Mike,Jody and the tech that works in the back are top notch people and will take care of you! I’ve been going to stereo king for years now! Mike has been big help to be when it comes to all this stereo stuff. They have done 4 of my cars and many more to go!

Jody, Mike, and Jacob are all very experienced and have made my stereo needs a piece of cake. They got me the best system in my budget. The prefab box I got had broke within a year and I was able to get a new box within my warranty. Super happy I purchased my system here. I would recommend them to anyone

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I worked with Mike Harp who steered me into the right choice for my vehicle. Eric the installer was clear and professional in how the installation would be done. Very high quality work. I highly recommend them.

Took my vehicle to them because the Stereo that they installed 8 years ago quit working and my vehicle was throwing an unknown device error. Expected to have to purchase a new module to get the stereo to start communicating with the vehicle. They were able to reprogram my module and had me up and running in 15 minutes. Went to pay, they said I owe nothing, labor is guaranteed for life! Thank you guys, well done.

Really bad experience here. Initial quote was very high, ended up going for a more budget friendly speakers. The speakers are horrific, worse than the stock ones that were replaced. No exchange, so I am back where I started! The speakers are trash they have to come out no matter what. So I pad the money for speakers and labor, and only after a few months, I have to invest more time and money into this.

One of the guys spent about 20 minutes with me working through a radio upgrade quote for my 2016 vehicle with no smart features. I had assumed it would be about half the price they quoted not knowing my car would require special parts for the dash to take an android auto unit. After I told them it was outside my budget they still gave me advice on how to get my current radio to work better and some diy workarounds for some of the features I wanted. They didn't make me feel guilty for not buying from them. Even though I didn't purchase anything it was a good experience and will go back if I end up having radio upgrades done.

I went in to ask for a installing price and they degraded my equipment because I got it for a great price from eBay. The tall white dude talk down on my amplifier and cable kit trying to get me to buy their inventory. No you're not getting my money. Congratulations for your 1 star review.

Amazing group of staff members. I think I've dealt with all of them at one point or another. Kevin, Jody, Jacob and Mike especially. I had some issues with a couple woofers that I had bought and they immediately and without question replaced them. Super knowledgeable on all things car stereo and extremely friendly without being pushy. I'd recommend them for all your car stereo and alarm needs and wants.

The staff has always been very helpful and polite. Mike took the time to help me out with my system and without trying to sell me something I don’t need. I had ideas of several things, they have helped me see where best to put my money and efforts. It’s nice to get guidance on how to approach something rather than just keep throwing a lot money at it and not getting the return. I have been into car stereos for 35 years and this is probably one of the best places I have been to. I have shopped around and their prices are good to fair. Actually many items I can’t find a better deal even online. Another thing is that they actually have items in store, it’s nice to be able to check things out in person before buying. They also don’t sell a bunch of junk equipment. I do my own work so I can’t speak to installation. But I do plan on having Mike do a full DSP tune for me soon. So many places can be shady and I don’t get that vib at all from this location. If you’re looking to upgrade your tunes I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are awesome — bought a dash cam (front and rear) back in 2021, the front camera started giving me issues about 2 years later and luckily I had purchased warranty on it. I returned it under warranty and got a brand new one, now in 2025 the front camera is giving me issues AGAIN. Unfortunately they couldn’t do much for me, they did offer a discount but I declined since I wanted to explore dash cam options on my own. The reason for 5 stars is because one of the employees, Alec, went above and beyond to help me out instead of sending me away with no answers. I am so grateful he went out of his way to find out a solution (even if we couldn’t get to one) and still offer a discount on top of that! They also recommended different brands, some were out of my budget and I asked about brands I’ve seen on Amazon. They gave me honest feedback about the quality of cameras you could find on Amazon and that truly helped narrow down my search! Thank you so so much for your help Alec!

Went in the other day to ask some questions about a new sound system for my Jeep. I spoke with Alec, and he was extremely informative! He showed me a few different subwoofers and recommended a couple of different amps to think about to get me started. Unfortunately, the price was just a little out of my range with the holidays being on us, but I will definitely be back to speak to him when the holiday spending is through and I am ready to make my purchase! I was looking for a stereo for my kids car. It was their birthday and I wasn't sure what kind of stereo to get. Mike was very helpful and very patient with me as I was trying to decide what to get. Once I purchased it my son had questions about how to install. We went back and Mike was so helpful and explained to my son how to hook up the wires. I would highly recommend Stereo King to anyone.

I went in to replace my front speakers, everything from the sale to instal went well. Stereo King did a plug and play remote start for my truck years ago with no issues. I’ve used them twice about 4 years apart. Both experiences were pleasant and I got the desired result. I would recommend stopping by for the audio needs.

I came to get some pricing on speakers and got some amazing pricing and friendly service. When I returned to my vehicle I had noticed I locked my keys in the car. Alec came out of the store noticing my dilemma, with an airbag in hand and a door panel pry. He was able to take care of me for a 2nd time today!! Mike helped me at the front counter pick out which stereo was best for my needs in my business vehicle. He didn't try to up sell me on a higher end model or any other products while I was there. He simply listened to my needs, asked some clarifying questions and gave me a great deal. As a former sales person, this is exactly how I liked to treat my clients. Terrific team, great and fast work, good prices... The people and the work have won me over. The first place to go for sound, alarms, and vehicle stuff.

I felt as if I was taken advantage of because I am a woman, I bought my sub amp combo here which is great, but when I had called to get it installed, I was told it would be over a week out to be able to come in. I dropped $338 at this place just for the item.. Then when I went in to have it installed, they charged me an addiditonal $196 for installation and wasnt able to use the wires I provided and charged me more for "top quality" wires and also didnt include the price to have my bass knob installed. Then my boyfriend called them and asked for the same thing to see if he would get the same treatment and they gave him a completely different price quote (which was much less than what I was quoted) and they could get him in within the next 2 days for installation. On top of this, there is no returns, only in store credit. The main guy was nice but doesnt change the fact that I felt completely taken advantage of due to me being a female. I also did some research on the SAME EXACT amp/sub combo, and I could have gotten the exact same one from Walmart for less than half the price of what I paid. Attached is the price from walmart and then what I paid for the exact same item. Way overpriced in my opinion. I wont be coming here again if I dont have to. I've already had to have them replace my amp and sub once due to a defect. Call around and check other prices before coming here.
