business to a trustworthy competitor who charges fair rates regardless of circumstance, these guys honestly deserve to go out of business. If you have seen their office and lot, you know it's not too far into the future. Jean have a Merry Christmas, you may want to buy your Grinch costume soon.

My car was towed from my apartments over the weekend. You would think that this review would be a negative one, considering I had to pay to get my car back, and just the plain hassle of everything. I'll say this, the ladies that work in the office where two of the nicest people I've ever met. Not only did they give me a break on the amount I had to pay to get my car back but they also held my car for a couple days, because I didn't get paid until today, they also did not charge me any additional money's. I would never in a million years think I'd be writing a positive review for a place that towed my vehicle, but I have to say they totally won my business. If I ever need a tow, Beaverton Towing will be the company I will be using. No question about it. Again thank you ladies for being so kind and understanding....

Jean and the receptionist were simply amazing!!! Not your average tow experience. They are compassionate, caring and very easy going. They helped my coworker Lily get her car back this morning. They turned a stressful situation into a blessing. Thank you ladies for taking care of my friend!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We would like to thank Beaverton Towing for donating there time to help move our field tarp for our softball field from Aloha High School to Beaverton High School. There is no way we would have been able to move this on our own.

I had called a couple tow companies to check on prices. my car had broke down, not able to start and was parallel parked with cars in front and behind. Other companies told me that was not possible to get the car if it does not start and and is parked in. This fact did not seem to faze Beaverton towing even the slightest. I called for a driver, and the dispatcher was pretty rude. I've never had a car towed before, so I didn't know what she wanted from me and was rude, snappy and kind of treated me to be stupid when I was unaware of what she wanted from me. I do not remember the name of my driver, but he is on my invoice as driver 105. He was amazing. Showed up within 20 minutes or so, got my car out of the parallel space with ease and was on his way within 8 minutes. Friendly and efficient. Would recommend Beaverton towing to everyone, just know what information is needed from you precisely before calling in.

They were not cooperative when we called to get one of our vehicles towed across town. We couldn't wait and hour or two for them and they said they couldn't tow it away unless we waited and were there in person. We called another company and had a much more pleasant experience. The other company was happy to come tow our vehicle and we paid over the phone. This is how it should have gone with this company, bud didn't. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience with them today.
